• Veronique Arnoldi (9/5): - Well appointed flat, spacious, and comfortable. It seems to have been renovated recently, everything is clean and in perfect working condition. Good location too: 10 minutes walk to the nearest tube station and 20 minutes to the main train station. The host is very attentive and responsive. There was no tumble dryer or clothes drying rack, so it was impossible to use the washing machine or get the towels to dry properly. I told the host who said he would remedy the situation. The flat is opposite the lift, you can hear people talking at time, just closing the bedroom door is enough to stop the noise, and it's not a problem from the living room.
• mihaela (10/5): Apartament confortabil, aproape de Gara Centrală din Milano - Am petrecut patru zile în Milano iar apartamentul ne-a oferit confortul necesar. Locatia apartamentului este la câteva minute de gara centrala, ceea ce ne-a permis deplasarea cu ușurință la toate atracțiile din acest frumos oraș, precum și în excursia la lacurile Como și Lugano. Este un apartament sigur, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru sejurul de câteva zile iar gazda noastră ne-a fost de mare ajutor, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare. Nu avem comentarii.
• Warren (5/5): - Clean Noisy. Building renovation across the street start early in morning. Lift is noisy right near the bedroom. Hot water ran out . Power went out continuously. No dryer . Don't recommend. Owner not helpful

O proprietário, Sr. Pellegrino foi sempre muito prestável, ainda antes da nossa viagem, respondeu sempre às nossas solicitações. E aquando da nossa chegada e ainda antes do check-in, deixou-nos guardar as malas no apartamento. Recebeu-nos muito bem e sempre com simpatia e hospitalidade. Recomendamos este apartamento a 100%. The apartment is ideal for a vacation in Milan. It has everything you need, with the added bonus of having a supermarket right next door. The owner, Mr. Pellegrino, was always very helpful, even before our trip, always responding to our requests. And upon our arrival and even before check-in, he let us store our bags in the apartment. He welcomed us warmly and always with warmth and hospitality. We recommend this apartment 100%.

• Jessica (8/5): We enjoyed our 3-night stay on Via Edolo and found the space very clean and sufficient for our small family. - Very comfortable and clean! Easy walking distance to sights and public transport. Great and fast communication with owner. No cooking utensils, dish towels or paper towels. Would have loved more coffee pods for the few days there! Power outages are understandable but it was disruptive in the middle of the night.
• 倩如 (10/5): Cozy and safe, Fantastic! - The best thing is we choose this apartment during 4 days in Milan. Private space makes our stay more flexible and relax. The located area is safe and convenient to main station. Carrefour store is right next to the apartment.

The host was great over WhatsApp, and the house was spotless and amazing. The only thing that made a difference for me was not having someone in person to greet me. Thank you Pelle. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The shower was good and the automatic soap dispenser was a nice touch! There was a Carrefour Express close by and the train station was approximately 15 minutes by foot. All was good!

• Anonymous (5/5): Close to Central station and affordable - The apartment has one bedroom and one living room. The apartment was clean and the access to the apartment was smooth. The host provided all the necessary details to access the location. Also close to the Central Station and 2 metro stations, a supermarket right next to the location and many restaurants around the apartment. The apartment was at the ground floor and it was extremely loud. The neighbors were very loud and you could hear everything. Also being at the ground floor you can hear everything that happens on the street, people talking, cars and also trucks unloading in the morning for the supermarket. The sofa is not super comfortable.

• Rajiv (9/5): Good property. Value for money - We stayed there in the first week of April, 2025. Its an fine property. The host, Pellegrino is super responsive and helpful. Apartment is neat and well maintained. Checkin/checkout is simple and seamless (but your mobile needs data to open the door via an App. If not call Pelle and he will help to open). Host will guide you properly about checkin in procedures. Its a 1 BHK apartment, but living room has a comfortable sofa bed which can sleep 2 people. My 2 kids aged 5 & 14 slept there. Bedroom has decent space and a comfortable double bed. Bathroom is neat and fairly spacious. Apartment has all amenities like Microwave, washing machine etc. For the most important question - Is it close to Milano central station. Yes and No. It is not far, but not too close either. You can reach the property by Bus or Tram (and then a short walk) from Milano Centrale. But you can also walk to the station (around 15-20 minutes). If you have multiple suitcases, don't try walking to the station (we did walk with 3 suitcases and 2 kids, but wasn't very pleasant). Nothing negative to say

We were 4 adults and sleepimg in sofa bed was not comfortable for 2 adults. Other room was nice. I think is little bit expensive for what they offer.

The owner was kind and very helpful with us, he even let us do the check-in earlier than it was originally scheduled. The minus was the fact that it was kind of cold, especially in the night. Also, since it is at the ground floor, it got noisy and you could hear everything that was happening outside in the street like it was right near you

• Liliia (9/5): Perfect location, price, service and commutation - There’s everything you need in this apartment, it’s cozy and clean. Love the location, it’s quiet and close to the central station, 10 min walk to metro station as well. Carrefour store is extremely close, literally in the same building 👍. Also I loved Edolo cafe on the corner, friendly staff, perfect cappuccino and brioches 🤌 There is a problem with power outages in apartment (in case there are a lot of devices plugged in, for instance, air conditioning, washing machine and electric kettle). You can easily switch on a power via the switcher inside. Once there was a power outage in whole building but the issue was fixed quickly by the facility staf. Anyway you have to always keep in mind how many devices are working in case you need to turn on another one.
