• Henny (7/5): Für den Preis mehr erwartet - Sehr nette und gute Infos vom Gastgeber, Mini Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie PC Arbeitsplatz vorhanden.Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus zu finden kein Problem Die Treppe zum Appartment im ausgebauten Spitzboden ist sehr steil und mit Gepäck schwierig zu begehen, das könnte man im Vorfeld besser kommunizieren. Die Fotos vermitteln einen Eindruck von Weite und Größe der nicht ganz zutreffend ist. Leider wegen Platzmangel keine vernünftige Sitzgelegenheit, nur ein Schreibtischhocker und ein Klappstuhl vorhanden. Fernseher haben wir nicht angemacht da nur im Sitzen oder Liegen vom Bett aus möglich ohne sich irgendwo anlehnen zu können. Im Sommer wird es mit Sicherheit sehr heiß trotz mobilem Kühlgerät. Das (Klapp)Bett war für mich nicht komfortabel genug.

• Alexander (8/5): War alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Nürnberg sind. - War alles in bester Ordnung. Sehr netter Empfang, alles erklärt, sogar mehrere Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen. Das kleine Apartment war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bett war bequem. Der "Aufstieg" ist ein wenig beschwerlich, aber völlig okay. Eine Sitzgelegenheit wäre super, aber das ist natürlich recht schwer im Spitzboden.

• Aleksandr (9/5): Bon séjour - Les consignes sont claires, l'hôte est très reactif. Le logement est bien propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. Ce n'est pas un défaut, mais il s'agit plutôt d'un studio dans une maison privée. Même si la privacité est respectée à 100% 👌

• Kryštof Klapal (7/5): OK ubytování v klidné lokalitě - V bytě bylo čisto, internet jel dobře, tlak ve sprše byl fajn. Strávili jsme zde 2 noci v zimě, takže jsme ocenili rychlé vytopení celého prostoru. Lokalita je super - klidná. Do centra se dostanete pohodlně MHD a dobře dostupná je také dálnice z města/do města. Zaparkovat můžete kdekoliv v okolí ubytování zdarma - v této odlehlejší lokalitě se parkování neplatí. Pan majitel má hezky detailně popsaný proces self check-inu i dalších užitečných informací - to je fajn. Už dopředu víte, že nebudete muset nic slozitě hledat. Postel byla strašná. Matrace nepohodlné, postel sama o sobě malá. Pro jednoho možná OK, pro 2 malá - můj názor. Polštáře taky nic moc. V bytě je jedna židle, která už má své nejlepší za sebou a jedna stolička. Odhlučnění z chodby nebylo dobré. Komunikace s panem majitelem nebyla dobrá, neboť pan majitel nereagoval na zprávy. Sice přišly opravdu dobře zpracované instrukce pomocí automatické zprávy, ale když jsem pak panu majiteli psal ohledně dřívějšího check-inu, což je po domluvě možné, tak na mé zprávy nereagoval. Psal jsem mu přes aplikaci Booking, SMS i na WhatsApp den dopředu - bez reakce. Stačilo odepsat lze x nelze, otázka 30 sekund.

• Andreas (9/5): - Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation durch den Vermieter, alle notwendigen Infos wurden rechtzeitig und gut verständlich mitgeteilt. Ausstattung des Zimmers hat nichts vermissen lassen. Ich fand es super, dass die Kaffeeversorgung gegeben und inklusive war! Einziges kleines Manko war der sehr steile und enge Aufgang zum Zimmer, das war mit einem großen Koffer garnicht so einfach.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine mit-pulver und -filter, Teebeutel, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, versch. Gewürze) und mit den erhaltenen Infos des Vermieters waren wir super informiert. ---

• Frank (9/5): - Ganz super Lage für eine kurze Nacht auf der Durchreise. Beste Verkehrsanbindung und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Der Preis ist wirklich sehr niedrig, von daher muss man schon realistische Vorstellungen haben - meiner Meinung nach trotzdem sehr gut ausgestattet, keine Billigmöbel (das Bett ist nicht wirklich toll, aber in Ordnung), Kaffee und Tee reichlich vorhanden. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Kontakt war freundlich, Check-In unkompliziert. PC, Netflix - das ist ungewöhnlich. Ich denke, man hat sich Mühe gegeben, den Bedürfnissen junger, moderner Menschen zu entsprechen, habe mich aber auch als eher älteres Semester wohlgefühlt. Verlassen der Wohnung nur mit Schlüssel möglich, das geht geht überhaupt nicht und ist keine Frage der Bequemlichkeit, sondern der Sicherheit! Sauberkeit nicht ganz und gar tipptopp.

In dieci metri quadri sono concentrati una cucina,un bagno,e un letto che non può essere definito tale in quanto due materassini poggiano direttamente a terra.Un mal di schiena terrificante. La struttura essendo a tetto è caldissima di giorno,si rischia di sbattere la testa ovunque perché il soffitto è veramente basso. Sarei voluta scappare via ma non potevo permettermi di buttare altri soldi. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Portare una valigia pesante è un'impresa in quanto le scale sono strette e ripide. Insomma un incubo durato 3 giorni. Tutto. È orrendo.
• Yevheniia (1/5): Disgusting - Nein Einige gravierende negative Punkte: Auf dem Kissen lagen zahlreiche Schamhaare – einfach ekelhaft. Im Badezimmer überall dicke, fettige Haare. Von „minimaler Kommunikation“ kann keine Rede sein – es gibt schlichtweg keine! Erwarten Sie nicht, dass während des Aufenthalts jemand auf Nachrichten bei Booking oder sogar auf Anrufe reagiert. Und eine Rechnung? Vergessen Sie’s einfach.

• Roman (10/5): Like a 4-star room in a perfect condition for a half of a normal price. - There is a brand new very comfortable interior. The heating system is extremely powerful. You can do as warm as you want. There is a cafe and a supermarket on the way between a railway station and the apartment. The host is very nice to deal with. Very quiet. Only one chair, therefore dinning together was a bit complicated.

• Aini (7/5): Good - Information before we arrive was good; keybox,location of the appartmet,ym. Locatioin of the appartment was good,it was easy to go to the city center. Parking place in the street. Appatmet was cramped and we miss armchair where to watch tv and some stools where you can sitt when you eat. The bed was terrible.

• Yannick (8/5): Cosy flat - Very easy to get in, we arrived late in the evening and there was no problem collecting the keys. Cosy flat that is nicely decorated, feels just like home. It's further away from the city centre than it looks on a map, although S-Bahn station is quite close by.

• Rickster99 (8/5): A quiet and clean studio on a simple +- 30 min. journey from the city centre. - Easy parking near the studio Clean studio Enough storage space for two people Good and easy contact with the host, also in English Proper warm water and wi-fi Quiet area and close to the bus stop and underground There was plenty of cooking tools to cook proper meals. There was not much which disappointed me. However, if I have to add something, there could have been a second warm blanket for in the winter months. For the rest I am satisfied with the studio and we had a good stay.

• Gözde (9/5): It was an amazing stay for sure! - I really want to thank Janis. The house is exactly the same with the pics even more beautiful. House is very close to the bahn train stop. Its a bit outside the city but i loved the house because of this. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. You can really enjoy your stay here. The only negative thing about the house is the bed. Its a bit shaking when you move a little. Not uncomfortable but if you are planning to stay more then 5 days maybe it can be.

• Denise (10/5): Loved it!! - I had a fantastic stay at the Gesamte Unterkunft! It was a super cute, well-designed loft with tons of room and lovely views. I had no issues whatsoever. Janis even went above and beyond as a host and let me drop of my big backpack before check-in. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing! Everything was great!

The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Clean and cozyWe cooked at home and had every kitchenware we needed. The apartment was very comfortable. Only the refrigerator, it froze our tomatoes :)
• Aniko (9/5): Excellent, quiet location, clean and tidy apartment with caring touches to make your stay comfortable. - Great location in a quiet neighbourhood,a huge park, a river and a small lake within walking distance. Between two long days of driving we could go for a run and did yoga by the river. The flat was perfect for the one night stay we needed it. Clean, tidy with USB chargers to charge your mobile phones. Lovely touch to have ground coffee and a selection of tea. The steep stairs were awkward to navigate with suitcases. It would also be useful to have the option for more privacy (perhaps put blinds on, like on the rest of the windows) in the bathroom.
