• Jana (1/5): - Ich habe über Booking gebucht und eine Bestätigung erhalten, konnte aber im Vorfeld keinen Kontakt zur Unterkunft aufnehmen. Vor Ort war niemand anzutreffen, und ich musste feststellen, dass kein Zimmer für mich reserviert war. Auch andere Gäste hatten Schwierigkeiten, ihr Zimmer zu finden. Erst über die angegebene Telefonnummer erreichte ich jemanden von Heaven Homes, die mir mitteilte, dass sie zwar meine Buchung sehen könne, aber kein Zimmer verfügbar sei. Ich musste mich daraufhin an Booking wenden, um eine alternative Unterkunft zu bekommen – alles aus einem Café in der Stadt, da ich kein Zimmer hatte. Nach etwa 45 Minuten meldete sich Heaven Homes plötzlich erneut und bot mir doch ein Zimmer an – immerhin ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment, das in Ordnung war. Der Aufenthalt selbst war anschließend angenehm, aber die Anreise war chaotisch und stressig. Besonders unangenehm war, dass es vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner gab. Zudem habe ich bereits bei der Buchung angegeben, dass ich eine Rechnung benötige (Geschäftsreise), aber bis heute – sechs Wochen später – keine Antwort oder Rechnung erhalten. Insgesamt: Wer hier bucht, sollte mit Kommunikationsproblemen, fehlender Betreuung vor Ort und organisatorischem Chaos rechnen. Der Preis ist zwar niedrig, aber das Risiko, dass einiges schiefläuft, leider hoch
