Poderia caprichar melhor na limpeza debaixo das camas e percebemos o chão nao muito limpo, mas tal fato nao pode denegrir a imagem da acomodação pois supriu todas as nossas necessidades, foram altamente profissionais entrando em contato conosco por diversas vezes afim saber o horario de chegada na acomodacao, nos deixando inclusive guardar as malas antecipadamente. • Pascale (9/5): Prima appartement op een fantastische locatie in Milaan. - Een prima appartement op een fantastische locatie in Milaan. Via een lift geraak je op de derde verdieping. De vriendelijke eigenaar zorgde voor de sleutels en een beetje uitleg. Prima slaapkamers en badkamers. En een extra zetelbed. Metro vlak voor de deur. Alles was perfect. Wel wat lawaai van de naburige bars.
• Familie Lutz (9/5): Tolle Lage, tolle Woh⁰ nung - Die Lage ist perfekt, U Bahn, Strassenbahn, Bus direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausststtumg der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Silvio war sehr nett und zuvorkommrnend. Wir würden due Wohnung wieder buchen. Im Erdgeschoss ist unterm Fenstet eine Bar, die bis in die Nacht sehr laute Musik gespielt hat. Das hat gestört.
• Andrea (8/5): - Very nice everything. Location is the best you can get for the area. The bar downstairs is super loud, if you not into it, it’s hard to sleep until late at night. I guess if you stay here, you are ok with it. In the morning the road is also busy/noisy early.

• Virginie (9/5): Séjour top en famille à Milan - Très bel appartement pour un séjour en famille, au pied du métro et au cœur du quartier animé de Navigli. Logement très bien équipé, propre, literie de qualité. Coup de cœur pour l'accueil et les services (panier de bienvenue café/thé, sets de tables et torchon dans la cuisine). Le logement était très bien. Petit bémol pour l'animation du quartier l'été qui peut désappointer si vous recherchez des nuits calmes (prévoir des boules quies).

• Maria (9/5): Genial - Imposible decir solo una cosa, estaba pensado al detalle todo con varias televisiones y aire acondicionado en cada habitación o comedor, apartamento muy amplio Sin duda si vuelvo a Milán repetiré Aparte nos dejaron dejar las mochilas hasta por la tarde 😊 Un apartamento que podría ser un 10 sin duda pero tiene el gran fallo de las almohadas el descanso es muy importante y ya que todo está genial sin duda las almohadas son incómodisimas, y otro detalle poner en las duchas alguna repisa o algo para poder dejar el gel, champú.. y no tener que dejarlo en el suelo ya que las duchas son muy pequeñas y es incómodo al agacharte y el ascensor fuincona mal

• Brendan (10/5): The accommodation was perfectly situated next to the Porta Genova metro station and has a lot of nearby restaurants and - The location was fantastic, right next to the Porta Genova metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The host was fantastic and was easy to communicate with. Porta Genova was bustling at night and their were a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby At night it can be a little noisy due to a nearby club. With earplugs this wasn’t an issue

It does get noisy but the double glazed windows block out the street noise and the air conditioner kept us cool. Loads of bars and restaurants close by. There is a lift which was fantastic with heaps of bags. Need more pillows. Only 2 pillows in the main bedroom. Need 2 pillows for each person.
• Milena (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, location, an apartment and great communication with the host. There is a metro station in front of the entrance of the building. Duomo 20 minutes by walk.
• Melinda (9/5): A place in the heart of the action. - This apartment was well located away from the center but easily accessible by tram. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a very lively night life but not too loud later in the evening. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress.
• Roy (9/5): Weekend Stay in Milan - The location and standard of the apartment was excellent. Rooms, bathrooms and amenities were great. Easy access to the metro and right in the heart of Navigli. Communication from Silvio was spot on with regular texts keeping a track of when we would arrive. If you are bothered by noise then it may not be suitable. Not an issue for us but the plus points on location mean it is very busy and noisy at the weekends.
• Eduardo (10/5): Excelent !!! - Silvio’s personalized attention was exceptional. He warmly welcomed us and provided numerous recommendations on where to eat and which places to visit. The apartment has been recently renovated and features brand-new appliances and equipment. It is comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood is normal, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. In addition, the metro station is just a few meters from the apartment. The neighborhood at night is a bit bustling because of the bars and restaurants nearby.

It’s an easy walk to Duomo Cathedral and the shopping area of Milan. The apartment was a great size for us and our 2 young adult children. The appliances all worked well, having a washing machine was great and having air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room was awesome. The apartment felt very safe having a locked gate and locked front door at the entrance to the building. Our host was super friendly and helpful. Nothing :-)

• Sallycol (9/5): Great Navigli location - Really nice apartment in a great location, literally at the top of the metro station stairs and very close to all the action of Navigli. Silvio was very kind and communicative.
• Bee (9/5): Clean, lovely, convenient - The proximity to eating places and the metro made it so easy to move about. The interior is clean and well-kept. One bedroom door scrapes the floor when opening/closing, making a loud noise that disturbs the others, especially in the night.

It was well located for our purposes; close to transport but also not too far to walk to the Duomo, and very close to plenty of local restaurants and bars. A great and very convenient location and a clean and comfortable apartment. Can't think of anything we didn't like about this property. It was as we expected it to be. The owner was very responsive to questions/queries as we did have a couple when we first arrived.

Silvio answered to all our questions even weeks before our trip. We were a group of 3 friends but the apartment is also suitable for 2 couples as it has 2 bathrooms. • Grg (10/5): Every year only there !! - Everything was just perfect. The Hospitality, the apartment, the communication, the location, the cleanliness, everything. The communication was immidiate and very kind. The apartment was very clean, with two balconies that you can enjoy from the one side the view and fron the other side the peacefulness. Very spacious, with two bathrooms with always hot water and a large fully equipped kitchen (we were cooking). Perfect for families with children and in an ideal location since you literally have everything at your door. I definitely found my stay at Milan from now on.
• Oroihon (10/5): Very nice. Recommended! - Very nice apartment. New and clean. Good kitchen. Nice balconies on both sides, where you can sit and have a cup of coffee. A lot of restaurants around. Metro and tram stations are very close. When I needed to extend our stay we did it with the host very fast. The blankets were rather thin for winter season. They was a small delay when getting the keys, but it's fine.

Some small things needed attention, but nothing a call couldn’t take care of it. Would have liked more towels since there wasn’t a dryer.

Excellent location right next to the metro and about a 2 minute walk from the canal in Navigli which is packed with bars and restaurants. Would stay here again next time visiting Milan. N/A

• Miel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, well equipped with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom items you need for a good stay in the city. The washing machine did not work during our stay but I still gave perfect stars as it did not affect our three day stay there (which I notified to them so they can address it). The unit has air-conditioning which was great after being out in the sun. The location was by far the biggest cherry on top - it's just one tram ride to and from the Duomo, Porta Genova is right across it, subway is right by its doorstep, the wide array of restaurants and the pretty canal behind it, the paid parking lot is just across it and you can see your car parked! Parking, if you've done some searching is very hard to find in Milan vicinity This is an awesome location. If I'd go back to Milan, I'd stay here again and would recommend.

• Marina (9/5): Lovely family apartment in Milano - Very nice stylish apartment, big enough for a family with two almost adult children. Fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms. Comfortable beds. We came with a car and there is a parking just across the road for 25 Euro per day. Metro and railway are also one step away. The check-in and checkout really uncomplicated. The area is very busy and noisy till late at night. So no chance to open the windows (but there is an air conditioner). With the closed windows it is not loud, but you still hear the noise. That is really the only minus of this wonderful flat.

• Zeppe (7/5): Really good ! - 99.99% great! Apartment is ridiculously close to metro station, you literally get out of the metro and walk right into the apartment building. The apartment was very clean, Silvio helped us a lot with his recommendations on nearby interest point. The apartment had everything we needed. It was pretty cold and the heating was not available until the 12th of november (bummer for us, as we were there 8-10) - but we did manage to make it cozy turning the air conditioning on hot.
