Very comfortable beds. Great place close to Interlaken center. supermarkets, bakery, bar etc.. nearby. Bus station just in front of the door.

The cleaners were lovely and very helpful. The location was also great with good restaurants and crepe shop just across the road. No issues what so ever.
• Tony (8/5): Overall a good stay with clean rooms, need to take bus to most areas but bus stop is near apartment - Nice and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen Bedrooms are of good sizes No living area and dining is only common area TV a bit on the small side
• Jen (10/5): We will definitely stay in the property when we visit Switzerland again. - The location, the apartment itself big, comfortable, complete on all what you need. The host is very nice she let us checked out late. We had an issue of the wifi but everything else was perfect.

There were sufficient eating options close by including a supermarket. The cooking facilities had everything we needed it was just so well equipped. The attention to detail was exceptional. A bottle of wine and Toblerone chocolate on arrival was a nice touch. It was the best accommodation we had in our 6 week overseas trip. Highly recommended. There was nothing that we didn't like about the property.

• Fatema (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing! The apartment was spotless when we entered and the host also gave us complimentary chocolate on arrival. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, they have a separate laundry room for washing and drying clothes. The bathroom was huge with a bathtub and clean towels. In short, It was everything you would get at a luxury hotel and more! Plus point was it's just a staircase away from the bus stop, so transport within the Jungfrau region was very easy. The only thing that needs improvement is the sinks in the bathroom, they drain water very slowly (perhaps partially clogged?)

• Salil (9/5): Spacious and well-equipped apartment - - Spacious, well-equipped, well-stocked and tastefully crafted 2 bedroom family suite - Premium light, bath, kitchen fittings and appliances - Bus-stop just 50 steps away - Great views all around - Useful shops, outlets and eateries in the neighbourhood - Convenient laundry room - Look up the timetable and take bus 174 instead of trying to walk from/to Interlaken Ost, especially when you have luggage. Note: Frequency is 30 minutes, so plan accordingly, otherwise you might miss your train. - Bathroom and bedroom doors can not be locked from inside (no key) which was a minor inconvenience during our stay (Ironically, we found the keys in a top shelf on our last day) - WiFi was slow/glitchy for some reason
• Zhenyu (8/5): Good place to stay in Interlaken, do not expect in-time response from the host. Quite Self-Serviced. - The location is good, you can walk there from the Interlaken Ost train station or take a bus. The facilities in the apartment are good. Well-equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. The rooms are cozy and the bathroom is comfortable. The host is quite unreachable, it sometimes takes more than 24 hours to get their response. Before my check-out, I asked the host whether I could extend the check-out time, and she replied to me that she would tell me the day before my check-out date. BUT she never answered me later..... There is a long upstairs to get to the family suite, so if you are carrying a heavy suitcase, you will find it extremely difficult to bring it into the apartment. The guest card for the transportation is not sent through email. Instead, it is placed on the table in the apartment. So you need to get to the apartment first then you can get the tickets for taking the local transportation.
