• Mvilawemphi (4/5): Disappointed with the apartment due to the basics lacking - Location, spacious, homely There was no body wash, and even raising it with the host, he made no effort to normalize the situation. Also i woke up to a cold shower, aa there was no hot water

• Tambala (7/5): Very good location and quality apartment, but housekeeping requires an upgrade. - The location is exceptional, right in the CBD, closer to many government service providers. For such a location and apartment, in terms of cleanliness (beddings and general maintenance), they can do better.

There were cockroaches and other bugs in some rooms like the kitchen and master bedroom, the TV also didn't work properly if you switched it on. The couch was torn, had a hole in it and the paint work was old with patches on the wall!

Adding a proper door or partition to the showers would help prevent water from spilling over, making the bathroom more user-friendly and easier to maintain.
