• Lisa (6/5): Comodo, senza pretese - La zona non troppo centrale è comunque molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, zona tranquilla, appartamento spazioso, letti comodi. Ottimo avere due camere da letto. Top la vasca. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'induzione che il Tim di supporto è riuscito a risolvere, peccato che le pentole in dotazione non fossero per l'induzione tranne 1. Il divano e la moquette erano molto sporchi, anche per chi è senza pretesa. Nel complesso passabile
• Kaylee (6/5): Prima voor korte duur maar erg onhygiënisch - De ligging en de duidelijke informatie die ik kreeg van de host. Het was erg onhygiënisch, de badkamer lag vol met haren overal lag er stof. Heel veel pannen/borden en keukengerei was smerig, er zaten op veel spullen nog etensresten. Om niet te beginnen over de slaapkamers, deze waren enorm vies/stoffig en het tapijt zat vol met vlekken waaronder ook bloedvlekken. De woonkamer is goed verlicht alleen hangen er geen gordijnen oid voor het raam. Dit zorgt ervoor dat een groot deel privacy wegvalt

• OSTACHE (9/5): - Locatia este situata pentru o strada linistita la o distanta de 300 de metri de metrou. In apropiere se afla un magazin deschis non stop de unde se poate cumpara tot ce ai nevoie intr-o vacanta. -
• Letitia (2/5): The worse air bnb we have every stayed in . Really poor standard - The location was close to the main bus route and was easy to get into central London The bathroom was in very poor condition with mold on the ceiling. There was a leak in the bathroom and we couldn’t use the shower until a plumber came 3days into our stay. The repair by the plumber was poor and the re-grouting came out the day after he did the works. The welcome note said that the kitchen equipment was suitable for use on an induction stove but the saucepans were not induction and as there was no microwave we were unable to cook in the flat and had to buy food which was an added expense. The pillows were smelly and really old. We had to request them to be replaced. There was an extension cable loose across the hallway from the bedroom causing a trip hazard. The mattresses on the beds were very low grade and hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on . The sink in the bathroom was blocked and didn’t drain properly. The sofa in the lounge was very stained and smelt bad.

• Stef (6/5): Een redelijke keuken en bedden. Kapotte badkamer. - Toegang en bedden Het was er niet schoon. Erg veel stofnesten in de slaapkamers. De badkamer had kapotte kitranden waar water langs lekte naar de benedenwoning. De onderbuurvrouw stond voor de deur omdat ze al maanden last had van lekkages vanuit het appartement.

• Oliwia (4/5): - w apartamencie jedyne co było czyste to pościel, niestety cała reszta pozostawia wiele do życzenia, zostawiono nam starą gąbkę do mycia naczyń, podłogi nie były umyte, nawet nie jestem pewna czy apartament byl odkurzony, w szafkach były śmieci i ubrania po wcześniejszych lokatorach, kran w łazience odpadał i unosił się zapach wilgoci, bardzo brudna kanapa, brak zasłon w salonie

• valérie (6/5): Correct - L'emplacement, la proximité des bus, rue calme et résidentielle. Propriétaires répondent rapidement. Apparemment lumineux. Pas très propre, sentait énormément l'humidité dans la salle de bain,peu isolé au niveau sonore. Il y avait encore des ustensiles sales dans le lave-vaisselle. Le menage laissait à désirer. Il n'y avait pas de lampe de chevet dans l'une des chambres. Pas de torchon à vaiselle. Robinetterie brisée dans la salle de bain.

• Martin (2/5): Very poor. Flat was dirty and should not be rented out - Good location close to King’s hospital Flat had not been cleaned and was very messy and dirty. It was very cold when we arrived and there were no instructions provided to operate the heating system. The remote control was also broken. It did not feel a safe place to our baby to stay so we move somewhere else for the second night. The managing agent showed a potential buyer of the property around while we were out.

• Jan (3/5): Been there - not coming back ! way below expectations -> Updated ! - Quietness in the nighttime , and the photos on the WEB (booking.com app) in addition the neighbor down stairs was helpful during arrival... Located not far away from train station Loughborough Junction you can reach in 4-5 mins to get into London in 10 minutes train ride So we choose this apartment as there were fully equipped kitchen as we need an oven to prepare some dietary food The oven was never working throughout the stay It was communicated by mail to BSH (householder) which facilitated the apartment that no power on the oven ! nothing happened ... later on please send pic of the oven ... in the days after nothing happened expect please send a video and Funny enough on the very last day we found in a remote kitchen closet very other end of the kitchen a contact to switch on the oven :-) but there were absolutely no such instructions anywhere ! Householder later told that this was usual to place an switch some other place in UK, how should we know about that ??? Absolutely no compensation as they said you didn't use WhatsApp for communication even they replied by mail themselves or booking app as well, really weird excuse It is not stated clearly this apartment is on 1st floor with very steep stairs and no handrails.... it caused issues carrying heavy suitcases The couch in the living room was really dirty and overall the apartment conditions looked more or less challenging (see pics) In the living room the lamp beside the TV there were no bulb in the lamp ! and under the couch big dust pile with hairs were floating around on the floor It looked good on the pics but ended up as an disappointment and the oven issue was ridiculous **** After property response I can inform that yes pictures were mailed and commented First they requested photo of the oven in the booking app 1 day after >>> this was sent (even I highlighted this was 220V missing issue = no power) Next property response --> Please send video of the oven :-) >>> did not sent a video ! this problem solving offered was getting ridiculous Sorry ! I think it was just a matter spending time until we left (why not coming by and solve the issue or call me !!!) instead of solving issues actively they refter to WhatsApp

• Emily (6/5): Great location for the hospital but cleanliness and privacy could be better - Location was key for us. It’s very close to Kings College Hospital and Denmark Hill station so we could access the hospital easily. Bedrooms are a decent size. Hosts were great with communication and for help with the door codes. There are minimal blinds/curtains at the property so privacy is an issue. The frosting isn’t good enough as you can be seen through the bathroom window if the light is on. Although the property was tidy, cleanliness could better (E.g., stains on sofa, carpets and wall). The shower drain was also blocked. A microwave would be a helpful addition.

• Orwin (3/5): Poor - First thing I noticed was no curtains in the kitchen/ diner room, or the bathroom or window in the corridor. The TV didn't have any instructions and didn't seem able to get live programmes e.g. news, just subscription channels. The induction hob had no instructions but was similar to mine at home so easy to use, but it didn't heat up the pans. I think they were aluminium which looked like they'd been in use for some time, but the hob looked new. Unless there was a fault with the hob, I think replacing the pans with ones suitable for induction cooking had been overlooked. Cleanliness was OK in most places, but patches of floor had been missed. There was a sweet wrapper, a plastic tube and dust in the living room area. One of the pillows smelled of sweat. It should be made clear in the info that the stairs are steep and narrow and don't have a handrail. Not very suitable for older people who'd booked the property because of it's proximity to Kings College hospital The shower was nice.
• Annmarie (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was clean, beautifully decorated and close to transport, shops, and amenities. I love the bedrooms. The staff handle my queries promptly and was very helpful. I have already recommended this apartment to family and friends. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. It would be great to have some blinds at the windows for privacy and a Microwave at the property, as this is self-catering and would make the stay 💯 % Top class.
• Ann (5/5): Great location but cleanliness was very disappointing - 5 minute walk from Kings College Hospital, the apartment was on a street which was very peaceful The sofa was stained, there were marks on walls, the bedroom carpets needed a good hoovering and holes in walls which had not been filled. It felt as if the standard was being kept to a bare minimum as the property was on the market with an estate agent.
