- Nora (4/5): Не бих повторила и не препоръчвам. - Нямаше топла вода. След като се свързахме със собственичката, ни посъветва да се обърнем към рецепция. Изпратиха техник, който каза, че бойлерът не работи и трябва да се смени. Отново се свързахме със собственичката, предложи да ни възстанови част от преведаната сума и да използваме баните, които се намират в спа центъра. Бяхме само за една нощувка и се съгласихме. На следващия ден освободихме апартамента и я информирахме за банковата сметка, на която да възстанови сумата. Месец след направеното плащане от наша страна бяхме компенсирани с 30% от сумата. Като цяло, състоянието на апартамента показваше липса на поддръжка- разковани лайсни, незакачена мивка, трудно отварящи/затварящи се врати. Има какво да се подобри.
