Obsługa szybko i sprawnie przygotowała brakujące łóżka. Blisko sklep spożywczy i dobra cukiernia. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z najważniejszymi.punktami Rzymu.Elastyczność i łatwość kontaktu. • Maria (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Everything about the property was great-Michela our host was wonderful. We requested a fan for one of the rooms and the next day she brought it. There are a couple of local family owned restaurants in the neighborhood - big plus for that. Metro is walking distance. Would stay here again. The faucet in the kitchen could be upgraded

• Kumer (10/5): - Michela zelo prijazna, ustrežljiva in nam je takoj pomagala rešiti vse, kar smo potrebovali. Lokacija ok, zadnji dan smo lahko kovčke pustili pri njih, da jih nismo tovorili okrog, uredila nam je taksi, res, zelo ustrezljiva. Posteljnina ni delovala ravno čista za moj občutek....

• Marwa (1/5): It was a disaster - Nothing would not go there again The apartment smelt like mud, the bathrooms were so smelly and disgusting, they lied about the ac, one room didn’t have ac and when we told them they gave us a fan that doesn’t work, shower handle broke after one use, beds were very uncomfortable and unclean, towels also had stains on them, would not recommend, the pictures are not what the apartment actually is
• Nata (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved the apartment! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The building entrance was also a pleasant surprise – beautiful and felt very secure. A huge plus is the bus stop directly in front of the apartment, making it super convenient to get to the city center in just 15 minutes. Our host, Michela, was incredibly attentive and responsive; she was always available to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

• Dorina (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fine, about 35 min walking distance to Coloseo and with a direct bus connection to the historic center right infront of the door. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Nice neighbourhood. Lots of stuff was broken (lamps, plugs, furniture, shower, etc.), the food in the fridge was frozen. I would not recommend for more then 4 people, because the fridge is very noisy, which is annoying for a fifth person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. and there are only four chairs. It is smaller than 70 m². Not a problem, but incorrect information. The city tax was - different to our other host in italy - *not* included in the "total price" stated here! Could be a very nice place when investing a few hours!
• Alina (9/5): Nice apartment near metro station - The apartment is near a metro station (8-9 minutes walking), the furniture is a little bit old but comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. In the apartment with windows on the street (building E) it is noisy even at night. They don't provide shampoo/shower gel but in the kitchen there is coffee and tea. In the area there are a lot of nice and good priced restaurants and shops.

There are good places for dinner and drinks nearby. Nice apartment buildings with common garden area in a safety neighborhood. There was no internet all of the time during our stay, there were issues with both toilets.

• Caroline (5/5): Passable - - location with several shops and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to public transport. -very good shower - good air conditioning -Apartment smells of damp -Does not have a microwave as advertised -Dusty furniture and duvet with dirt stains -Hair dryer doesn't work for more than two minutes, starts to smell like burning and stops. -The blanket in the living room is full of cat or dog hair, it gave my mother an allergy. -Contact with the owner was good until we got in, but when he sent a message asking how things were and I asked something, he didn't answer anything else.

• Gregorio (10/5): It’s cozy and nice. Great stay - It lived up to its name, it was cozy and nice. Had issues getting hot water constantly. Everything else was good.
• Bradley (10/5): Good apartment; Stefano is a good host/apartment manager. - The apartment is quite spacious and about a 8 minute walk from Metro A, Re di Roma, and seems to be a nice and quiet neighborhood. Stefano was quick an efficient in taking care of a small problem in the apartment and is clearly customer satisfaction oriented.

• Magdalena (9/5): Superb - Spacious and sunny apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Close to the shop and restaurants. Bus stops just a stone's throw away. Bus 85 will take you right to the Coloseum and metro stops. There is a new couch in the living room, another form the photos - I think more comfortable. The apartment is equipped with hair dryer, washing maschine (with washing powders) and dishwasher. Contact with the owner was excellent - every few days he asked if evertyhing is all right and brought things when sth was missing :) I can really recommend this place. P.S. The building has a beautiful elevator! Some of the furniture in the kitchen is damaged, like countertop close to the tap or shelves. Not enough large glasses with ears. One bin while there is a trash segregation demanded.
• Sergey (7/5): Good - Nice green location inside backyard. Away from noisy Rome's streets :) Metro station is not far(10min walk) or you can use bus #85 to reach San Giovanni station. Ground floor - good for smokers, you just go outside. Special thanks to Stefano for organizing transfers to airport! There was no toilet paper (it can be a problem for late check-in when shops are closed). Also there was no any stuff to wash dish. We haven't found any coffee/tea cups, had to use glasses for it :) Late check-in(00:00) fee was 50EUR, which was surprise for us, but thanks anyway for this possibility.

• Diana-gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us and had all the necessary utilities, the beds in particular were very comfortable 😊. Stefano also helped us with the airport transport on departure, which was very quick.
