• Oliver (3/5): Could have been nice but host is unresponsive and building is not suited to short tourist stays due to high security - Good location, decent apartment and set-up. Building itself had nice facilities. Incredibly, incredibly difficult to enter. Highly secure building with Face ID for every door, to which we were not added. We were only given a code for our apartment and nothing else which meant navigating the building door, internal doors, gym, pool and laundry doors very difficult. We also became locked out of our flat for multiple hours in the early hours of the morning because the electronic door lock would not unlock despite using the correct code. The very nice building concierges could not get us in without the owner, who did not answer his phone and was almost uncontactable and non-helpful throughout the stay. We were also not provided with basic information such as where to empty bins, where could we acquire toilet paper, which was made different by a host who we could not contact easily. Getting locked out on the morning we had to fly was a total nightmare, the building is not practical for tourists who don’t get added to Face ID register and the host is unresponsive. I would honestly not stay again, despite it being a nice building in a cool area.
• Fabrício (6/5): Satisfatório - O ambiente é bastante confortável, tudo bem limpinho e em ordem, fomos recebidos com um bombom de boas vindas e achei bem diferenciado. Mostra atenção com quem vai hospedar. O único ponto que não achei satisfatório foi que tive problemas com o checkin, a senha não estava funcionando na portaria, e o porteiro e a locadora não souberam orientar e ficou um joga joga pra porteiro e locadora e isso achei desagradável, pois estava querendo que tudo saísse agradável com quem eu estava me hospedando. Mas independente disso, não quis estragar minha estadia e não quis causar confusão. Fora isso, tudo está de parabéns.

• Pires (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and cosy apartment. Modern, very well located near Avenida Paulista. Loud construction works during the day, couldn't sleep in or take a nap in the afternoon.
• April (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Clean and comfortable. Security staff and host helpful. Beautiful rooftop pool and view (via front elevator while apartment accessed from rear elevator). Walking distance to Av. Paulista and Ibirapuera park. No clothes hangers.
