• Kim (1/5): Worst apartment i've ever been to. - The view Upon arrival I had to look under the building in filthy conditions for a lock box for the key. When I located it I tried the code , this didn't work so I asked some neighbours to help. I still couldn't get in. Finally I called the owner who gave me a different code than the one on booking.com. He didn't apologise , just said something about forgetting to change it or something. On arrival the flat absolutely stank of damp and cigarettes. I went to try to locate the stink and found the "balcony " was in fact an enclosed smoking room, complete with ashtray laid out ! I currently have cancer and have had part of my left lung removed. I specifically made sure this was a no smoking apartment. The "hot tub" is just a normal bath, the WiFi never connected and when I messaged the owner to ask for the specific WiFi network, he seemed very annoyed, kept repeating the name of the general network * Battersea*( of which there were about 30 with that name) and when I asked him specifically which one, he didn't seem to understand. There was nothing written down anywhere in the property to explain anything electrical. I had a very very quick shower and started to get breathless again due to the smell of smoke on the towels. It was truly unbearable so I called an uber and went to a local hotel where I stayed for the week at the cost of £ 1700 ! I did not even stay one night , I've never actually done that before . I have asked for a refund of the £600 i paid as the property clearly states that it is no smoking and in fact has a smoking room inside the apartment! ( see pics). The owner is denying everything and refusing to even give my back my money for a property that was not what I agreed to, nor did I stay there overnight at any time. Booking. Com are looking into it, but so far nothing. I can't believe that people can get away with this. This is the first time I've ever written a bad review for accommodation.
• Hylton (1/5): Unable to find keys so could not access flat. - The instructions for key collection were inadequate and I was unable to locate the key safe and keys. The host phone number was in Spain and I was unable to get through on the phone. I was therefore unable to stay in the flat. The host did not offer any compensation or refund for the obvious distress and expense this caused.
• Tracy (8/5): Very good - Very nice flat, clean, b d very comfortable ,great view and central to location we wanted to be in. Didn't get clear instructions to get into property, had to phone number from my booking but I should of had a WhatsApp with clearer instructions. Even if I had found the key box the code was different to the one I had from my original booking. Had difficulty with the key fob to get into flat. Saying that the owner was very helpful when I did contact via WhatsApp and got into a very lovely flat.

• Pallavi (3/5): Very disappointed - The bedroom a bathroom were clean and location was excellent The kitchen was grossly inadequate and the cooking utensils were disgusting. There was nowhere to place washed dishes. There were no cooking utensils except 3 disgusting pots. The bathroom was so small that you could not use the sink without dropping water everywhere and the toilet had no cover so there was always a risk of dropping something into it. Is ridiculously small and no real hooks to hang clothes or towel. Also was impossible to get hold of the manager in charge of the property and the owner just said I should what’s app him. He did not respond to WhatsApp and I had to contact bookjng.com. Furthermore when I tried to contact manager again he was again non responsive.
• Katerina (8/5): Very good - This is a real flat in a high stories building. It has a comfy and clean bathroom, nice bedroom with good linen and soft bed, it has a hairdryer, the main room has a comfy sofa to sleep for 2 adults. Wi-fi and smart tv available. All you need in the kitchen. The view is great, two bus stops nearby. All in all it was great. The owner ready to communicate via the phone. It took us some time to find the key box. It is hidden on the right next to the GROUND floor entrance, check the instructions from computer booking version only, the app somehow does not show them. And they forgot to leave us towels, we did not bother to remind. Totally 5 nights stay went super smoothly.

• Ewa (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is located quite centrally, in a nice part of town. The views are amazing. The apartment is dirty and not refurbished, the appliances are worn out and cheap. The refrigerator smells. The building is run down and smells bad.
