• Thiale (2/5): Achei uma experiência ruim - A UNICA parte boa da estadia foi a localização que é ao lado da estação de metrô Oscar freire. - Banheiro infestado de moscas quando chegamos. foi realizada uma limpeza paliativa depois que solicitamos, porém no dia seguinte, já estava com várias moscas novamente sem ter realmente resolvido o problema - Cadeira quebrada - Ar condicionado que não gela/funciona direito e provavelmente não é limpo a muito tempo - Cortina blackout que não funciona, às 7h e o quarto muito claro e a gente sem conseguir resolver. O que diminui muito a qualidade do sono - Limpeza do apartamento como um todo desde chegamos muito precária, chegamos a encontrar embalagem de comida de outro hospede em baixo da cama - Poucos travesseiros e sem fronha suficiente para todos - O atendimento via whatsapp é rápido, porém não é resolutivo - A UNICA vantagem desse airbnb é a localização, ao lado da estação de metro oscar feire e mais NADA.
• JOSE (6/5): - Localização perfeita, perto de tudo e um bairro seguro Chuveiro com problemas pra desligar, tinha que ficar desligando o disjuntor, e o 2 quarto, poderia ser uma cama, ao invés de sofá cama, pq fics 2 sofás camas, e é péssimo dormir em sofá cama.
• Thayná (9/5): Recomendo, bom apto e localização! - A localização era excelente, as acomodações eram bem confortáveis e tudo bem limpo. Super recomendo! Os vizinhos de cima jogavam cigarra que caiam na varanda. Outro ponto era que fomos em 6 pessoas e só tinha 2 mantas, esse ponto deixo a desejar.
• francisco (8/5): Excelente Ubicación. - La ubicación es excelente. El edificio cuenta con todo lo necesario. Muy seguro. El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo. 1. Hay 2 sillas del comedor malas y peligrosas. 2. La llave de agua fría de la ducha no funciona. Gira en banda. 3. Recomiendo mantencion a los aires acondicionados. Mal olor 4. No está habilitada la modalidad de calefacción del aire acondicionado y se hizo fría la estadía. 5. Limpieza de las fundas de los cojines del sillón de la terraza. 6. Incluir un hervidor de agua. 7. La Cocina esta en mal estado. Se caen los elementos calientes.

• Marcos (6/5): Bad idea - Very good location. According what I heard, the original cook was broken. They replace it for an old one. You can turn on all air conditioners at the same time. I already stayed there before. It is unbelievable it’s bad condition.
• Samantha (4/5): Suitable for one couple or maximum three people. Good location but property needs some attention to meet the photos. - Location was amazing. Staff very helpful and kind. Building facilities very good with onsite cafe, gym etc. But only a lap pool which was full of cigarette ends. The property is much smaller than the photos and has been modified to create a room from the balcony. You can’t sit comfortably on the sofa as the room is so small. Bedroom is nice but tiny. We booked for two adults and three children and it wasn’t suitable. The balcony room has a pull out sofa bed which is leaning to one side. Kitchen sink tap constantly leaking. Bathroom shower controls falling off.
• Katarzyna (9/5): A perfect apartment in the very city center for a family or a group of people! - Excellent location right in the city center in a good vicinity, right by the metro station; apartment very clean with all sort of services and 24 hour watch for security reasons; parking space also available. One of the beds could not be unfolded and the water filter was leaking (causing a small flood in the kitchen) - we informed the hosts about the problems at the beginning of our stay, but there was no reaction. We just used a pot to collect the leaking water and did not unfold the bed, but another party might complain.
