O apartamento não condiz com o que foi anunciado e apresentou problemas graves de higiene e segurança. Logo na chegada, encontramos baratas nas toalhas de banho, nas gavetas da cozinha e até nos talheres. A sujeira era visível e a presença de insetos e suas fezes nos causou muito desconforto e preocupação. Além da falta de limpeza, nossa privacidade e segurança foram violadas. Sem qualquer aviso ou autorização, uma pessoa não identificada entrou no apartamento para trocar as toalhas. Isso é inaceitável e expôs nossos pertences pessoais. Oferecer outro apartamento no último dia de estadia não resolveu os transtornos já causados, e todo o valor pago pelo local. Não recomendamos a estadia neste local devido à falta de cuidado com a limpeza e a violação da nossa privacidade. Temos fotos e vídeos que comprovam todos os problemas.
