Federica (4/5): Insomma - La posizione vicino a un buon bar e alla metro Non era una junior suite ma una standard a cui avevano aggiunto 2 letti singoli, di cui 1 era una poltrona letto. Senza avvertimenti al momento della prenotazione e del pagamento, 2 giorni prima del soggiorno hanno chiesto obbligatoriamente 200€ di riserva in caso di danni e dovendo inserire i dati della carta di credito on line perchè non si poteva farlo in presenza. Quindi, appena arrivati, abbiamo fotografato i danni già presenti nelle camere e abbiamo scritto una mail per evitare addebitamenti di danni ... ma sapremo solo fra 20/25 giorni se ci hanno trattenuto del denaro In struttura non c'è nessuno quindi non si può chiedere un secondo cuscino o una coperta leggera

A l'image d’un vol easy jet ou tout est payant une fois dans l'avion. La réception m'avait dit que je pourrais garer ma voiture a proximité. Il s'agissait en réalité de garer ma voiture dans la rue, a moitié sur le trottoir pour 35€ . Avec un "service" de surveillance par des indépendant dans la rue. Un deposit de 200€ est demandé au check in en cas de dégradation de la chambre. Ce montant est en fait débité et rendu 1 mois apres le séjour !! La chambre n’est pas fidèle au photo et dégradée (rideau cassé, trou dans la porte)... A fuir absolument. Lefoglaltam a szállást, de az utolsó két napban, amikor jelezték, hogy meg kell csinálnom az online check-in-t, akkor derült ki, hogy van egy kb. 4 oldalas szerződés, amit el kell fogadni, aminek a 80%-a arról szólt, hogy köteles vagyok 200 EUR letéti díjat fizetni érkezéskor, amit csak 40 naptári nap után fogok visszakapni és csak akkor, ha mindent rendben találtak a szobával, amit használtam. Mondanom sem kell, hogy ezután töröltem a foglalást azonnal és inkább máshová mentünk, ahol nem jelentették be semmi ilyen vagy ehhez hasonló rejtett költséget (ami elég erősen egyszerű lehúzásnak tűnt).

Le stanze dove abbiamo alloggiato sono state recentemente ristrutturate ed erano molto curate e confortevoli. Probabilmente coprirei il rivestimento di marmo accanto ai letti perchè generano freddo. Per il resto tutto ok

They request an unusually high deposit for 30 days with scary contracts. An obscure group of companies, have several locations in the same area, heavily marketed. A practice to avoid, we prefer to support other genuine accommodations.
Scarano (4/5): Meh... Più o meno - La posizione è ottima e la stanza è molto carina. Il bagno veramente molto bello soprattutto. Il personale molto carino al check in. La pulizia non è stata il massimo, penso che le signore entravano solo a rifare il letto perché poi il pavimento rimaneva sporco. Purtroppo il bagno puzzava di fogna e questa cosa ha penalizzato tantissimo il mio soggiorno perché la puzza entrava anche in camera. Inoltre le regole della struttura sono veramente terribili, dalla non rimborsabilità al fatto che bisogna lasciare 200 euro di cauzione. Aggiungo che le stanze sono tutte vicine con un corridoio in comune e non sono mancati, ahimè, ospiti veramente maleducati. Chiaramente non è colpa della struttura ma è da valutare.

Mariana (4/5): Não gostei e não ficaria outra vez. Não caiam nessa. - Quarto amplo, arrumado e limpo. Com ar condicionado e toalhas. O check in fica em um endereço X e pra chegar no hotel você precisa andar 12 minutos, não faz sentido algum. Além disso um valor de 200 euros que foi cobrado, sem dar satisfação sobre o que se tratava, quando perguntei falou que eu deveria pagar 200 euros ou um outro valor para me hospedar, além disso disseram que devolveriam em duas semanas e não devolveram. Não caiam nesse piada de lugar.

Nausicaa (1/5): - Dopo la prenotazione viene richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 200€ che vi vengono restituiti SOLTANTO se il giorno del check out avete tempo da perdere per passare in reception e lasciare una recensione positiva alla struttura, altrimenti vi viene detto che la caparra sarà restituita entro 15 giorni se pagate con carta di credito e 40 giorni se pagate con carta di debito. Sono passati due mesi e del deposito cauzionale neanche l’ombra. Inesistente sia la caparra sia il servizio assistenza che resuscita con toni intimidatori soltanto per timore di una recensione negativa (meritata). NON LASCIATE ROVINARVI LA VACANZA A NAPOLI DA CHI HA SETE DI TRUFFA MORALE E NON!

Judit (10/5): Exceptional - We were very satisfied, everything was as in the pictures. We were greeted by cleanliness. Via Toledo is a few minutes away. They cleaned every day, towels were changed every 2 days. I can only recommend it! We will be back

Pamela (1/5): Bad - . Upon check in, the receptionist asked for 200€ deposit but before asking for the deposit he wrote a message in his phone and showed us. I read the message which said that if you write a good review of the property, provided the pin and ignored Booking.com messages it was not necessary to pay the deposit. After, he mentioned that by giving the deposit with a credit card will take 2 weeks for the money to come back to the bank account while with debit card 4 weeks. This situation felt very unsafe and out of the Booking.com policy. As he did not explained the reason of the deposit and he ignored our questions we decided to leave the property and look for an alternative accommodation. This situation felt very stressful and illegal

We only stayed one night as we came from Sorrento for a very early flight the next day so location was important. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with good restaurants within walking distance. Sabin (4/5): The hidden guarantee ruined our trip and our experience with Napoli. After 34 days, still no refound - The location is good, close to city center. The room guarantee of 200 Eur was not visible when I booked the room. I was forced to pay the guarantee and sacrifice our trip to Capri because of this. Of course, it’s been 34 days and still no money back.

Rozhko (1/5): Good facilities, very poor customer service. - The Facilities were Ok. The bathroom is a little small but not big deal. The location of the property is excellent. I feel cheated by the hotel staff. Upon arrival we were required to pay a deposit of 200 euros even though I had already paid the full amount for the room we booked. It was explained to us that the amount would be refunded 14 working days after check out. Today is already the 17th working day after leaving the hotel and the amount has not yet been refunded to my account. I have written 3 emails to which I have had no reply, I have been trying to contact the hotel all day yesterday but no one is answering the phones left.
Isadora (5/5): Passable - Location and bed great, with AC. The lights are always on, the whole night the lights are on what is horrible to sleep properly! The blinders doesn’t cover the lights from outside, and we can listen the other rooms.

Asked about enter apartment earlier, 2 hours (if it's possible), they approved but then we met cleaning leadies who barly let us in. It was confusing but we entered at the end. Olga (5/5): very confusing to check in and find apartment - Location was good, but it was very difficult to find the appartment, very confusing, booking.com gave one address to check in and one address for the apartment but the apartment was at a 3rd address. We spent 2 hours trying to check in to find the apartment on the booking.com they gave 1 address to check in another address for the apartment and then after 2 hours of going back and forth texting with hotel agent, we find out the apartment is in a 3rd address....very confusing and tiring looking for the right apartment

They demanded a £200 deposit - which was well hidden in the booking small print - and won’t be returning it for 14 days !!!.
