• Nayak (8/5): 2bhk at canary wharf - The area was nice and close to the main canary wharf station Oil, salt, pepper should have been provided along with detergent for the washing machine and dish washer. A lot of bookings do provide those
• Al-Jawish (1/5): - We ended up meeting someone outside of a Tesco Express Check-in was pushed to 6pm without prior notice, which wasn't what was originally agreed. For the price paid, the value felt lacking and customer service was disappointing. There was no WiFi, though that was a minor inconvenience. The biggest frustration was arriving with friends during a travel layover, only to be subjected to a forensic level vetting process because of damage caused by a previous guest.. something that was entirely out of our control and caused unnecessary delays to our check-in.

• Andreas (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so zum Kochen benötigt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich Empfangen. Die Taschentuchboxen die in der Wohnung standen fanden wir großartig. Im Gebäude selbst gibt es einen Tesco Express. Die DLR ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn kann man in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichen. Die Gegend fanden wir für London sehr ruhig.
• Reva (4/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie was prima. In de badkamer met ligbad zat allemaal zwarte schimmel. Het rook ook vreselijk. Verhuurder gevraagd om het professioneel schoon te laten maken. De schoonmaker heeft er een doek langs gehaald. Verder niks. Geur bleef ook gewoon hangen.

• Susan (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious, clean with everything you need for your stay includes a hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, tv with all the various channels, towels were provided, hand soap and toilet roll. The view from the balcony was lovely especially at night. The beds were comfortable but the length of the beds were on the smaller side.
• Helder (9/5): Tres bon séjour... à refaire - L appartement est très propre et grand Il est conforme au descriptif. Le quartier est agréable. Il y a 3 stations de métro à proximité. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus. Nous avons adoré notre sejour Il n y a pas de table pour prendre un repas. Le bar avec sa tablette trop basse n est pas utilisable pour manger. Les porte dans l appartement s se referment automatiquement et ne restent pas ouverte. Elles font un bruit quand elles se ferment ... pas tres agréable la nuit. nous avions 25 sans chauffage et malgré les fenêtres ouvertes.

• Daniel (6/5): Late Check-in charge - Location good. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable apartment. Friendly guy. The apartment charges a late fee (£25) and asks you to give you a time you'll be arriving. We did so (advised between midnight and 1am) we arrived during that timeframe. However we were left waiting around 10 minutes outside in the cold for the host to arrive, with a baby. If you are charging people for arriving late, you should be on time to meet them within that allocated slot. Really should be charging the host a late fee instead!

• Hilditch (10/5): Absolutely fantastic and will be staying again - Location is absolutely superb, walking distance to underground and overland Even Uber is very reasonable too and location is so easy to get too Also if you like walking is superb as within walking distance to Canary and we even walked along the Thames all the way to Bank, it was great! Bedroom and bathrooms are separated and flat is sound proof. Really warm and super quiet Very conveniently laid out

• S G (10/5): Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend, High-quality, hassle-free stay in Canary Wharf. - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this new & modern 2-bedroom apartment, located close to the top floor in Canary Wharf, for three days, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The property was spotless, modern, and very well-equipped – everything was exactly as described, if not better. I had a few guests visiting from abroad (it was their first time in London), and they were also very impressed. The apartment was immaculate, stylishly furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect as well & the views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially at night, a real highlight that added to the overall experience. It was quiet, secure, and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and excellent transport links. The host was outstanding & incredibly responsive, kind, and professional throughout the check-in to checkout process and during my stay. They ensured I had all the necessary information and were always available to address any queries. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel heartily welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London and looking for a quality stay in the London / Canary Wharf area. Surprisingly, I can't think of a single negative point about this property.

Niestety jestem mocno zawiedzi - Lokalizacja Brak klimatyzacji, temperatura w mieszkaniu była nie do wytrzymania, „łóżko” w salonie oferowane jako 5 miejsce do spania - brak możliwości spania!!!!
• Shruti (10/5): A perfect booking for your family, parents and kids. Good location since it is close to central London. - This is a high rise apartment with beautiful views. The best part is the location, just a 5 minutes walk to the DLR south quay station. Clean and well furnished apartment equipped with everything that you need. Very responsive staff. The apartment has a Tesco express right below it so all your groceries are nearby. Nice restaurants around. Nothing at all.

It was very clean and tidy, too. The apartment got pretty warm but, when you opened up, it cooled right off. Some smoother sheets and fluffier pillows would be nice.

• Tracey (2/5): Very disappointed as it was a special occasion gift for friends - N/A Property needed a good clean, lots of things broken and scruffy. Host did replace broken blinds and toilet seats after complaint. Needs repairs, dirty bedding left in wardrobe, broken kitchen unit, broken fridge and broken fridge door. Towels still hanging all round flat and towels wet in tumble dryer. Extra bed left up in lounge not needed but had it in lounge all weekend. Top front door lock broken.

We met someone outside the property and showed us our parking space and the location of the apartment. Location was good. Apartment needs a little TLC, the photos look nice but the apartment needs some fixes. The blinds need replacing as some of the vertical blinds are missing so it's quite bright in the morning in the main bedroom and living room. The fridge bracket at the bottom was broken so the fridge was a little loose. Instructions on how to use the heating would have been good but we managed to work it out but the radiators in the living room need bleeding as you could hear the water trickling through them. The hot water doesn't stay hot for long so we didn't use the bedroom shower. The electric shower in the main bathroom was better but the shower holder couldn't be adjusted as this needs repairing. The host was helpful arranging for a parking space in the basement for £100 for 3 nights. When we arrived there was bedding drying over the sofas, so we had to stand around while the gentleman folded them and put them away. He did apologise but it was a little awkward just standing there waiting for him to leave. Location is great as it's about 10 min walk to tube station. The apartment could do with a little bit of investment to bring it back up to standard. Little things like instructions for using the heating, a fresh lick of paint in the living room and bathroom, and maybe a better mattress for the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was perfect. The cleaning company used could be told to clean under the beds as when we went to check if we had left anything they were quite dusty and dirty. For the price we paid it could have been better, but it has the potential to be better with some investment put back into the property. The area felt quite safe at night and no noise from the neighbours.

• Bhuvnesh (10/5): We had a memorable stay in London, Thanks to this property which have us a feeling of local flavour. - The property is in a very good building, next to river and Tesco store. 4 minutes walking distance from South Quay station and 8 minutes to Canary Wharf. It’s a spacious and comfortable house having all amenities mentioned in description and required for day to day use. Host (Umme) was very helpful, prompt in responding and considerate. There was a person who waited for us to guide us about all the things in house. We stayed here for 3 days and wanted to stay for 3 more days later but, couldn’t stay as it was already booked for those dates. Would love to come back again. We couldn’t get this for additional 3 days, as it was already booked for those dates.

I have been to London a few times and stayed centrally and never in Canary Wharf, with the stay being over a week I would recommend Canary Wharf as it is a quick underground into the heart of London yet when you get home it is far quieter, absolutely recommend. Great location about 10 minutes walk from the tube station.Lovely walk in this vibrant area,plenty of bars and restaurants. The actual apartment was stylish, clean and met our needs. The views were great, and it was really quiet! The hosts were very friendly and ensured if we needed anything just to contact them. It was value for money especially as it's in the Canary wharf. We felt safe staying here.
