• anna (9/5): Wonderful stay - Really enjoyed the stay. Location is great, walking distance to DFO and Crown. Room was nicely presented, had everything we needed. Pool and spa were definitely a highlight. Would defintely stay again..

Host was extremely helpful and quick to reply to messages which was greatly appreciated! Check in was complicated, read the instructions twice!

Easy walk to Southbank DFO area. The views are amazing from the 40th floor apartment. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was very helpful for our family of 5. Having an included car parking space was a big plus. Nothing
• Judith (10/5): Would stay here again - The accommodation was in a fantastic location near DFO, with a tram stop right across the road and plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The free tram made getting into the city quick and easy. The apartment itself was extremely clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed, and the beautiful views were an added bonus. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing

Got early check-in few hours before and it helped as I had a child with me..... Definitely a good stay Need 2 keys if there are more than 2 people..... We were 4 Adults + 1 child

• Jane (9/5): Best views in Melbourne! In comfort! - Location, free parking! Spacious and clean unit with arguably the best views in Melbourne. Tram stops at front of building made it easy to move about with two young children. The only downfall is checkin procedure is not straight forward. 23 page info and instructions just made checkin slow and a bit irritable. Once we figured it out tho all good.

• Jennifer (10/5): Gorgeous facilities and great location. - The facilities and location - faultless. The key/checking in process- it was needlessly complicated and the concierge on duty (female) was rude and unhelpful.

Good communication from the host, very easy to understand instructions on checking in & parking. The host also generously arranged a late checkout for us, which was really appreciated. The sheets had hair on them which may mean they weren't washed, the window sills had dust on them. Both of which would be on the cleaners not the host. Not sure if the bathrooms had exhaust fans, if they did they weren't working.

The view of the apartment was breathtaking and location was excellent with the train station and different tram lines very close by. If you arrive by car there isn’t a good option to park while checking in due to construction of the building next door.
• Leah (9/5): Comphy - The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch was great. Amenities were clean. Would have loved a little morning pack ie: some milk for coffee or something however the 7/11 was 2 min walk. Didn't have a chance to check out the buildings amenities but did have sauna & gym & pool available. building concierge was brilliant. Location was 10/10. The price seems alot for 1 might however it is probably on par with other apartments of similar size.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. These little things were so appreciated! The location was fantastic and easy to get around with the tram station out the front plus access to a parking spot was great!
