- Hamad (6/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful. Self check in and out The apartment has no air conditioning system. In the summer, temperatures rise up. Yes, there are fans available, but air conditioning is needed in the summer.

En équipement il manque de la vaisselle, trop juste, et une table et des chaises pour manger.
- José Abdón (1/5): Barato, metro cerca ,sucio ,barrio chungo y propietario que quiere ganar dinero haciendo lo mínimo. - Tiene un supermercado y una parada de bus y metro muy cerca. El barrio es preocupante.En el edificio había un cartel para avisar a la policía si se veían grupos de jóvenes montando jaleo.
El propietario no invierte lo más mínimo en el piso.Ya hay varias quejas por ja Caldera, yo estuve 3 días sin agua y aún estoy pendiente de que el propietario hable conmigo para una compensacion. El piso podría tener algún tenedor, cuchillo o vaso más, solo por poner un ejemplo de algo que no requiere dinero,pero si ganas de agradar y de cuidar al cliente.Justo lo contrario de lo que hacen aquí.Muy sucio, pero nadie pensará en pagar un par de horas más para limpiar,aunque el cliente las pague.

- Dor (7/5): The apartment description is accurate - The description of the apartment is quite accurate. It is also very important to read carefully what is required and the deposit issue. The great advantages of the apartment are the excellent location near a train station on the Northern Black Line, which is very significant in London, and in addition the excellent price. There is a nice little bar next to the apartment with prices significantly cheaper than in the city center. Communication with the apartment owners was very good We were a little disappointed with the facilities in the apartment. But if you come prepared for everything described, then there is nothing to complain about.

- Akan (5/5): Fair. - I like the view, kitchen and nearness to fun places. The pictures online are far better than the physical apartment. The heating wasn't too good, the chair wasn't comfortable, the sitting room was stuffy due to dryer with wet towels was kept there and the bed wasn't comfortable as well.

- Leila (6/5): Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay and would not recommend this apartment to future guests. - Prompt communication from property owner. We recently stayed at this apartment in London, and our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no hot water. While the owner did attempt to fix the issue, it remained unresolved throughout our stay, making our visit quite uncomfortable.
Moreover, the apartment was not clean, and the location was awful, with a lot of noise at night that made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the apartment did not even have a proper lock on the front door, which raised serious safety concerns.
We were able to move out after the fourth night, and the owner did refund the amount for the remaining nights. However, he did not honor the compensation he had promised us for the inconvenience.

- Sarah (10/5): Really good place to stay in nine elms. Perfect! - Wonderful apartment right next to nine elms underground station. The house is warm, welcoming and spacious. Keys are located close to the apartment. I would definitely come here again. Very clean and well kept, linen and towels were superb.
