• Janet (7/5): Found hair everywhere and dirty underwear in the drawers. Besides that it was good. - Location was good Dirty underwear in drawers when we arrived and black hair everywhere …. I am blonde.

• Laura (7/5): Started off wonderfully - ended on a bad note! - Apartment was so clean and lovely, lots of space and the person I booked with was so friendly. Pool is amazing and the location is perfect! Was cash only, and additional cash deposit required for bond - they tried to keep the entire bond for a used towel that looked ‘dirty’. The person that checked the apartment was scrubbing towels in the sink - be very wary about this scam! When we threatened to call police he gave us our money but he was extremely rude and aggressive. Such a shame because everything else was perfect.

• Vicki (10/5): Apartment 1202 - Our apartment was 1202 and was very modern, clean and well maintained. Reading other reviews different apartments on various levels may not be managed as well. It is not a hotel but privately run apartments. We had everyrhing we needed and it was within good walking distance or Grab to alot of the city attractions. 2 brm and 2 bathroom so our teenage son and ourselves had our own space. Kitchen well set up with coffee and tea the only things that were not supplied. Communication was great. Make sure you have enough cash for your stay and the holding deposit as its a bit of a walk to an ATM and they dont take cards. Lovely pool on the rooftop with awesome city views.

• robert (8/5): - Large wardrobes for clothes. Our stay at the apartment was unfortunately not as comfortable as expected. The pool area was disappointing, as there were no sun loungers available—only eight hard chairs for the entire building, which is far from sufficient. In the room, each guest received only one very small towel (The child did not receive a tower) , which made daily use inconvenient. The living room sofa was advertised as a sofa bed, but it couldn’t be unfolded, and no bedding was prepared for it. I had to ask the staff for a set, but the bedding provided was incomplete. These issues made the overall experience less enjoyable than it could have been. There is no luggage storage, if you want to leave your luggage for longer - because you have an evening flight - your luggage will be available in a public place - underground garage.

• Nicola (9/5): Great family accommodation - Large space for family of 4. Great, central location. The pool was a highlight. Great communication from Le. Only very minor but flush buttons on toilet was missing. No cutlery. Needed thicker blankets as the air-conditioning was very cold and couldn't get it warmer
• June (10/5): Exceptional accommodation and facilities - The apartment was pretty much perfect! The apartment itself was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. Love that it had a washing machine and drying area particularly handy when travelling with kids. It has an amazing huge pool, better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Great gym and rooftop seating area. There is a great cafe downstairs that was open from 7:30am every day which we went to for breakfast every morning so pretty much like staying at a hotel. The building is perfectly located in the heart of the city centre so lots of eating places just outside the building and within walking distance. Nothing, it was perfect!

Hoping for more promo and discount.. Make it lower price

Everything was there to enable cooking and washing. Rooftop pool was stunning No signage on building so for pickups we had to quote hotel across road.
