• Angela (8/5): Schöner Kurzaufenthalt, eine Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen. - Zentrale Lage mit tollem Seeblick. Saubere Wohnung und zweckmässige Einrichtung mit viel Stauraum (grosser begehbarer Schrank) Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche eher spartanisch eingerichtet, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Mit der Zustellung ded Codes für die Schlüsselbox hat es leider nicht geklappt und die Erreichbarkeit des Offices war etwas mühsam. Wir mussten während 30 Minuten immer wieder anrufen, bis wir jemanden am Tel. hatten, Hilfe wae dann aber freundlich und prompt.

• Daniela (8/5): - Die Lage - Seesicht war perfekt. Die Küche war sehr sauber und wertig ausgestattet.

• Lukas (10/5): Gerne wieder. - Aussergewöhnliche Lage direkt am See an der Anlegestelle für Kursschiffe, mit Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Perfekt um sein eigenes Frühstück zu geniessen. Parkieren im Parkhaus funktioniert auch gut. Hinauf der Kirche geht man durch die schmalen Treppenwege und kann den schönsten Blick über den See und den Ort geniessen. Sehr feine Gelateria gleich um die Ecke, Restaurants und Bars ebenfalls. Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten um im See zu baden. Beim Parkhaus wurde ein neues Floss erstellt, das erhitzt sich aber dermassen stark, dass man nicht darauf gehen und sitzen kann.
• Sulzer-Doll (8/5): - super Lage schöne Aussicht komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war ein wenig komplizierter den code zu bekommen aber die Verantwortlichen waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit so das wir dieses Problem schnell gelöst haben. Einen Vorschlag hätte ich anzubringen wenn sie mal wieder eine Famielie mit Kindern haben über der Wohnung die wir hatten würde ich sie darauf aufmerksam machen das diese doch nicht bis 1 Uhr Nachts in der Wohnung umher rennen da man unten fast wahnsinnig wird. Leider war das bei unserem Besuch passiert das hat uns wirklich sehr gestört obwohl wir Kinder sehr lieben und auch neben einem Kindergarten und Schulhaus Wohnen . Wie oben erwähnt nur das permanente herumrennen der Kinder ober unser Wohnung bis 1 Ihr Nachts.

• William (4/5): DISSAPPOINTING - great location and aesthetic LIES - the entire apartment is NOT airconditioned. I was gaslighted when asked about this. The AC control in the bedroom is not connected to the electrical wiring... why? Even so, they stated that the apartment is in fact airconditioned since the ac works in the living room. <-- textbook gaslighting. But it doesn't cool the bedroom with the "hard as a rock" bed. I had to purchase a fan and keep the window shades shut to keep the house somewhat cool. ALSO... the shower would overflow into the bathroom and create a huge MESS. So, we had to take showers where we could only run the water for 30 seconds at a time. When I told the management about this, they asked if I wanted to be fixed/resolved...really? And they NEVER sent anyone out to fix it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very clear instructions on how to get there, where to park etc. Communication with the host company was also very smooth and responsive, Really close to attractions, food, restaurants, The air conditioning was broken in the room. Only the one in the living room worked. We were forced to leave the rooms open to cool down the apartment. On contacting the host company,they too were unaware of this. The lift was working but it took a bit to figure on how to make it work always

• Bartosz (9/5): Fabulous location - Morcote - Fantastic village, apartment located in the central point with beautiful view on lake and mountains - first line. All what's needed in apartment. Fantastic restaurants around - no need to search, just step in or book table and you will be in 7th heaven :) Parking close to apartment, but you can also chose boat or bus to get there. I believe that price is a bit too high for such apartment, considering capacity and no breakfast - 640chf for 2 nights. I am travelling a lot so would expect for such apartment to reduce price a bit, then will back with pleasure as location is fabulous. Elevator was not working and there was no info about that in advance Mattress in living room is a bit used, for longer stay not for my back :) - please consider replacement
