Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Antoinette (8/5): Lovely unit, bring your ear plugs! - Location, short walk to Marina & restaurants and town centre. Clean and spacious unit, well maintained. Security was a little over the top. Need a key to enter the carpark, exit the carpark, open door to carpark in stairwell, get in and out of property via locked gate near pool. A sensor to exit carpark would have been a lot easier. The noise!! Could hear guests on top of us using the bathroom and then flushing!! Walls/floors are def not sound proof!

- Dawn (7/5): Great location and quiet family space - Location and view 😀 Self contained home feel very comfortable. Walk to town and the marina. Tv in second bedroom would have been good for kids. Air conditioning was noisy. Overall furniture is old and dated but clean and functional. *Real Estate Agent management Not easy to deal with. They were professional but too much for my liking on booking.com I'm used to book pay hi/bye
