Le due camere e i due bagni sono perfetti per 4 persone (o anche più), garantendo molta privacy. La zona soggiorno-cucina è molto spaziosa e super attrezzata: c’è tutto il necessario per cucinare e trascorrere del tempo insieme. La pulizia generale era impeccabile. L’host è stato estremamente gentile, ha fornito indicazioni molto chiare e ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre domande. L’alloggio posizionato perfettamente, è molto vicino alla metro, alla stazione dei treni e ai supermercati. Davvero tutto perfetto. Niente

• Catherine (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment in a very nice part of London. - Stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment close to the Tube. Good quality well equipped kitchen (although we didn’t use it). Bathrooms were a bit cold (in winter).

• ADRIAN (10/5): A great all-round stay — clean, well-located and ideal for exploring the city. - We really enjoyed our stay at this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Balham. It’s a lovely, relaxed place to stay but still really handy for getting into central London. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The secure underground parking was super convenient, especially since we were travelling by car. The Tube links are great, and there are lots of nice cafés, restaurants and shops close by. We’d definitely stay here again! Nothing — everything was excellent.

• Naziha (10/5): Beautiful comfortable place with wonderful professional hosts - We’ve stayed at many places and so far the professional support we received from the host was top. Everything was provided for and thoroughly thought about. The place was spotless and everything was of high quality, from the bedding to the kitchen equipment. We had sufficient soap and cleaning products. Tea and coffee was stacked to the brim and coffee machine was perfect. Sufficient salt and spices were provided also. Most importantly we slept so comfortably and felt safe. The area is top for commuting and beautiful shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. The host Andy was very attentive and easy to communicate to. We had some minor issues but nothing to lose sleep over, and we were treated to an amazing voucher which we really did not expect! All instructions were provided throughly and easy to navigate. I honestly couldn’t fault anything here, we felt at home and shall definitely return in the future. Can’t thank Andy and the team enough, they truly understand what it takes to host! Lots of stairs going up to the entrance however good excercise!
• Andreas (10/5): - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr, sehr sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung ist außerdem sehr groß und besitzt zwei Bäder. Gerade für uns als 4 köpfige Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Mädchen war das hervorragend. Weiterhin ist noch hervorzuheben, dass noch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dabei ist. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in ca. einer 3/4 h bis einer Stunde bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten von London. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Nichts.

• Gerben (10/5): Luxe loft in gezellig Balham! - Een zeer ruime en nette accomodatie. De ligging is perfect in een rustig straatje vlakbij een levendige straat met winkels en restaurants. Paar minuten lopen naar de metro en in ongeveer 25 minuten ben je in het centrum van Londen. De eigenaren waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader! Kan niks verzinnen.

In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurantes. U-Bahn Station ist ganz nah. Vermieter, Andy und Georgia, sind super nett und hilfsbereit, Kontakt per WhatsApp. Die Gegend und das Haus sind ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. -

Location is a quiet street a stones throw from the station. Nothing really. We didn’t use the lift or parking space so can’t comment on those.

The tube and train station are nearby. Very quickly into the centre of London. The apartment was clean and very spacious. It was well equipped in the kitchen and has two bathrooms. Parking there is also very useful. We had excellent communication from the owner too. I loved every minute here and hope one day to return There really isn’t anything to say about what’s not to like. Only thing that needed sorting was the bed in second bedroom had a couple of slats missing. Owner wasn’t aware and said he will sort 😊 Thanks for everything

Spacious accommodation with all mod cons in flat. Excellent and timely communication from hosts at all times. Only slight negative was that lift was out of action, but only really a problem when arriving/leaving with luggage.

The apartment was great value for in money comparison to the local hotel offerings, especially in regard to the space offered. Being very pernickety here, but would’ve loved a hand held shower attachment in en-suite. The blinds in the main bedroom needs a bit of attention as does not totally block out the light.

• Paul (9/5): Spacious, very comfortable, well equipped in a brilliant location with close access to the tube - Only slight issue is that the lift does not work from the underground car park only from the ground floor so you need to unload luggage on the street first but to have a secure underground private car park in London is a real bonus

• Matthew (10/5): Five stars! - Fantastic locational, beds were super comfy, apartment was clear and spacious. The hosts were super attentive and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to the tube and nice restaurant, coffee shops etc. secure parking was very handy too. Haven’t got a bad word to say about this place and if we’re ever in London again, we will be rebooking if it’s available.

Host Andy was excellent doing his utmost to ensure we had the perfect stay. Close to transport, shops and cozy throughout our London Christmas, we adored the property! • Daniel (10/5): Nice, spacious flat in a good location - Excellent communication from Andy & Georgia and the key pick up/code to enter the flat was easy. The flat is clean and spacious with two good sized bedrooms and a very large living room/kitchen/dining area. It was perfectly suitable for four adults. The location is fine, only about a five minute walk to the Tube and 20-30 mins to most of the main spots in London. I was a little wary about using a third-party website to place a deposit but it was returned without issue (it didn't process automatically for some reason but Andy sorted it immediately once I mentioned it). Overall, we were very satisfied with the flat and value for money. There are a couple of small things that could use some attention: one of the bedroom doors doesn't really close properly and a kitchen panel under the sink was loose that nearly claimed some toes. Nothing major, though.
• Peter (10/5): Comfortable convenient stay in well located loft apartment. - Our stay at the Loft apartment was very comfortable and convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent with a WhatsApp group set up by them. Key pick up from a lockbox was easy. The apartment is on the top 3rd level in the loft save of a secure building. Its front door is also secured coded. The kitchen and living area is pretty spacious and tastefully decorated. Two bedrooms, one with ensuite, and another separate bathroom, are all good sizes. The central heating was very good as it was freezing when we stayed. A 5 min walk to Balham’s main street and the Underground made getting around very easy. A Sainsbury and an Aldi and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs close by. So a really good location. The road outside a little busy but the double glazing kept any noise to a minimum. The only downside of the whole stay was that the lift was not working so we were up and down several flights of stairs to the apartment. This was ok for us, but if you need the lift working, then best communicate with the host.

• Karen (10/5): A delightful 3 night stay in a stunning apartment in beautiful Balham. - Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of south London. Very quiet despite being so close to Balham high street and the train station. Lots of room for everybody, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with Andy and Georgia. We picked this apartment as it was close to where our daughter works in London. We’ve stayed at many hotels and apartments in the 3/4 years she has lived there and this has definitely been our favourite. There was nothing we disliked, however I would request a broom and dustpan and brush to be provided as I don’t like to frequently vacuum wooden flooring as it damages the beading around the edges and some oven clothes.
• Mike (9/5): Great unit and location. - The unit is spacious and well equipped. We were two couples sharing the unit and each couple had their own room and bathroom and heaps of living space. The unit was warm and plenty of natural light. Having a washing machine was a nice bonus. The area is great with plenty of dining options, pubs and grocery shops.

• Al (5/5): Passable - A great location. Nearby are the metro, a store, and a cafe. A park is about a 10-minute walk away. Nice living room, kitchen, and all necessary amenities. The host forgot to set up the agreed-upon code for the front door, and we waited an hour for him to do so. The apartment is not new. One of the bathrooms is small, narrow, and uncomfortable, with dim lighting and a non-working exhaust fan. The elevator was out of order all three days; the neighbors said this happens often. So, with my injured leg, I had to climb the steep stairs to the third floor. There was no access to the garage, so I had to leave the car on the street. Instead of offering his help with carrying things up and down, the host (who knew about my leg pain) sent a single £20 voucher for two people to a local bakery as an apology for the non-working elevator and lack of garage access. Before leaving, he also suggested a few more trips up and down the stairs with trash bags. The wardrobes were filled with bags of stuff. If I had known about these issues in advance, I would never have rented this apartment.

It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! • Serban (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Amazing loft, very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very difficult to find properties in London for this price, and definitely not in central London. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to central London and it is a great choice for accommodation if you are looking to visit London. Balham is a very pretty place with lots of coffee shops and supermarkets. Andy is amazing and was very helpful with any questions or requests that we had, he even ordered some EU wall plug adaptors for us. The place also has great WiFi. The beds are very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend choosing this place. Nothing really, maybe just keep in mind that if you’re visiting in the cold months, the place is very big and takes some time to heat up, so the first night might be a bit on the chilly side.
• James (10/5): Nice clear apartment with parking. - This had parking included which is a bonus, its a little tight but a competent drive should have no problem. It has a two bedrooms, one has a ensuite which is nice. Lift access to the floor so good for those with mobility issue's. Really nice and quiet. Having to take my rubbish down, never found the outside bin but after contacting the host he let me know I could leave it in the room and the cleaner would sort it out.
• Andrey (9/5): Exceptionally clean apartments, close to the tube station. - The apartments are very close to the tube station, it takes appox. 25-30 mins to get to the London centre. The host was was really helpful guiding from the very beginning how to get into apartments and then making sure everything is ok. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the dining room is very spacious, kitchen is well equipped and in perfect condition. Beds are so comfortable, that I have to say a special thanks for that! Bathrooms are a bit cold, it takes a while to make it warm enough to have a shower. Make sure you switch on the bathroom heating once you check-in!

The apartment is fresh, spacious and immaculate thanks Andy for those little extras, the milk and lovely biscuits. The location is perfect 5 mins walk to the tube and lovely places to eat on the high street just around the corner. You’re so close to everything yet it’s very quiet during the evening. Andy the host is just a call away, I had a small problem accessing the apartment which was my fault for not reading the instructions property and he was happy to message immediately thanks. Underground parking a massive plus too. Thank you we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. There’s absolutely nothing to dislike.
