• Galfri (7/5): - Location close to the train station. We were able to leave our suitcases after checking out. The breakfast was included but it was quite poor. Not worth it for the price. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable to use.

• Augusto Cáceres (5/5): Estancia en Nápoles - Muy cerca a la estación de trenes. La zona donde se ubica el apartamento es industrial. Nos sorprendió mucho el acceso. Tuvimos que subir 5 pisos por las escaleras con las maletas. Por diseño, el baño está junto a la cocina. El baño muy pequeño y extraño.

Appartamento pulito e zona notte spaziosa. Il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, situato a piano alto senza ascensore. Bagno minuscolo. Buono per passarci una notte o poco più. Colazione con roba confezionata.

Solicitamos dejar las valijas después del check out y no tuvieron inconveniente. Si bien el edificio es el típico Napolitano el hall estaba muy sucio. Los 4 pisos por escalera, te matan. El centro no está cerca.

• Maribel Prieto (7/5): Junto a la estación - Está ubicado a 5 minutos andando de la estación central (tren, metro, estación de bus....), muy práctico! Check-in automático y buena comunicación con el propietario, muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. El dormitorio es muy amplio y luminoso, con vistas y muy bonito, y tiene cocina con todo lo necesario. El baño es muy antiguo y excesivamente pequeño. Apenas cabe una persona de pie, y la ducha forma parte de ese minúsculo espacio en el suelo. Resulta muy incómodo. El apartamento se encuentra en una cuarta planta sin ascensor, por lo que hay que tenerlo en cuenta cuando hay que subir con todo el equipaje. Para el desayuno nos habría gustado que hubiera más variedad, como zumo, pan o fruta. Había yogures, leche, café, magdalenas y croissant.

• Spampinato (7/5): Per chi viaggia in treno - Per chi come noi viaggia in treno,la posizione è ottima perché molto vicina alla stazione. L'appartamento è spazioso; ottima la presenza della lavatrice: visto che eravamo in viaggio da più giorni, ci ha fatto comodo. L'host è stato gentilissimo, sia per i consigli su dove mangiare, sia per averci dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie oltre l'orario del check-out. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'essere in un palazzo non turistico, cosa che ci ha dato modo di chiacchierare con alcuni vicini. Purtroppo la stanza non era pulitissima e il quartiere è un po' rumoroso (essendo luglio abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte).

• Bozovic (3/5): Poor - Location is okay but neighbourhood is sketchy Heating was very bad, we couldn't get any room warm . Toilet was dirty, shower curtain moldy Second bed is very uncomfortable, we could feel the metal construction while laying down. Wouldn't stay here again
• Martha (8/5): Comfy like home - Big space, very friendly owners that often checked in to see how we are finding the place. The surrounding area is very central and walking distance to many parts of Naples that are worth visiting. The owners offered us a lot of lovely breakfast options and the place was very spacious for 3 people even though the bathroom is a little small. Thank you Domenico and Carla :)
• Kitti (8/5): Overall, I recommend it for a few nights, the area is a bit dirty, but the love and kindness of the - The host (Domenico) was very helpful, we didn't meet in person but we kept in touch by phone, he answered all our questions immediately and helped us. The room was clean, the breakfast was Italian, sweet cookies, yogurt, muezli. What was a bit unpleasant, although the bathroom was suitable for one evening, is unfortunately extremely small and not very comfortable. This can be seen in the pictures, but it is not visible.
• Simon (9/5): Excellent appartment, once you get inside! - Excellent communication from host. Plenty of room. Well appointed apartment. Plenty of items for breakfast each day. Close to railway station and airport bus. 4th floor and no lift, 112 steps not suitable for heavy luggage. Entrance lobby to appt block and stairwell very untidy.
• Bonnici (8/5): Very good - The apartment has all the facilities possible. The owner is very helpful and provide us with all necessities. The metro and the train station are very near.
• Terry (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean and there were obvious upgrades This unit is in what i believe is a very bad area of Naples. I was so disappointed when we arrived. I immediately booked another place in a better neighborhood, not feeling comfortable being their during the day, let alone at night.
• Frida (6/5): Pleasant - The property is 5 min from the Train Station and there are to many convenience stores options around. Clean and neat with all the essential services you need Communicating with Alessia was a bit disorganized,at the beginning, you better have some knowledge of Italian. The flat wasn’t ready at the check-in time, 13:00. I tried to keep in touch with Alissa for the check-out and didn’t get a reply. Noisy neighbors - keep it in mind !
• Ayumi (8/5): Enjoyed our little Naples get away. - Location is not on the touristy side of Naples, very close to central train station and was easy to navigate around. On the 4th floor, after a long day of sightseeing walking up 5 flights of stairs to burn off all the calories consumed. We made sure we got what we need before we ended the day.
• Timofei (7/5): Good - Well new furniture, clean apartment very close to the train station. The bathroom is tiny, and the toilet position is inconvenient. Also, we noticed some ants on the floor.
• Octavian (8/5): Excellent host and services and the only things that were great were building specific. - Clean and with comfortable beds. Careful host ensuring great service. The building stairs can make an impression for people like me who is afraid of hights. Bathroom is small and since I have some weight, I some challenges on it; however, all the other family members were fine with it.

• Jakub (9/5): Reasonable place to stay owned by lovely people! - The owners were very friendly, took good care of us at the check-in as well as after the check-out. It's visible that they do it with passion and smile with every next guest. There was a lot of sweets and milk for the breakfast, thanks for that :) The apartment was clean, the drawers were very large with a lot of space inside. I enjoyed the air-conditioning and automatic window blinds. All in all, the apartment is modern and a lot of equipment is new. The bathroom is small. One of the beds, the smaller one, is not so much comfy (while the big one was). Please be aware of the 4th floor, so you need some energy to walk upstairs.

• Radu (1/5): Avoid this by all means - Nothing Horrible experience. This place is in a very old and dirty building. There is a bad odour when you enter the apartment, probably from the sewers. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage on the stairs. There is only one room, there is no living room, as advertised. The bathroom is extremely small, almost impossibble to fit inside.
• David (7/5): As a senior, I wouldn’t stay here again, primarily due to the number of stairs and the small bathroom. - On a positive note, the apartment is conveniently close to the train station. It was clean and well-equipped, especially considering the reasonable price we paid. The owner thoughtfully provided milk and snacks, which were perfect for touring the city. The apartment is more suitable for young travelers. The Negative - The city let the owners down here, as the area is full of street rubbish. The apartment is on the 4th floor, which makes for a tiring climb. Being an old building, there is a noticeable sewage smell in the very small bathroom. Using the toilet is difficult for tall people; the owner should consider removing the bidet to create more space.
• Diego (9/5): Nice place less than 10 min from the central station - The apartment was very well equipped. Nice view of the neighborhood from the windows. Breakfast included was left on the table which was very convenient since we had to leave at 4am :) Its on the 4th floor (around 100 steps) but it is definitely worth it
• Dorde (8/5): Very good - It's close to the central station, clean, with comfortable bed and good WiFi. The host let us leave the bags even before the check in time. The bathroom is too small, but it will do.
• Siloci (8/5): Very good - The apartment has high ceilings, a very spacious bedroom, a comfortable bed, the location is about a 7-minute walk from the central train station / metro station. The cleaning was 8/10. The noise from the neighbors' children was only in the evening and acceptable, and the street noise was not audible, so you can get a good night's sleep. Overall good value for money. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The bathroom is narrow and the shower is in the middle, so after a shower you need to wipe the floor from the water. The toilet is inconveniently located and it is problematic to sit on it if you are overweight or taller than 180cm. There was no tea/coffee machine, just a coffee pot. It is very inconvenient to boil water for tea in a five-liter saucepan without a lid))) There are no mugs and teaspoons. It is better to bring your own tea and coffee. The ventilation of the toilet was done incorrectly and an unpleasant smell is some time fill in the kitchen.

• Daisy (9/5): Superb - The location is close to the terminal, convenient to everything. Friendly host, free breakfast are some cakes, toast, tarts , coffee or tea. They provide everything you need as a home It is on 4th floor and no lift, so need a good physical health The toilet is small

• Irina (6/5): Pleasant - it`s a flat and you don`t share it. It has everything that is needed for a stay (washing machine, stove, fridge). The flat is handy for the train station. The flat is clean The flat is on the 5th floor, there is no lift and stairs (railings)are not really safe for small kids. You have to look after them. The bathroom is tiny and it doesn`t smell good sometimes. Noisy neighbours though at 10 pm it was ok. Wi-fi is not so good (download was good, but upload... I couldn`t work)
• Michal (6/5): nice hosts, extremely loud neighbours, toilet inaccessible for anyone above 170cm - We arrived a bit late due to our flight (~11pm) and the host didn't mind, which was very pleasant The worst experience was the bathroom, I generally dislike bathrooms in this style (no separated shower and the whole bathroom serves as a shower). But what bummed me the most was the toilet. It is located in the corner of the bathroom, blocked by a bidet and absolutely inaccessible. More over sitting on the toilet is not possible for anyone higher than approx. 170cm, because there's basically zero room for legs. Another disaster was the neighbours (which is not a fault of the host, but I think it's important to know). The wall that separates the bedroom with the neighbours is really thin and the neighbours are probably deaf. We stayed for two nights and both of them they had the TV on and it felt like the TV would be in our room. Second night they had some kind of party and blasted the music like there's no tomorrow, so we couldn't sleep. The worst thing was they didn't even invite us.
• Mohammadreza (10/5): I would come back to this apartment if I planned to come to Naples again. - The apartment was completely furnished and renovated. Super clean and comfortable. The windows are double-panned, so no sound is coming from outside. It’s super close to the central station. As mentioned, there is no elevator in building and the apartment is on the 4th floor, but it’s not a big problem for young people.
• Andrzej (9/5): Good budget place to stay - Clean apartment, great location close to communication hubs (<5min to train station, metro, bus station), tasty breakfast. The host was caring and helpful, came to let us in within 5 minutes of our arrival. Near proximity of a cheap market, regular shops and a few nice restaurants. The apartment had all the neccessary day-to-day equipment for us. A really good and affordable place to stay for a couple/family. Bathroom is very narrow and sometimes hard to sit on toilet Sometimes it smelled bad, propably from building hydraulic installations or from the outside (not a hosts fault by all means!) The advertisement didn't disclose it was 4th floor with no elevator, so it's a good place for people with no issues with going up 100+ stairs.
• Denisa (9/5): Nice apartment, we liked it - The owners are very friendly and offered us small things for breakfast, like milk, coffee, jam, some pastry, water, super useful. The building is really cool inside with a huge staircase. The apartment has tall ceilings which is super nice and comfy, bed comfortable as well, location is close to the central train/metro station, like 7 min walking. Cleaning was 9/10. Overall great value for the money, due to the high price market in Napoli. Would recommend for a 2-4 days stay. Bathroom is very tiny, toilet a bit awkwardly placed, hard to take a shower if you are a tall person, cause the shower is in the middle of it, you need to wipe the floor of water after each time. Also, if you are a light sleeper as I am, the neighbors can be a bit loud, the walls are pretty thin, waking you up at 8 am (for myself, it wasn’t convenient, but my partner couldn’t be bothered by the noise). Would recommend to put a small mirror in the bedroom, for makeup or outfit check. :)

• Polkrit (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Napoli - The host and the neighbors are really friendly and the room was very well cleaned and well equipped. The essentials are provided as well. The only downside would be the bathroom/toilet. It was a bit cramped.

• Shao (10/5): Highly recommended!! - The host Fabrizio is a super nice person that he even prepared water and milk for us. The breakfast is rich and very typical Italian food. Though the flat is old, but the house is re-decorated so it’s new and cozy. The supermarket and the train station bus stop are all nearby within walking distance(3mins). Many stairs:)
• Viviane (6/5): Ok - Clean, modernized apartment. All essentials and some extras. Close to the station. Friendly and nice staff/owners. It's on the 4th floor, no lift and no mention of it on the ad. Very dodgy entrance, dark and ugly but it seems like it's everywhere like this in Naples. Shower in the middle of the toilet making it all wet.
