Struttura situata in una zona tutto sommato tranquilla e ben collegata (a pochissime fermate dal centro di Roma). Esperienza molto positiva e consigliata, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.

• Silvia (8/5): - Zona tranquilla e pochi minuti dalla metro e a meno di un km dalla stazione ferroviaria Camera ampia Presenza di una piccola cucina nella zona in comune Essendo un piccola struttura con solo 3 camere, non c’era modo di avere un deposito bagagli nella struttura. Cucina e bagno non proprio pulitissimi, ma comunque accettabile.

• Ali (10/5): Cozy room located in a welcoming neighborhood. - The room is very comfortable and everything looks new. Communication via Whats App was optical, I got responses in less than 5 minutes. All instructions were clear, and the check-in and check-out process had no hassle. The strongest value of this unit is its location. I chose between subway and train, both stations were 10-15 minutes away. Host recommended appTaxi to get a taxi; that one did not work. The one that worked for me is named itTaxi.

• Maria Laura (9/5): - Habitación amplia, luminosa, con buen aire acondicionado. Si bien el barrio Garbatella está a cierta distancia del centro de Roma, hay una estacion de metro a 600 metros. El propietario nos dejó en la nevera un dulce de recibimiento muy rico! Sería interesante contar con una TV en la habitación y una mesa más grande y más sillas en la zona de uso común.

• Ruben (10/5): Nothing short of amazing! - We loved the responsiveness of the owner; they helped us with everything and responded super quickly to our questions. We arrived late because of our flight, but the self-check-in process was very clear and easy. The room was taken care of with a great eye for detail. Everything was clean, and the facilities were perfect. The air conditioning was a big plus for us as we traveled during the summer, and it got pretty hot. There are many nice espresso bars and breakfast places nearby where you can have much more affordable prices than in the center. There is also a coffee maker in the kitchen with some coffee that you can use. Also, the public transport options are fantastic. There is a bus stop at a 2-minute walk, and a Metro station at 10 minutes. The train station (Ostiense) is 20-minute walk, which has a direct line to the Fiumicino airport. Overall, the room was everything we wished for (and more)! Sometimes the street can be a bit noisy (as everywhere in Rome). Overall it was not too bad, but if you are a light sleeper (like me) it is advisable to bring some earplugs with you. The windows cancel all the noise very well, so you can also sleep with the windows closed :)

• Maria (10/5): Short review - It was a new, renovated apartment with a small kitchen. I like that was quiet close to the metro station. The owner bring italian sweet pastry for the morning and an aperol. There were just 3 rooms and not a lot of people, so it was quiet.

The location is good, 5 minutes to metro and the supermarket is close. The apartment is clean and there is enough space. There are many bars and restaurants around, and if you show the key, you’ll have 10% discount. We used this offer, the offered places are really of a good quality. The room we were living in is close to the bar, so on Sunday night there was a party until 1 pm, it was loud. Maybe I can add that there were not enough space to keep clothes and the dining table is tiny.

Buses two minutes away and a metro station (10 minutes walk) that brings you straight to the Colosseum and city centre. The host was so kind to us, always answering quickly and helping out. Upon our arrival we even received chocolate and some Italian snack. Through the accommodation you even have 10% discount in a bakery, a restaurant and a café nearby. How cool is that! He installed a secure lockbox with a code where he left the keys for us—such a thoughtful and helpful gesture! • Teja (10/5): Exceptional - We felt welcomed, we even got towels when we needed more. Even though we didn't try the free coffee machine it was a plus! I was surprised at how big the ceiling is, and how comfortable the bed is. I recommend staying in Rome for a week, because there is just so much to see! There was no ventilation in the bathroom, but other than that it was a great stay.

• Delia (10/5): Exceptional - We came here for mezza maratona di Roma, we booked two days at Biffi 2 and we had: the host - very friendly, the neighbours too :), the room - very clean, good proportion, warm light and very comfortable bed, a wonderful location, easy access, good connections (we were first time in Garbatella, this a place to live). We felt welcomed, next time we will stay longer, thank you, Enrico!
