Good communication with host. The beds were a bit creaky. But mattresses comfy.

Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice, clean accommodation. Great showers! Good communication and friendly host. Second bedroom was a little cramped for two people - couldn't easily walk around the double bed. Lack of small plans for simple cooking. The automated entry was a little complicated and non-intuitive - instructions need refining.

El apartamento es bastante ruidoso, hay mucho follón del tráfico y de los bares y restaurantes que hay cerca. Los colchones son demasiado blandos para mi gusto.

• Philippe (8/5): Chouette logement proche du centre de Florence - Notre logeuse nous a fait un accueil très sympathique. Le grand logement bien situé dans le centre. Grande salle de bain avec douche. Le parking très proche est très pratique. Le logement est situé en face d'un bar dont la terrasse est bruyante jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Les lits de la petite chambre grincent beaucoup au moindre mouvement.

• ANA BEATRIZ (10/5): Localização perfeita! - Stefânia foi incrível. Permitiu que entrássemos mais cedo e estava lá para nos receber. A localização do apartamento é perfeita. A poucas quadras da estacão de trem e fica em uma rua cheia de bares, restaurantes, supermercados.... O apartamento estava muito limpo e agradável. Como sugestão, disponibilizaria uma cafeteira maior e maior quantidade de cobertas e travesseiros.

• Martina (10/5): Firenze in serenità - struttura fantastica, vicino alla stazione e vicino alle attrazioni di Firenze. Abbiamo una bimba di 2 anni e abbiamo girato con il passeggino con molta facilità perchè era tutto a due passi. di fronte alla casa ci sono dei forni strabuoni. in casa c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Unica cosa un pò scomoda è l'ascensore che si prende dal 1° piano, ma viaggiando in compagnia non si hanno problemi.

Value seemed good for Florence, though the city was far and away the most expensive of our trip, including Venice Poor soundproofing meant it felt like windows were open to street noise, and could hear all movement in neighboring apartments above and beside.

If you wish to cook, just grab the ingredients . . . beds were comfy and rooms spacious . . . having a second full bath was VERY NICE! Easy/short walk to plenty of restaurants and active areas! If there had been a clothes washer/dryer . . . I might still be there! Be sure you walk the correct way on Ognissanti! There's a 67 in both directions . . . lesson learned!

• Cristina (8/5): Nel complesso tutto bene - Appartamento moderno fornito di tutto, molto accogliente e pulito, posizione strategica Noi eravamo in 5 e una persona ha dovuto usare il divano letto che aveva un materasso sottile e quindi parecchio scomodo. Anche nella seconda camera il letto matrimoniale occupava tutta la stanza rendendo difficoltoso l’accesso all’altra parte del letto!

Cute place to stay. The elevator not working on my day of checkout and the loud noise coming from across the street bar was pretty loud that it didn't let us sleep at night and the noise went on until late in the morning even with ear plugs it was still noisy (Friday and Saturday nights) it's not the fault of the host but it's something to be mindful if noise is an issue for you.
• Nancy (9/5): - The host Stafania was extremely nice meeting us at check-in. It was so convenient being able to pay the tourist tax with her portable EFTPOS machine. Two fully-functional bathrooms suit well for a group of guests. A centrally located and nicely decorated apartment. The Internet signal was very weak in the bedrooms, because the modem was located outside the apartment and shared by two apartments owned by the host. I had to stay in the lounge to enjoy a functional Internet Connection. As other guests noted, the electricity was often cut off if multiple electronic appliances were used. We managed to turn the electricity back on with the host's remote instructions sometimes, and had to wait for the host's presence to help with the power-off another time.

Ruido en las camas. Portal y escaleras podrían renovarse algo. Ascensor se coge en el primer piso y no llega hasta la planta teniendo que bajar unas pocas escaleras. • Geordan (8/5): Very good - Very spacious and clean. Great having a kitchenette to be able to eat in one night. Location was a fair walk to the main touristy area in Florence. The stairs up were also tiring and the lift was very slow.

The place was really clean. The floating shelf right above the bed in room 2 is dangerous especially for family with young kids. The sofa bed could be more comfortable.

The place is cozy, pretty, nicely furnished and a perfect place to stay with family or friends. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret. There are stairs that you need to take but the good thing is they have an elevator which starts in the first floor. If you stay here, don’t miss to go to the cafe Gamberini (just 2min walking from this apartment) they have an amazing tiramisu (order the one from the kitchen, not the one in display)
