• Muhammad (1/5): - Location was good. Apartment is a scam. They have huge issue with air-conditioning. No AC in one bed room. The other in lounge doesn't work. It was not possible to servive in such a heat. Hosts despite so many complaints were not able to resolve. Don't recommend the place at all. I had a worse time. Requested Booking.com for the refund.

Apartamento para enganar turista! - Honestamente, só a localização, o apartamento não tem nada de luxo, nadinha mesmo Apartamento horrível, mente que tem 2 banheiros mas um dos dois não tem chuveiro(o que tem teto todo mofado), somente uma privada adaptada ao comodo do aquecedor. Repito, 1 chuveiro. Não tem cama de casal, somente 1 sofá cama de casal todo torto, se deitam 2 pessoas, escorre para o meio. Cama somente 2 de solteiro, o resto são 2 sofas cama e uns pufes que viram cama de solteiro (horriveis). O ar condicionado da sala não funciona, reclamei no dia que cheguei fui abandonado pela administradora. Só tem 1 ar condicionado no apartamento inteiro e não é bom. Tivemos que dormir no sofá da sala de janela aberta e com ventilador (me ofereceram para levar mais ventilador, absurdo). A cozinha não tem utensílios de cozinhar, apenas faca e garfo de mesa, tem panelas. A lava louças desligada inoperante). Não tem um pano de limpeza, não tem pano de prato, não tem produtos e limpeza (nem sabão na pia). Apartamento feito para enganar hospede e ganhar dinheiro... Muito mal iluminado, poucas lampadas, muito escuro. Horrivel, corram dele, me senti roubado mas já estava em Milão e não dava para correr atrás de outro lugar. Fora isso está com uma obra parada nas escadas ( o apartamento fica no 3o andar, muuuita escada). Os corredores estão imundos de poeira, terá que subir e descer no meio do pó de reforma). Minha pergunta, luxo ou lixo?
• Michelle (1/5): It is uncomfortable because of the air on is not working - Great location Aircon was not working and sink was clogged and when we informed the staffs they did not do anything.
• NADA (1/5): One of the worst moments of my trip - لاشيء My problem is I went to the apartments in 22 of June that had been booked and was told that the check-in time was 3:00. However, upon arrival, I find out that the apartment was still being cleaned, even though the check-in time in the system was 3:30, When we get in, the apartment was not clean,hairs everywhere . There were two rooms with one air conditioner for only one of them and living room with air conditioner,the one of which did not work. So me and all my kids sleep in one room The washing machine did not work. I called the host and he sent someone, but the air conditioner did not work. Also There were repairs and noises from 7:30. So my kids didn’t sleep well and cry because the electric drill was so high. I tried to call the http://booking.com team at that moment but nobody . answered and I still didn’t take my right. I would like to point out that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor. .I didn’t recommend this apartment at all

Air con - Large premises in great location ... with all facilities ... host was accommodating Bed in second bedroom which was a sofa was very uncomfortable and yet room is big enough to accommodate a normal bed Air conditioning in the main lounge room was terrible
• Petru (8/5): The beautiful and comfortable apartment in the center of Milano city. - The location of the apartment is very convenient to visit Milan by foot. All the major sights are max 30 mins walk. The place is close to Duomo, with the streets with lots of places, shops. One of the extendable couch was very bad quality, one of the couple could barely rest and sleep on it.
• Andrey (4/5): Great central location. OK apartment for large groups - The location is great, metres away from a Metro station. Great apartment for large group of people. Sofa beds were very uncomfortable, one of the sinks in the toilet had issues draining water, and there was no remote control to operate the aircon in one of the beds.
• Charlene (1/5): The sofa beds are really uncomfortable- literally we did not sleep - The sofa beds are really uncomfortable and the apartment seems nicer from the photos than in real life. Although you pay alot of money, you will not find the host helping you 24/7. We had a problem with the water since only cold was coming out and we tried to contact both the host and booking.com but no avail. We ended up having a shower with ice cold water. Messages were being seen by someome on Whatsup but still no reply
• Khizanishvili (5/5): Passable - The apartment is spacious and situated on a charming street in the heart of Milan. The neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant, offering a true local experience. It's approximately a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We particularly loved discovering the local boutiques and stylish shops nearby, which gave us a great taste of Milanese fashion and design. There are also many wonderful restaurants and cafés in the area, where we enjoyed delicious Italian meals and warm hospitality. The apartment itself is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light, and it features a lovely traditional Italian courtyard, adding to its charm. While we appreciated the location and the overall potential of the apartment, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. Firstly, the check-in time is set quite late at 15:00, and an additional fee is required for early check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 15:15, the cleaning service had not yet finished, and we had to wait for nearly two hours while the apartment was being cleaned. Despite this, the cleaning was not completed thoroughly, and the apartment was not in the condition we had expected upon arrival. Additionally, during the night, the heating system malfunctioned, and the apartment became uncomfortably cold. To the host’s credit, they were responsive and provided assistance with the help of a technician, which we appreciated. However, overall, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness, the delayed check-in, and the comfort of the beds, which were unfortunately not very comfortable for sleeping.
• Sharon (9/5): Superb - The living space is very tidy, clean, and has the necessary toiletries. One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so getting luggages up 3 flights of stairs was not easy. I would choose to come back here with lighter carry-ons, to say the least. Overall, great stay and wonderful place to rest.

• Bella (10/5): Great apartment at the center of the city! - The apartment was in a very convenient & safe location, close to the city center. We had very easy access to everything we needed like cafes, supermarket and public transportation. It is a great place for families or big groups. Efficient communication with the owner and professional check in procedure. Lack of elevator and many sofas-beds.

• Grant (6/5): Ok, but not luxurious and expensive for what it was - Location All the beds were sofa beds. Only one slim pillow per person, no blankets or duvets, basic furnishings. It was fine, but not luxurious.
• Ma. (9/5): Excellent location and apartment is very spacious - great for families - The location is excellent as very close to the Duomo and the metro and grocery shops and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and has adequate facilities for our family. The building has no lift and as the apartment is at the 3rd floor of the building, it could be challenging to carry big luggage and buggy. The shower room had some marks.

• Gary (6/5): Great location and essentially a nice apartment, but some facilities not as described. - Really good location, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo main centre. The lounge/dining area was very good, very well supplied with cutlery, crockery, plates and cooking utensils. Excellent aircon. All rooms very clean. Good wifi. Good TV. Great Coffee Shop next door! The apartment is misrepresented on the Booking.Com description: A) Booking.Com says there are 2 bathrooms - this is not correct - there is only 1 bathroom (shower), which was very inconvenient for our group (although there are 2 toilets). B) Booking.Com says there are 2 double-beds + 1 sofa-bed - this is also not correct - there is 1 double-bed + 2 sofa-beds. The smaller bedroom (sofa-bed) has almost no space for storage of clothes etc as all spaces are taken up with additional pillows, bedding, quilts etc. Additionally, hanging clothes in the wardrobes is almost impossible as the hanging rails are situated 10 feet high and therefore unreachable. Bizarre. The apartment needs some other minor additions to make it more comfortable - hooks on the backs of doors, (there is nowhere to hang anything, apart from one small wardrobe in the main bedroom), hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.
• Cristiana (8/5): This apartment is nice, clean and central. - The apartment is central. You can reach the Duomo and Navigli by foot. The apartment was also very clean and big enough for 4/5 people. The AC wasn’t working properly and it was quite hot inside the apartment. It is true that during our stay it was very hot in Milano, but the the temperatures in the room was too high for a proper sleep. The check-in time was relatively late (3pm) compared to the check-out time (10am). It would have been nice to either allow us earlier in the apartment (standard 2pm) or let us leave a bit later (at noon, as standard).
• Frank (9/5): Fantastic apartment with short access to tram and train services and city center. - The property was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. Very spacious. All the beds (expect) master were sofa beds but the children were very comfortable. Airconditioning was great especially in the current heat wave. The only issue we experienced was running too many appliances, we lost power many times. However host was experiencing and very responsive to all concerns.

• Susan (10/5): Stunning apartment in the heart of Milan - We've stayed in lots of holiday apartments over the years and all agreed this was the best. Beautiful, spacious, secure, newly renovated and immaculate. Very central (Duomo 900m) and yet very quiet and peaceful, on the third floor of a period block in a lovely traditional courtyard setting. Everything you need, plenty of towels and bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and all appliances/TVs/bathrooms of a very high standard. We were very impressed and felt very lucky to book this apartment for such a reasonable price. Nothing. It was perfect and it's very unusual for us to think so.
