• Marc (8/5): Leuk verblijf met eigen parkeerplaats aan de Damse vaart op fietsafstand van Brugge - lekker ontbijt, goede locatie om met de fiets Brugge en omstreken te verkennen. In de zomer ook leuk aan het water met een dakterras, helaas was het bij ons het weer nog niet. Parkeren op eigen terrein. alles was in orde.

• Rita (5/5): Esquecer este sítio. - Do sossego, apenas. Da distância a que fica do centro de Bruges, ao fim do dia custa bastante. Não gostei de não ter havido limpeza do quarto, nem mudança de toalhas, nem de lençóis. Nunca tal me tinha acontecido. O espaço parece um museu desorganizado, cheio de peças desajustadas. O dono parece ter parado no tempo.
• Madalina (10/5): Perfect stay during Christmas - We spent Christmas at Alain’s little house in Bruges, and it was a truly special experience. The cottage is small and charming, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely tree and ornaments throughout the house, creating a warm “home away from home” feeling. Even though we were far from our own home, it made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and in the true spirit of the holidays. The location is excellent — right next to the river, with a peaceful and relaxing view. The area is very quiet, without noise, which makes it perfect for resting and enjoying the surroundings. The rooms have a more traditional, older style due to the furniture and equipment, but this actually added to the cozy and old-fashioned Christmas atmosphere. That said, a few improvements would make this place even more desirable. The mattress should be replaced, as it is not very comfortable. Some general updates would also help, such as a more modern TV, new curtains, and a new shower curtain in the bathroom. A small renovation to refresh the interior would really enhance the overall experience. Breakfast was good, although we found the selection of cold cuts and cheeses a bit limited. However, Alain was very kind and brought us more when we asked. Overall, this is a lovely and charming place in a beautiful, quiet location, with great potential to become even better with a few updates.

• Tasmania (4/5): Muy poco acogedora y sin luz por las noches - Es una casa bonita en un sitio muy bonito a las afueras, pero q es agradable paseo para ir al centro No me gustó muchas cosas. Camas incómodas, ducha con cortinas con humedad, desayuno muy escaso y básico. Lo peor la actitud del propietario. Bajamos mi madre 830 para desayunar y subimos después a la habitación a coger las maletas, ciado bajo mi hijo a las 930 para desayunar le pus micos problemas y se negó a sacarle de desayunar. Solo leído un chocolate y dos pastelitos. Aún estábamos en horario de desayuno ya que en antes de las 10 y estábamos solas, ya que solo debe alquilar una habitación. Me parece un detalle muy feo y poco acogedor. Además es importante informaros que las dos noches que estuvimos allí sobre las 11 12 de la noche se corta la luz. Tuvimos que llamar incluso a bookingo porque nos dio mucha inseguridad pero es que además esto ocasiona que no puedes cargar móviles ni ningún dispositivo de noche. Sinceramente es una pena pero no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Por último, el internet tampoco va bien. Un desastre la verdad

И персонал относится с душой к своим гостям. Было очень приятно там находиться Магазинов рядом нет. С машиной это не проблема

• Yuri (8/5): - En un entorno muy agradable a 25 min andando del centro. Ventajas, parking gratis, tranquilidad y un paseo muy agradable a la ciudad. La habitación de 3 personas con buen espacio y una terracita que da juego. En el entorno no hay ni restaurantes ni supermercados y si no vas en coche no tendrás nada cerca para el avituallamiento.

• neil (7/5): - Good Location, 30 min walk to centre and pretty being next to canal. Breakfast good The place is not quite like the photos, the owner has let it 'go' a little. Gardens & pond are very overgrown, needs a good weeding and pruning! The decking area needs sprucing up with a lick of varnish or paint. The fan in the room was so old, it was discoloured and had years of dust gathered on the mesh, and was in need of some soapy water! Rooms ok, but a little dated.

• Nadzeya (10/5): Pleasant, personalized, peaceful B&B in Bruges - B&B Le Coquin is pleasantly situated along the quiet canal Brugge-Damme where tourists can enjoy walking, running, cycling or taking the leasure boat ‘De Lamme Goedzak’ to absorbe the green, peaceful surroundings of the Flemish ‘polders’. The B&B is just outside the city centre of Bruges and a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the Bruges canals takes you to the old centre with Belfort and historic buildings attracting tourists from all over the world. The B&B owner Alain really puts his heart and soul in his personalized home, welcoming his guests with his genuine smile, offering cosy bedrooms - we chose the family room with terrace overlooking his garden with blossoming cherry tree - and above all offering a delicious breakfast. We stayed for one week and a few times Alain served light blue boiled eggs which we thought were coloured Easter eggs but in fact they were natural eggs from his own Araucana hens - wonderful! Alain has a welcome sign that says: ‘We travel to come home’, well, that says it all: we felt at home in Alain’s B&B, it was the second time we stayed there and will definitely return. Highly recommended B&B 🤩 Nothing

Comfortable triple room for couple and sister, which was quiet with great shower. Breakfast has a huge choice of breads, cakes, cereals, eggs, meat and cheese - all fresh and tasty. Very efficient WiFi.

• Gabor (9/5): If you arrive by car and have bikes, this is the perfect place - We could park in the yard without extra charge. We had a nice chat with the host, and he gave us some good tips. We had bicycles, and the host gave us a cleaner liquid to get my rusty bike-lock working again. The environment of the place is really nice, the kanal is in front and behind there is a new and affluent suburbian neighborhood. The things in the room and the house were a bit oldish but everything functioned. The breakfast was OK, but I would have loved an egg and some cucumber or bell pepper added to the options. Because it is difficult to offer things that everybody likes, maybe there could be option A or B that the guests could choose in advance.

Alain was a good host and I really enjoyed the continental breakfast, lots of lovely breads and choice. Not far from a train station. Comfortable bed and clean. Nice and quiet and warm. Quite a walk from the city. The shower curtain really needs to be replaced, only worked for half the shower and stuck to you in the shower. Also very small thin towels which could do with being improved.

• Aliaksandr (9/5): A place with the soul - It’s not perfect. It’s not central. It has drawbacks. But it has a soul that you fall in love with. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. It has inexplicable charm that sticks to you. The walks to the city were refreshing and picturesque. We would normally come back in Uber for 11 euros from Chocolate Factory. If I ever come back to Brugge I would stay here again. I hope you will love this place like we did. In our room big bed had two mattresses rather than one which would make it more comfortable

• George (8/5): An out of the way B&B. Very quiet. - The breakfast provided was varied and enjoyable. Lots of nuts and grains were provided as well as pastries , breads and cereals. The host was on hand to cook eggs if required. We had our own key to the front door to come and go as we pleased. It is possible to walk into Bruges from the property along the canal, past windmills and along streets you wouldn't otherwise see. The access to the private road was not easy to spot when we first arrived .

• James (10/5): Very comfortable,enjoyable and accommodating, all in all great place - The view was good. The area was peaceful and close enough to the city center to walk so very convenient. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The room and breakfast area are both very comfortable, pleasant and well decorated. The sliding door for the bathroom didn’t allow much privacy.

• Linda (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable. - Quirky B&B, interesting decor and brilliant host. Difficult to find using Sat nav, hence slightly lower location rating, but once we found it, it was lovely, set by a canal, and only about a 30-45 minute walk into Bruges centre.
• Klára (10/5): Thank you very much for the pleasant experience. - The house is clean, very cosy and well equipped. It is near the river, under the very high poplars. Breakfast was so delicious! You can hire a bike for a small fee. The bus stop is about 7 minutes far and the center is about 30 - 40 minutes by walking.
