• Miha (8/5): Overall a good stay. Good beds, helpful host. - The beds were comfortable. The apartament was huge! Was cold, but ok. Obviously not prepared for winter season, we demanded a heater and it never arrived. The one available was non functional.

• Rafi (5/5): Noisy, poor condition lacking basic necessities such as hot water and proper cleaning and hygiene. Staff keep you waitin - Location only. I had wait for half an hour for the property staff to show up and help me check in despite early communication and an additional confirmation from the airport upon my arrival in Cairo. There was no hot water in the bathroom and all building and I contacted the property manager who kept laying that there is water trying to convince me believe his lie. The apartment is super noisy and windows require maintenance. Worst thing is that booking has published a super cozy picture of this apartment which doesn’t represent the actual condition of the apartment.
