• Gloria Ann (10/5): - This house is very comfortable for a large group (14 of us), clean and convenient. The host was v responsive, providing us additional sheets we requested as well as helping us remotely unlock the main door when we had an issue. Communication was easy and seamless. The rooms and common areas are spacious and very well laid out. This place is great value for money and relatively close to the CBD, it made for easy travel for a day trip to CBD and some parts of Great Ocean Road.
• Amit (9/5): Perfect for big families - The house is very spacious. There are a lot of beds and lot of space to hang out during the day. The kitchen is well equipped and it has a full working laundry. Rubbish bins outside were full which made it hard to put away our rubbish at checkout. The main AC didn't cool down the house enough.
• Tania (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and modern house. Comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of 9. No cleaning products or equipment to be able to tidy up after ourselves.

• Joan (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and will possibly book again if need to stay in the area. - We liked the many beds and sleeping options for people in our party who did not want to share a bed. The area is nice and quiet even on NYE only a few fireworks 💥. Plenty of shopping centres close by. A second TV in the family area would be great.

• Ingrid (7/5): Would stay again if cleaned properly - The house was big and spacious for our group of 8 friends. It definitely needs a good clean, especially the toilets. The rangehood also , we didn’t use it but it poses as a fire risk because of the amount of fat sitting there. A good spring clean and a bit of garden maintenance and it would be perfect
• Shaun (5/5): wont be back again as the cost outweighs the expectations - not much Not much in the way of cutlery, rangehood had oil in it, under beds was dirty, the bath wasnt cleaned, no complimentary tea, coffee, sugar or milk and the toilet was leaking onto the floor causing a slip hazard. pillows were hard as a rock

• Cindy (5/5): Better and cleaner options elsewhere - Did a late check in at 9pm after GOR. Stayed 2 nights with a family of 11 before heading home. Sufficient living space and close enough to the airport for easy commute. Generally a huge house that serves our needs. Communication with the host. Host was defensive when constructive feedback was given to her cleaning team that there were slips. Host seems to imply that I was maligning them as they are often give. 5?star rating and no one has said anything previously. There was half eaten open biscuits in the cover, half drunk cartons left in the wardrobes at corners of another room, coffee stains marks on table, rusty pans and air fryer baskets and washed / unwashed linen in the dryers, common areas were filthy with dead leaves and layers of dust in the balcony. Dustbins filled to the brim and we dunno what to do. We believe the owner has taken the cleaners word and not checked the property before proper handover and to us, this is unprofessional.
