- Leon (1/5): Foul, foul, foul - Not much. The unit was water damaged and had a foul smell. The odour was overbearing from the door. There was water under the dirty rug in the bedroom and through water damage around window. We contacted the owner at 3pm in the afternoon they messaged back at 9:30pm. Cleaning company can't come. The next day at 3:30pm they said cleaner on the way. We had left by then. The cleaner said to leave widows and doors open. Truly on Cleavland Street Sydney. Constant road noise. Let alone safety. Our stay was in Nov 29 2025. It's Jan 2026. Still no refund that's was promised. Booking.com just said call the owner. Did that company in Philippines they said David owned it, called that number said he does not manage ot own it. Was not convinced. Stay at your peril in my opinion. Booking.com thanks for nothing. The foul smell. Road noise. See above. I have kept photos date and time stamped.

- Anne (8/5): Good location and comfortable. - Good location The coffee table was extremely wobbly, one lamp by bed did not work, extra towel would be nice and the shower head hit the door when opening to exit shower. No instructions on how to open sofa bed.
Minor issues yet it would be nice for next guests to have rectified.
Otherwise was excellent.

The parking spot is important and super helpful
Good kitchen, good decoration and good aircon. We were very warm and cosy.
Despite being 1 bedroom, it is spacious enough for us to walk around without feeling cramped. Little things could have made things easier.
You need to park somewhere before reaching your parking spot. The key safe is actually the mailbox with a locker code. The actual key safe belongs to the building and is tricky because both are located at the left hand side of the door.
I was looking forward to the jacuzzi and sauna for some minutes. Jacuzzi was outdoors and sauna indoors, and they are not close together.
There was a lot of noise, at night until late (? Weight dropping from the gym?) and people drilling something on walls in the morning. On both days.
I couldn't unlock the cooktop until it was too late. Some clear instructions would have saved all the questions needed to sort out these issues.
- Vikki (7/5): Tidy functional spot in busy area. - Functional and good access with no stairs at entry and elevator to the floor The floors could have been cleaner; if you’re tall, the height of shelves in the living area and bedroom are at a height where it’s easy to hurt yourself.
The apartment was selected based on the advertised size and paid more than I planned but it is more compact than the photos suggest…
