• Bob (5/5): The location is perfect for me and has shopping in the bldg. I will try it again - I did not realize that there was breakfast! The entire apartment needs complete painting. The furniture in the living room and dining table is very uncomfortable. The host did not let me in earlier in the day and would not communicate with me. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable. I also stayed in this apartment in 2024 and the conditions were the same. I stayed here because of the location. Also, it needs a new card to access the parking garage!
• David (7/5): Good - love the clean property and location. TV didn't seem to allow free to air. very spartan furniture and kitchen items.
• Philippa (6/5): Well located inner west apartment - Great location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Easy access from car park lift. A nice sized space for a couple or single. Key pick up and drop off requires street parking. There is a car park pass and also a key fob which is for the lift. Apartment was clean and neat. Hosts responded quickly to queries. Individual carpark hard to locate as randomly assigned numbers. The owner video did not help. It is opposite Co.As.It 10. The TV does not work properly. Constant freezing and buffering and no access to streaming or TV guide provided to help. The bath/shower side is very high making it a safety issue when getting in and out. The kitchen was furnished in a basic way - 2 of everything which can be hard to manage if preparing food.
• Mariangela (6/5): Suitable stay. Bed update and cleaning required for rebooking. - Location for my needs was excellent. Very safe and secure area. Excellent for food- supermarket or cafe / restaurant. Great to have parking - washing facilities. Great hot shower. Comfy couch. Comfy pillows. Bed mattress old and uncomfortable- needs replacing. No aircon in living room. ( very hot weather- baking heat reflecting into the apartment from balcony if doors opened. Drying dish rack grubby- needs a thorough clean. Established mould problem I expect from lack of air and too much moisture. Mould on internal kitchen window- bathroom- bleach doesn’t remove mould- just hides it.

• Mark (7/5): Was perfect location for us and fairly priced for the time. The collection of keys was quite inconvenient and faults sho - closeness to Leichhardt where our family functions were. Having to walk approx 400 mtrs to collect and return keys. With large suitcases this was inconvenient. We needed to rest in the evenings and the TV did not work as I think someone had taken a cable. This should have been remedied as soon as I reported the situation. It was unusable for the duration of the stay. Also the site says they will take a deposit and then charge the full amount of the accommodation later. We paid the full amount the moment I pressed book. This was ok but may not be okay for everyone. Also I have stayed in accommodation all over Australia and the world and find a $500 security deposit the most we have ever paid anywhere. It has also taken 10 days to return into my account. Also I have failed to find this information on the site and cannot remember seeing it when I booked.
