- Hoon (9/5): WIR? Definitely YES - The room is clean (beds and quilts no odor) and tidy, comfy, quite, and equipped with all basic necessary equipment and Wi-Fi (trust me, some don't). No Smart TV

I could pick it up 15km downtown if I want to have it cash. This is a property without staff so no one to complain to. Appartment is old, no toiletseat and just not worth the money.

- Nurul (6/5): Pleasant - The booking process with the owner was easy. The check-in and check-out process was explained clearly. The view was nice. The check-in process was explained clearly but when I went to take the staff access card from the staff in 7E, he told me he was not informed about it. He was very helpful though (Mr. Iskandar, 7E staff). Deposit RM100 was not mentioned in the ads, but fortunately it was returned 2 days after checkout. The owner charged me 80 cents more than the final price in booking.com, saying it was for tax(?). The property was advertised as a one-bedroom apartment but in reality the bedroom door was locked by the owner. What was available was one bed in the living room with partition that separated the area from the dining area. The bathroom wall was not cleaned properly. The view was nice but at night, the noise from the highway road was almost unbearable, not a good place to have a good night sleep. I hope the owner improves all these.
