• malcolm (7/5): Disappointed - Position was excellent A lot of traffic noise,no tea towels,or chopping boards.The pans were old and no toiletries were provided as per stated.Breakfast provided was 3 small packs of cereal.No coffee and about 6 tea bags

• Melinda (7/5): Mostly brilliant. Need a faster check in. - Location was great. Near the sea and lots of restaurants nearby. Waiting an hour to be let into our property. Phoned at 10.30pm but Vincent didn’t arrive until after 11.30pm. Absolutely need self check in. Key in a lock box for example. We were absolutely beat by the time we settled in.

• Kerry (6/5): Generally disappointing. - Great location. Car undercover. Good communication with host. Some crockery chipped. Could have been cleaner. Smaller apartment than expected. The powder room included a shower recess but way too small a room for it. No screen door on living area, only bedroom. Privacy between bedrooms not possible due to wall not meeting the ceiling. Would be fine for one traveller.

• Irene (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE- see attached photos - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. Property manager who I believe is the owner is VERY unhelpful. The apartment is run down and the carpet is the room has many trip hazards. The rooms are extremely small. Bedding and linen are so dirty it looks like they have been used by animals. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. When I contacted the property manager to rectify my concerns she refused to take my calls and replied asking that I stop threatening her! DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. We checked in at approximately 8pm and then went straight out for dinner. When we returned at about 11pm we realised that the bedsheets in both rooms were not fresh or smelt clean. In fact the beds looked like they have been slept in and have not been washed or changed for weeks. So I decided to wash and dry all the linen before going to bed. Unfortunately when I stripped the doonas, pillows and beds I noticed how dirty and heavily stained the doona and pillows were. See photos- so disgusting. Property manager should be ashamed of the services they are providing. Bedding was so dirty it was extremely unhygienic for us to use. We immediately contacted the property manager who did not respond to our calls - so that night my family and I stayed up until the morning when I once again contacted the property manager who was not returning my calls and say she could only communicated with us via messages saying she had another job and was unable to talk to us. Although we had another night booked, we checked out early and have requested a refund from the property manager and booking.com- both of them have been extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. To date, no refund but I will not stop until I ensure I get a refund as the services and the apartment described on booking.com is misleading and incorrect. I will be doing everything in my capacity to get this property delisted through fair trading. I would hate for another family to go through what we went through. DO NOT STAY HERE Also breakfast is meant to be included which is plain white bread and croissants- no spreads or even butter. So don’t rely on what’s been provided- pretty pathetic really! Not worth the money, better off booking into the Novotel which is only 5 minutes away DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE
• Jack (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, opposite a large supermarket, pizzeria and 3 cafes within 100 metres. It was 2 minutes to the Promenade and beach. Jessica who managed the apartment was very helpful.

• Christy (8/5): Great location and a wonderful little apartment - The location was great - cafes, restaurants and Coles were just adjacent to the property. The breakfast wasn't really continental. There was cereals, pastry and milk and juice which was great. But there wasn't anything to put on the bread (no butter, no spreads) which was a bit of a miss. The bedrooms are connected and all the sound echoes. This was a bit of a challenge.

• Atul (7/5): Good - The location of the property is very good. The beach is very nearby, coles is at walking distance. Very convenient for staying . The pillow covers on the couch were very old with holes in it. That was quite disappointing.

Warne and damaged Floor Mats, Cushions, Bed & Living Room Throws. Bed Linen degusting!!! Had dirty marks on sheets and pillowcases, all poor quality and discolored. I had to request fresh Linen and deal with a very rude Property Manager. As far as the Condiments in the Pantry and Fridge they were very lacking. A sliced loaf of bread which had use by date 21st July. We checked in on the 3rd of August !!! Curtains & Blinds all poorly fitted.

• Anthony (10/5): It was easy and convient - Close to restaurants and the beach. There is a good coffee shop across the street which was nice. The second bedroom was a little smaller and it wasn't completely separate. Meaning that it wasn't completely close off and can hear everything from the other bedroom. The second bathroom was small that when you open the shower it will only open halfway so I hard time getting in. Again, these things are not a big deal for me so I still had a good time.

• Gemma (6/5): Would be perfect with less neglect and more attention to cleanliness - Location was ideal with cafes, shops, fuel over the road and close to small beach. Free east parking and access. Cleanliness. Stained furniture, carpets, bedding and thick mould behind bath tub that was not secured to the ground and moved when my niece climbed in. She also had to put towels on the floor as water was leaking from under the bath towards bathroom door. This is a safety hazard and accident waiting to happen. There was an old stinking blanket left on the dirty lounge that was moulting everywhere and sticking to our clothing. Needs throwing in the garbage. Cleaners don’t vacuum under lounge clearly. Air con vents super dusty. Was hesitant to turn on for this reason plus having children with asthma with me. Shower door in smaller bathroom would not open fully due to uneven flooring. Glass door scraped on tiles when trying to open and only able to be opened around 15 inches. My slim 12 yr old even struggled to squeeze in as he didn’t like the bath. If you are unable to climb into a bathtub, this means no access to clean yourself at this property. Given the owner claims to pride herself on cleanliness with smoking not even allowed on the balcony outdoors, quite disappointing for the price. We had nothing to was our dishes with either Lol. Owner said she would arrive within 10mins to drop us the keys on our arrival. We waited almost an hour.

Nearby shops cafes and eateries and beach. Showers. Walking in one, door was jammed. Notified agent but no action was taken while we were there. Second bathroom was nice and roomy but with the shower over a deep tub could do with a grab handle for safety, Only one bedside light and no others above the bed,

• Jasim (3/5): Was expecting a continental breakfast for each quest and for each day of stay, but was not provided - No real breakfast, only a few items. Should provide enough breakfast for each day that is booked and not for just one day with one person's requirements. Very disappointed.

• Sandra (7/5): Great location for a short stay in Sydney - Lovely location on Botany Bay with shops, restaurants and public transport close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Free secure parking also a bonus. The walk-in shower door did not open properly due to design fault. Free breakfast was advertised but did not include any topping for toast that was provided.
• Linda (6/5): Great location and friendly host but the apartment sadly lacking in cleanliness - The location was great, right in the heart of Ramsgate with restaurants and a Coles supermarket just across the road. The beach front is only a 5 minute walk away. We were met by Jessica who was very accommodating given our arrival circumstances and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is a good size and there is plenty of storage. There are also two showers and two toilets which is very handy. The water pressure is fantastic here so the hot showers were lovely. There were some lovely little macarons left for us as a welcome to the apartment. There was lots of crockery, utensils and cookware and also some convenient food options had been left for us to use like bread, orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, apples, cereal etc... The cleanliness in this apartment is very poor. There is a lot of mould in the main bathroom, on the walls, along joins and also on the shelf above the bath. The carpet in the bedroom is badly stained and grubby. The furniture in the lounge is the worst, the settee and wing back chair is very grubby and they are covered in very large unsanitary stains. The main bedroom is a bit small and there's not much room to walk around the bed. The mattress on this bed is also quite soft and not that comfortable. The shower in the powder room near the front door does not have a shelf for shampoo or soap etc.. and there was also no hand-soap to wash your hands at the mini basin in there. The main shower is over a bath that feels very flimsy and the shower looks like it has just been placed there not and not secured to the floor. We could not get any tv stations on the tv in the lounge only Netflix, we could get both in the bedroom tv so we had to sit on the bed to eat breakfast in order to watch the news which was not very comfortable :( There was no tea-towel in the kitchen so whilst we could wash the dishes, we could not dry them so we used the hand towel from the bathroom to do this. There is not much privacy in this apartment because the window coverings are not adequate. In the main bedroom it has pull down blinds but they do not meet in the middle so there is approximately a 10cm gap that people can see though from the street at night. There are only thin light weave curtains in the lounge with an external louvre - which cannot be closed shut - on the balcony to give just a semblance of privacy. At night you can easily see inside the lounge from the street. On the day of checkout the internet went down so we couldn't watch ANYTHING on the tv in the lounge at all.
• Eva (6/5): Pleasant - The property has a great location, it is well equipped. The ad needs to state that smoking is not allowed on the balcony as well. We had to wait more than an hour to collect the key while according to the neighbour the owner was at the property changing locks but we were told she was stuck in traffic ...

• Carol (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay. I would stay again. - Great location near the water and shops. Very convenient to grab groceries. Friendly and quiet neighbours. Friendly host. Very comfortable and homely. No window in the 2nd bedroom. A lack of privacy between main and 2nd bedroom as the dividing wall didn’t meet the ceiling. This wouldn’t be an issue if kids were staying in the room.

• Monette (10/5): Lovely family sized unit in fantastic location - This lovely unit was in a fantastic location for us to explore the surrounding area. Great food shops, Coles, liquor store across the street and coffee shop downstairs. The full kitchen with everything you need was great, and plenty of room for our family of three to not get in each other’s way for the 3 nights we stayed.

• Anonymous (4/5): disappointing but made the best of what we had just way to noisy was the main issue I had - The host she was really lovely shops across the road cafeteria next door noise really badly all night every night especially Sunday night bins are collected and there are heaps of bins it went on for what seemed like hours . you can’t really see much of the sea at all ! it’s more like a bay . it should also specify that the breakfast that’s included is for one morning only and for no more than 2 people, maybe it should say light breakfast included for first morning ONLY
