• Dat (10/5): I had a pleasant stay and would come back again! - It's beautiful, very clean and has all the necessary things. Didn't miss anything. And the metro station is only a 2min. walk away. Absolutely nothing. Everything was fine!
• Sören (8/5): - Große geraumige Unterkunft mit Platz - gut ausgestattete Küche. Parkplatz Situation ist schwierig - Parkhaus schließt bspw. Sonntags - als Tourist versteht bei den Rest schwer

• Podhaiko (10/5): - The bathroom and toilet fixtures sparkle with cleanliness, there is a washing machine and dryer, lots of plants in the apartments, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit, the owner of the apartments responds quickly to messages, the accommodation is secure (smart lock on the door), lots of mirrors, a comfortable shower in the bathroom, clean.

• Maria Eleonora (10/5): - Ambiente molto luminoso curato e pulito. Il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile, ha fatto trovare 2 bottigliette d' acqua in frigo, qualche merendina e tisane . I servizi sotto casa : Metropolitana gialla fermata corvetto , ,bus ,linea 95 , posta ,Conad ,Upim e Pittarosso , bar ,piadineria .....
• Dennis (6/5): A bit strange - The appartment was spacious and clean. The location was close to the metro which made it easy to go to Duomo. The furniture (including the bed) were not too comfy. The neighbourhood seemed a bit shady. The communication with the host was a bit strange. First he tried to get us to pay the city tourist tax again, however the tax was already included in the booking.com price. Then, once we got to the building we had no clue how to find the actual appartment, turns out he forgot to send the instructions. Then he sent us a message, with a reminder to check out at 11 a day too early. He also asked us to rate him a 10.... It was all a bit strange.

• jean (7/5): Bien - L' appartement Nikel, très bel appartement, propre, petite attention tel que dès dosettes de café et deux petites bouteilles d'eau.appreciable Dommage que pour récupérer l' appartement c était un peu galère au début , nous l' avons appelé on est tombé sur le répondeur a mainte reprise il nous a demandé notre wattsapp par mail après tout est rentré dans l ordre.globalement rien a redire . Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim, juste des ventilos pas suffisant.

• Guest (8/5): Séjour appréciable - L’appartement est d’un confort et d’une propriété impeccable. Le niveau de sécurité est appréciable. Tout ce qui est nécessaire est à proximité. Malgré les deux ventilateurs, l’absence de climatisation s’est faite ressentir surtout avec les fortes chaleurs. Un éventuel microondes serait interessant.

• Andreklein75 (10/5): best location and cleanness. - amazing place, well furnished, well located just next a metro station, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. very comfortable bed, new and clean bathroom , complete kitchen. the host is amazing, very helpful for all my questions and needs., definitely coming back. parking lot just in front of the building. loved the plants inside.

• Michael (10/5): Great apartment for a stay in Milan - Ale is a very nice host and organized everything perfectly! Quick respond on any question and the apartment was as on the pictures! Especially the bathroom is very nice. Very close to the metro and also free parking available - perfect stay for a visit in Milan. During my stay the dogs of the neighbors have been very loud from time to time.

• Dagmara (7/5): Good - Metro station and grocery store are right under the flat. Apartment is nice and big. Paid street parking, even when the property advertised free parking. No elevator and the flat is on the 3rd floor. The area surrounding the building had lot of trash on the streets. Water in the shower was cold.

• Stacy (7/5): Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment and good location - Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment. Good location; public transport, grocery store and nice restaurants all with in a 5 minutes walk. The apartment was on the third floor, with no elevator. Would be nice if it was mentioned in the description. It did not worked for us to open the main door with the code. After I called the host he send me a video of how to do that. Would have been handy if he would have send it in the first place. There was no airconditioning, which was terrible since it was 30 degrees outside. There were two electric ventilators, but they made a lot of noise.
• Evaggelia (10/5): Comfortable and clean apartment. - the apartment was spacious, very bright, it had the necessary equipment for someone who needs it as a vacations accommodation (coffee machine, hair dryer, clean towels and sheets, TV) but also for someone who wants to spend more time in the apartment, as it has all the necessary utensils for cooking, spacious fridge and new oven/stove. In general, the building, even though it is very close to the metro (1 minute by foot), we didn't face any noise problem. The host was very kind and helpful in everything we needed. I would recommend it. the apartment did not have air conditioning, which in the end was not a problem since it was equipped with fans. It would be a nice addition though

• Violeta (10/5): Recommended place to stay in Milan - Spacious apartment, clean, good located near by metro station and grocery store, nice bathroom and bedroom. Love to stay here again. Good communication with host. Everything was great, would be awesome if A/C can be added for warm summer but anyway you have fans for cooling the room.
• Si (8/5): Spacious - Fairly large apartment. Everything you'd require.tho Didn't realise there was a dishwasher until the day I left. On 3rd floor up tge stairs.. I was surprised there was no tv. Tho I noticed afterwards it wasn't listed. The local area is a little rough and ready and not typically italian..

• Raffaele (10/5): What a pleasant surprise! - The apartment was amazing. Clean, spacious, quiet. Internet was blazing fast (I could work without any issue). The door with the code was a big improvement so I did not have to bring another pair of keys with me.
• Awahou (10/5): The place to be ! - The accommodation was really lovely. Very big and very clean. There are things placed for you in the appartement (things to make your breakfast, soap etc). It’s located in a quiet building with a big yard. It’s easily accessible by transports and there is so much commodities around (supermarket, barber, kebabs etc). Ale (the host) is very kind and very helpful. I wished I stay longer in Milan just to spend another night in this apartment.
• Samajova (9/5): Superb - Really clean, nice facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need for cooking. The owner of the flat was really kind and helpful. The apartment was really spacious. Location was nice, really close to metro even though it did not feel like the safest place to be in. The air conditioning worked but was not really easy to manipulate.
