Karan (4/5): Good property being let down by average property management, leaves questions on value for money - Location of the property was just what we were looking for. Spacious rooms and balcony. Cleanliness was a bit average this included some spoons and cutlery not washed properly had dried up food particles, kettle was dirty and smelly, there were dead cockroaches and spiders in the living area and bedroom. Instructions for parking at the property address was absent and vague. When called in to confirm key pick-up we were told that onsite parking will be in the welcome pack but there were no instructions in the welcome pack. The message from the property manager was that we need to bring in our own linen when we inquired over the phone we were told not to worry about linen yet the welcome pack said to bring own linen!

Richard (8/5): loved the position of the unit .close to everything.after a good clean would stay there again with wifi connect and ai - The view brilliant the unit needed a good clean (shell all through the carpet ) vacuum cleaner all tapped up , mop broken we bought a new one at our cost new battery for wall clock at our cost , no air con ..no wifi no off street parking
