• Daniela (7/5): Zentral, einfach, sauber. - Geräumig, sauber, zentral Wenig Küchenausstattung (Backpapier, Spülmittel, Essig/Öl, Gewürz war nicht vorhanden) Wenn man nur in der Wohnung frühstückt, wird es wohl genügen.

• Paweł (10/5): Fajne miejsce na wypad - Przestrzeń. Ogromna łazienka. Ekspres kapsulkowy do kawy. Jasne mieszkanie. Blisko garażu. Blisko centrum i sklepów a jednoczenie nie przy głównej ruchliwej ulicy. Wszystko ok.
• Ahmed (6/5): Good place to stay but not in summer! It will be amazing if there is AC - The apartment is big and clean. The area around was quiet which is perfect. The location was lovely There is NO air conditioning. Also, the fans there were very loud and useless (very hot in July)
• Einarsdottir (7/5): Lugano is awesome! Great location! - good location The sofa bed was missing a sheet; there was only a cover. Thankfully a packed a blanked for my kids . The toaster was not functioning

• Efi (7/5): Nice apartment but not for summer! - Location and parking!! Also the apartment is very spacious for a family!! The apartment didn't have air conditioner..🥵🥵 and net for mosquitos. It is on the ground floor of the building and there is a lot of noise from the street.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Our third stay in this property! It’s still our first choice. - Spacious, clean and great location. Secure indoor parking. Some appliances are slightly damaged, although it doesn’t compromise the function.

• Mihovilović (10/5): Perfect location and cozy apartment - Apartment was clean and location was perfect! Easy communication with host, private parking space, really cozy bed! You are only 2-3min away from Lugano Lake, the market, and only 5min from the stunning park! The only what we missed (we are coming from the Mediterranean area and we are used to this) is the air condition unit. The host did provide a big fan which was helpful :)
• Kate (10/5): Excellent as always - We've stayed here a few times now and love it, always so clean and well organised. One small input, for a longer booking it would be great to have a few city trash bags since they're sold in packs of 20 or so, so it's a lot to pay for the one extra bag needed. But it's a minor detail.
• Karen (9/5): Enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. Even though it’s quite a way from the train station we still liked the loca - We liked the spaciousness; cleanliness and location. Easy lockbox check in & good communication Our stay was end of July (summer time). NO air-conditioning, although a powerful fan is provided in the living area but if you wanted to open the windows for general ventilation or when cooking in the evening beware you’ll get eaten alive by a battalion of the mosquitoes 🦟 🦟 Therefore you couldn’t leave the windows open. All the windows have this crazy paper protection, meaning you can’t see out!!! To begin with felt very claustrophobic & enclosed. Mentioned this in a text to management & were told “they cannot be removed - have been put up by owners” We replied that we would never remove, we just thought it’d be great to be able to raise a few. Management replied that unfortunately they can’t take them off & we were the FIRST to report the light problem to them!!!! Upon checking through booking.com reviews you can see we weren’t the first, this has been commented on by others over a long period of time! There is only one power adapter! A second power adapter for kitchen appliances wouldn’t go a miss.

• Ewa (6/5): Nice place but bad service - It was spacious, clean and had everything necessary I couldn't check in at the promised time and was waiting over an hour to get the key. In the meantime no one answered the phone

• Nicolas (8/5): Very good - The appartment is very modern and nice. Location is nice, which is not very important given the size of the city, so you can just be anywhere. The bathroom is particularly nice. The appartment has no air conditioning and was kept closed upon our arrival, so there was a bit of smell of being closed for long. This is bad mainly during the summer, because to ventilate and also to get some air inside we had to also let in an army of mosquitoes, so be ready.
• Mohamed (7/5): Good - location, cleaness, kitchen equipments. This is my third stay in 2022 in this apartment. During the last stay, they provided me with only one towel although I stayed 7 nights... unacceptable.. The sofa in the living room has become uncomfortable... very used.. it needs to be replaced..

• Kate (9/5): Excellent spot, well managed - Well furnished apartment with lots of extra bedding. We've stayed here before and will happily again. Easy uncomplicated access, great quiet location and the shower flooring has been upgraded since we last stayed (no longer slippy)
