• Mohamed (1/5): Disappointing. - Undoubtedly, this experience ranks among the most unsatisfactory I have encountered. Upon our initial arrival at the location, it became apparent that the building exhibited signs of age, and the compromised state of the elevator raised significant safety concerns. Upon reaching our designated floor, an unpleasant odour permeated the surroundings, while the balcony door's evident damage posed a hazard, especially for families with young children. Furthermore, we observed that the remote control was broken, though this damage was later inaccurately attributed to us. Regrettably, the bathroom door exhibited a malfunction in closing properly. Additionally, the refund of our down payment was withheld on account of minor dirt found on a couple of towels. Curiously, no prior instruction had been provided to clean these towels, and it's important to note that room service was not part of the package during our stay. The absence of any mention of towel cleaning in their policy led to a perplexing situation. While the instructions were limited to maintaining the apartment's tidiness, no clarification regarding towel care was presented. Had we been apprised of the requirement to launder towels, we would have certainly adhered to it. Sadly, the emphasis appeared to be more on financial gain rather than guest satisfaction. The location itself, while in proximity to the Nile, was not without its shortcomings. Excessive noise stemming from traffic marred the tranquility of the environment. Furthermore, the inadequate Wi-Fi coverage proved problematic, particularly when attending to important calls or messages. Undoubtedly, the cost did not align with the overall experience. Regrettably, this establishment falls far short of the exceptional accommodations available in Cairo, where I have enjoyed stays at vastly superior hotels. Consequently, a return visit to this establishment is out of the question.
