• Marloes (1/5): Niet boeken! - We kregen een bevestiging van boeking en bij aankomst lagen de sleutels niet waar afgesproken. Geen nummer wat we konden bereiken en dag later kregen we te horen dat er een dubbele boeking was. Stonden we dan om half 9 ‘s avonds met 2 kleine kinderen en geen enkele optie om binnen te komen of contact met iemand te krijgen voor een oplossing. Alles
• Pooja (1/5): Ridiculous. Worst. - My booking of this apartment was the biggest mistake. I made for my call Kualampur trip. I was not given my keys at the time of check-in. We had contacted the host through WhatsApp calls emails, but the host did not turn up. The keys were not in the locker in spite of getting the code and the check details from Booking.com, this is the worst experience I ever had. I have also raised a police complaint against the host. Me and my family was so much upset that after getting there, we were not allowed to check in there is there was no response from the host. The police will enquire and get this person behind the bars and get me my refund with compensation. Such a bad experience. Worst experience. Should be delisted and the owner should be behind the bars for such fraudulent activities.
• Duncan (6/5): It's convenient and was easy for grab drive to find. The pool and gym facility is good with city vie - 3 bedroom helps and being close to Petronas towers. The master bedroom mattress is soft, the couch is very low to the ground and old, and there are little ants around the kitchen top and floor which the annoyed the kids.

• carlos (8/5): VISTAS ESPECTACULARES Y EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN - Las vistas desde el apartamento eran espectaculares. Las vistas desde la piscina también , pero en nuestro caso al estar el apartamento en un piso muy alto eran mejores las del apartamento . Camas grandes y cómodas en los dos dormitorios principales. Falta de menaje básico para desayunar o para comer comida solicitada a domicilio ( vasos, platos o cubiertos) . Llegamos tarde y cansados por la noche después de muchas horas de vuelo y no fuimos capaces de encontrar la ropa de cama de los Futones , la encontramos a la mañana siguiente en un armario de la cocina . Las normas de baño en cuanto al vestuario permitido en la piscina son muy estrictas, se debería de advertir al realizar la reserva simplemente por ir preparado .Los baño no disponen de mampara en la ducha .

• Laurent (9/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment top avec d'un côté le centre-ville et de l'autre côté de l'immeuble une série de restaurants avec des tarifs destinés aux locaux S'il faut trouver une petite remarque on peut signaler que l'eau de la piscine était vraiment froide.

• Ying (6/5): Overall, it's a good place to stay. - The area isn't far from station. The property has a good view of Kuala Lumpa. There are many food stores underneath the property either. The size of the property is very decent. It fits up to 5 guests very comfortably. 2 out of 3 bedrooms had not been serviced properly upon our arrivals. Our bed sheets were still wet upon arrival. 2 beds didn't cover with bed sheets. It felt like the person came in not too far ago, serviced the apartment then left in a rush.

• Klára (10/5): The best that someone can immagine… - Fantastic location, KLCC view, 43th floor, closed to metro, KLCC and everything, good pool, gym, nice new flat with all accomodations.
