• Cem (7/5): Tek gecelik ve ekonomik bir yer arayanlar için temiz bir alternatif olabilir - Sebino 8, şehirden tek bir tramvay hattıyla gelebileceğiniz, otobüs hattına da yakın merkezi sayılabilecek bir yerde. Sadece gecelemek için kalmak istiyorsanız uygun bir alternatif olabilir. Balkonu keyifli. Tesisin genel temizliği ve yatağın temizliği de iyi. Kahve-mikrodalga-ocak ve mini buzdolabı sunuyor. Uykunuz hafifse bu bir sorun olabilir çünkü yalıtım çok zayıf. Komşu daire ve apartmandan oldukça fazla ses geliyor. Mutfak eşyaları oldukça fazla ancak kullanmak için tekrar yıkamak zorunda kaldık çünkü önceki konaklamalarda yıkanmadan bırakılmış ve maalesef bu işletmecinin gözünden kaçmış. 10am - 3pm arasında daha özenli bir kontrol-düzenleme yapılabilirdi.

• Robert (1/5): Stressful experience with access problems, hygiene concerns, and lack of support. - The 4K TV alarm feature made sure we never overslept, at 6:30 AM sharp! Avoid this apartment if you expect to access your accommodation freely at all times. For nearly half of our stay, we were unable to enter the building independently because the main gate was broken, no doorman was present (on holiday), and we were not provided with the building key. We relied on strangers to let us in, a stressful situation, particularly the first night when we returned late and discovered we were effectively locked out. The owner’s response? Unavailable, unhelpful, and ineffective. Eventually, we received a spare key, but, remarkably, it was located inside the building we couldn’t access. Additionally: • Privacy and data handling were unacceptable. We were asked to send ID documents and a selfie not only via the official portal but also through WhatsApp or email, which raises serious GDPR concerns. • The owner’s communication was unprofessional and dismissive. A direct quote: “Do as you want.” • Cleanliness left much to be desired: dusty floors, spider webs, unclean balcony furniture, and a dusty sofa bed mattress long past its usable lifespan. • Smart TV was still logged into a previous guest’s account and turned on by itself daily at 6:30 AM, deeply unsettling. • No spare toilet paper upon check-in, malfunctioning cold water tap in the bathroom, and no usable cupboard space (occupied by random items). • Poor air quality and dust levels were problematic for a guest with asthma. • Bed linen was noticeably worn and the mattress offered little support.

• Georgia (6/5): Good but please update your site to be truthful about air conditioning - Good little property in a nice location with a lovely balcony. False advertising - it says the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning but when we arrived, it said in the handbook that it was only available from the 15 June onwards (we arrived on the 12th and it was so warm.) This the main reason we booked here.
• Serhii (9/5): Nice place for a short stopover. Tidy, private but super small and quite noisy due to street traffic in front. - The apartment was exceptionally clean and brand new. Welcome gift is also highly appreciated. The location has several local shops where you can buy great food and specialities. We found facilities a bit uncomfortable. Eg: the bath is superb but there aren’t any cloth handles or shelves. The mattress is soft and new but we didn’t find a way to make a sofa cause it was unfoldable. The host was friendly and respectful but the check in instructions are super complex and suspicious. They demand to send documents and fill up some forms referring governmental policies. All this kind of stuff annoys and warns. Be cautious on clicking some PM links.

• Wiktoria (10/5): Definitely will be back - I can recommend this place to everyone who needs a cosy and clean place to rest. Very friendly host and great communication with him. If I decide to go back to Milan, I will definitely choose Sebino 8.
