Fin (10/5): my stay was great however never got to stay in the apartment that i paid for - i never saw it it was available for booking but could not get in according to the host so had to find somewhere else
Henrietta (1/5): SCAM EITHER THROUGH OWNER OR BOOKING.Co - It’s a scam… maybe not the owner? Never went and when I spoke to the owner of the property he said he hadn’t been on Booking.Com book for 2-3 years but was still getting requests. Booking.Com whom I’ve used for many years for travel purposes said it was confirmed and I had to pay the £160/night at this property and then had to find and pay for another room.

Heather (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was very clean and a short walk from Shepherd's Bush train and underground stations. The owner answered my call promptly when I contacted him and was helpful and courteous. There are a lot of stairs in the building itself. This was fine for us but would not suit everyone

Jordan (4/5): Bring toilet paper! - Modern Apartment description didn't match what was actually there. Description says bath and/or shower, there's only a shower. Says there is a sofa bed, there is not. Description also states free toiletries. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, nothing. The host was very friendly and cooperative however, did arrive late to let us into the apartment.
Sheik (1/5): Bad - Please stay awy from this property the host is very dishonest and needs to be removed off this service as they will try to fleece you for damages after your stay. The property is poorly door as cabinet hanging not secure priply broken switches and will blame you for extortionate amount. Never have I been so disappointed in a place like this never new there was so much dishonesty
Andre (1/5): Not at all what it seems like in the pics - Tastefully redone The size, and the location. I wish at the time of booking that it was stated inside a sprawling council estate l, not what you want from some winter reprieve. When people live in nice buildings, they always want to show off their building the fact that there were no pictures of the inside of a building or the outside of a building just a room and from different angles which try to make the room look bigger than it was I mean, I couldn’t breathe. I had to leave. I couldn’t stay.

Claudio (10/5): Excellent! - The property is located in a prime area of London, nearby many shops and convenience stores. The property itself is furnished with whatever you need, when away from home. The host is great and his laid back but yet professional approach was very refreshing and my personal highlight of the trip.
Juliska (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, tube station a 2 minute walk. The apartment was spacious with everything you need and very clean and comfortable.
