• Petros (10/5): Exceptional - Gerardo was very helpful and pleasant. The room is very clean and very near to the metro.
• Winnie (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in a residential area of Roma. Great local experience. BEST gelato nearby. - Geraldo was very helpful and kind. He made extra effort to make my stay comfortable and stress free. I had to print out forms and Geraldo helped me print on a Sunday when all other shops were closed. He even brought me a wine bottle opener and glass so I can have some wine during my stay. Due to Jubilee and inaugural mass by new Pope, the prices for hotels were very expensive that weekend. This location was the very BEST I could afford along the Metro A line. Much farther from city center than I would normally stay. But this had nothing to do with the property and the host, just the situation I was in.

• Elena (10/5): I highly recommend it - Gerardo is very responsive and polite, offering us with all sorts of answer to the best of our interest. Also very friendly in offering all sorts of links for best places/ restaurants to visit around the area and in Rome in overall. The level of catering that they are providing is very high. The accommodation is presently quiet and very clean on daily bases. It is much satisfyingly to come back from whole day walking and find the room at the peak of cleanness :). The accommodation is very near the metro station (2 min) so you are well connected to everywhere in Rome. The sink in the toilet is very narrow, so you kind of spill water when trying to wash your face (which is not a crucial thing :) ) Other than that, the toilet is very clean and the shower cabin is quite comfortable.

• Ulrika (9/5): Really nice! - Me and my friend had a great stay here during our trip in Rome. The host was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was fresh and cleaned every day. New bottle of water in the small fridge every day and we also received a nice welcome gift on the day of arrival! The accommodation was a few minutes' walk to the subway (make sure you get off at the right platform!) then it took about 20-30 minutes depending on where you got off. Just one line to keep track of. Be prepared to stand because there are a lot of people. Grocery store around the corner and some restaurants to choose from nearby. Can highly recommend this accommodation! Not much to complain about, a more comfortable pillow would have been nice!

• Angeline (9/5): Thankful to the friendly Host who made our stay in Rome memorable! - We were apprehensive as we did not know what to expect as the location is 7 to 8km away from the City Centre of Rome. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience. It is a residential area which has many restaurants and supermarkets patronized by the locals. The train and bus is a short walk away from the hotel. The bus services 589 and 590 runs through major city attractions. The host Gerardo (I called him Jerry) was very helpful providing us with helpful information. He helped us with buying the local train and bus tickets, provided us website links to book for attractions and provided us with a list of nearby restaurants and gelato shops where we can have meals at reasonable prices. Jerry was always available by whatsapp when we needed help. The room was beautifully decorated. Very clean and well kept. Very comfortable with everything that we needed. There is a little Cafe called 'Camera Cafe' where we have our breakfast every morning. The owner Antonia, his wife and staff are very friendly and provided us with lovely fresh breakfast each morning. Freshly squeezed orange juice and sandwiches to go. As there are local grocery shops just outside the train station we were able to buy fresh fruits every evening before we returned to the room. Basically we liked everything about this location. Nothing!
• Mehmet (10/5): Exceptional - We had an incredible time at 'The 6th Floor' from the moment we stayed there. It's very close to the metro station, making transportation very easy. The facility is spotless and very modern. The beds, towels, everything was very clean. Gerardo is a very attentive person who helped us with everything. Our trip to Rome was wonderful. He provided us with great information about local places, traveling as tourists in Rome, and safety. If we go to Rome again, it will definitely be our choice of accommodation. Everything was great, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Gerardo was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the place is spotless. Breakfast is using a voucher at a very friendly local bar (cafe). Really nothing to complain about!
