• maxruggi (10/5): - Siamo stati ospiti al Kevis Place Apartment a Tirana per una notte e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’appartamento è bello, spazioso ed elegante, arredato con mobili nuovi e di qualità. I padroni di casa sono stati estremamente premurosi e gentili: avevamo qualche problema con il Wi-Fi e sono subito intervenuti contattando il figlio, che ci ha messo a disposizione la rete necessaria fornendoci la password senza alcun problema. La casa dispone di una cucina completa, dove abbiamo potuto cucinare comodamente, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Condizionatore in ciascuna camera. Il prezzo di 3200 lek (circa 32 euro) è davvero ottimo per tutto ciò che l’appartamento offre. Non possiamo che ringraziare i proprietari per la loro accoglienza e disponibilità: consigliamo questo alloggio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Tirana in un ambiente curato e ospitale. Unico neo non abbiamo trovato le tazze per la colazione... Ma in paragone a quanto ci offriva la casa è una cosa da poco!

• Sam (10/5): - Pour 2 personnes l’emplacement est super. Une cuisine équipé pour tout repas. Une salle de bain avec une douche italienne super belle, un évier des belles toilettes + bidet. Super belle chambre. Tout est propre. Le personnel au top. Le monsieur qui nous louait cette chambre nous a emmené pendant 5h découvrir Tirana dont le mont dajti c’était incroyable !

• Roswitha (9/5): Superb - Nice location close to center, grocery store across the street. Bit hard to find, and when I reached out I did not get a response. The store across the street called for us and someone came to let us in. parking was tight even with a compact car.
• Svock (7/5): Renovated apartment near the center with some things to improve - very near the city center that can be reached walking in 15-20 minutes; the apartment has been recently renovated. The price was cheap it's in an area very difficult to find parking space, more over even though on the apartment profile it's advertised a free private parking, the owner refused to let us park our car (which we didn't appreciate because we chose this place also for this reason, being quite difficult to find parking in the neighborhood). The owner didn't give us prior information on the check in, so we had to call him and we was abroad so we didn't meet anyone, not even the person meant to collect our payment. No linens or towels were provided, we had to search in the wardrobe. Very few utensils for cooking (for example no mugs were provided). The A/C was making some noise.

Everything about it was wonderful - from the spotless cleanliness to the stylish decor and comfortable amenities. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was kind and effortless. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirana, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the city!

• You (10/5): Good location, great amenities - Great location, just 2km from the city. But if you're driving, could be challenging due to the small roads leading to the apartment. Apartment was great, with AC/heater in every room and bathroom. Supermarket right across the street. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Speaks good English and you may WhatsApp him in advanced. Kitchen could be better equipped with knives and chopping board. There was no kitchen towel and bath mat.

• Oksana (10/5): Reasonable choice in busy Tirana - It has been my second time in this apartment.The location is very comfortable,really close to the city centre.For people who come by car it is a great place to stay as there is a tiny private yard to leave your car in safety .Very clean ,a little terrace to enjoy your coffee,a green garden with orange trees to bring joy to your eyes.Good value for money,friendly and hospitable owners.My sincere recommendations! Pluses definitely overweigh minuses but still knives can be sharper and a better place for parking can be left for a guest )

• Benjamin (10/5): Excellent apartment. Close to city center. - It’s a very clean, spacious and modern apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. Definitely a great value and is very close to the city center. My host was able to call a taxi for me to the bus station the morning of my departure and he provided a lot of helpful information during my stay. I would definitely recommend.
• Hodgins (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very comfortable modern apartment from which to explore Tirane. It is large, no stairs to climb and ample room to store luggage. We were able to park our motorbike inside the property. A small vehicle should also fit. The kitchen is satisfactorily equipped for simple meals. There is a supermarket across the street, bars and other shoes within 100 metres. Walking into central Tirane was straightforward. Beware- the location on Google maps is precise, but the navigation will take you into a closed street just as you arrive. We had to ask a local.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The property owners were absolutely marvelous and were even kind enough to lend us their laundry detergent. 100% recommend!

• Wouter (10/5): Exceptional - Kevi’s place is a really nice, quiet and brand new apartment. It’s a bit further away from the city centre than most places but this gives you the chance to actually get a place to park your car (for free), to get better value for money and to have a quiet neighborhood. Everything is brand new and really well constructed but there were some real essentials missing in the kitchen. We’ve told Kevi and he wants to improve on that quickly, so that should not be of concern anymore 😃
• Oksana (10/5): A brand new apartment close to the city centre - The apartment is brand new,really specious,well-equipped with everything you need for a short or even a long stay.Modern furniture,AC is in every room!))Modern style ,a little terrace overlooking the garden.But what is more important,that is the private parking in the yard and just around 1 km away from the city centre .Highly recommended!)) Nothing comes to mind at all )
