La colazione viene offerta in uno di due bar convenzionati con la struttura, ma poco varia. Poco funzionale l’armadio, troppo basso lo spazio dove appendere abiti. L’acqua calda non sempre disponibile. Manca di parcheggio proprio.

• Shaikh (8/5): Extraordinary Room/View. Compleicated Check-In. - The view was extraordinary and the room was clean. The room itself is amazing with beautiful furnitures and curtains. The staff at the b&b who took the money/passport info was nice and well-behaved. The check-in was complicated & should be far simpler. I received a long instruction on whatsapp a few minutes from my arrival which was stressful. At one point, I was fearing I'd need to cancel since I was not getting any reply prior to check-in. Once I arrived, I had no clue how to get past the main entrance door of building since the doorman was not there to unlock.l -- so I waited until a couple went in. Then you take a tunnel, enter a lift, pay 10 cents to go up, enter a digital code provided by whatsapp, collect two keys -- one for room and other for the main door. The breakfast is not good -- the voucher provided works at a cafe downstairs which allows 1 brioche and 1 coffee. The water does not get warm -- a technician will fix it.

• Caterino (5/5): - Il terrazzino Siamo arrivati tardi non per colpa nostra ma per il ritardo dei mezzi e i proprietari della struttura non ci hanno aspettato e da lì abbiamo avuto un pò di problemi anche perché non prendendo l'ascensore non sapevamo che si trovasse al sesto piano. Il resto nulla da dire camera ok!

• Rochelle (5/5): - The veiw was exceptional and the room was nice with a small balcony. No proper communication with the check in. Tried calling when we arrived but no answer. We were stuck outside until a couple going out let us in the building, once inside we still had no idea where we were going. A gentleman working in another building helped us and we managed to get up to the room and find the keys to let ourselves in. The lift was qwerky having to use 10c to use it each time but when someone didn't shut the doors on another floor the lift would not work. I tried calling to find out how we could get to our room on the 6th floor but no answer until hours later the next morning, it took hours to find a way through another building to get to our room by then it was the early hours of the morning. There was no communication as to what to do in this situation. Breakfast is non existent as an advertised B&B, you get a voucher for the local cafe which is across the busy road and up the street. There was nothing gluten free so we just had a coffee for breakfast both mornings. There was a reception desk but never saw anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place as it was way too stressful and took the shine of the bay of Naples.

O quarto estava limpo e as instalações internas são modernas e bem cuidadas. A localização é um tanto quanto confusa. As instruções me foram passadas via Whasapp, mas eram longas e complicadas de entender sozinho. O prédio não possui exatamente uma portaria. E é difícil acessar, especialmente se quiser acessar mais tarde da noite. Eu nunca havia usado um elevador antigo naquele estilo, e isso também foi difícil de entender. E ele não funcionou quando chegamos à noite.

Ascensore pezzo storico particolare, mi ha ricordato i lontanissimi anni 70 con le 5 lire😆. Tutto ok piccolo neo colazione convenzionata con bar adiacenti: un po scarsa. Alla fine meglio pagare direttamente al bar così si sceglie e ogni tanto si sgarra con la sfogliatella 😆

• Michele (9/5): Una vista Incantevole - Il panaroma è un INCANTO. Sono di Napoli e ho scelto questo posto per svegliarmi all'alba e vedere il sole uscire da dietro al vesuvio e fotografare i colori del tramonto all'imbrunire. Veramente una vista unica. La camera è silenziosa e il posto molto tranquillo. Eravamo nella stanza Capri. Consiglio. A 50 mt c'è un ristorante "palazzo petrucci" da provare. E la mattina una spiaggia a pochi passi da cui potrete godere un panaroma mozzafiato La colazione veramente scarna. Un cappuccino e una brioche. Ho chiesto un pasticciotto crema e amarena al posto del cornetto e mi è stato chiesta la differenza. Un posto cosi avrebbe bisogno di una colazione del livello della stanza. Gli infissi a mio parere vanno cambiati perchè il vento li fa fischiare un pò. In bagno c'è da sistemare l'estrattore molto rumoroso, il soffione della doccia e lo scarico del water. Ultima cosa il parcheggio. C'è solo a pagamento, altrimenti bisogna girare un pò per cercare.

• Antonio (4/5): Più che m’incanto è stato m’incazzo - La vista Inizio con il dire che se arrivate dopo le 18:00 c’è un supplemento di 20 euro per il check in, che io non ho pagato perché mi hanno fornito le indicazioni per accedere alla struttura Ma sono riuscito ad accedere solo perché all’ingresso ho trovato una signora che stava aprendo il portone altrimenti non sarei riuscito ad entrare nonostante avessi avvisato che sarei arrivato alle 18:00 e infatti alle 17:55 ero in struttura e comunque non ho trovato nessuno Il bagnoschiuma era terminato e siccome non avevo con me nulla ed erano ormai le 20 ed era tardi anche per scendere e comprare qualcosa ho dovuto utilizzare le saponette per il viso Il box doccia perdeva acqua infatti dopo la doccia ho dovuto asciugare il pavimento perché allagato E la cornetta della doccia era rotta e in pratica il getto era tipo cascata E per finire il copriletto era bucato Ho contattato la struttura e gli ho mandato foto e video e si sono scusati per non essere rimasti là perché avevano un funerale Capisco l’imprevisto ma comunque ma certe cose vanno controllate tra un ospite e un altro 121 euro per questo servizio onestamente mi sembrano eccessivi In compenso la vista era stupenda ma quello non è merito loro altrimenti dubito che fosse stupenda

• Anna Nóra (8/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van. A szoba kényelmes méretű. A szállásról közölt fotók teljes panorámát ígértek az öbölre. Helyette a teraszra kihajolva lehetett az öbölben gyönyörködni. Szemben egy több emeletes lakóház van.. A szobák nincsenek rendesen hangszigetelve, így minden reggel arra ébredtünk, hogy a szomszédok egymást ébresztve megkezdik a fürdőszobában a napot. Elég kellemetlen volt..

• Tania (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Camera molto pulita, accogliente e la posizione è al top! La vista fa da padrona a tutto il resto. Rende la stanza davvero magica! Colazione presso uno dei loro bar convenzionati con prodotti pessimi. Usciti da lì, siamo andati a fare colazione da un altra parte. Personale non presente per nulla. A parte dei piccoli disguidi creati per il check in poi risolti, ho provato a contattarli il giorno dopo per cercare di farmi tenere le valigie in quanto dovevo lasciare la stanza la mattina e partire la sera, pagando se serviva anche un supplemento. Non ho mai ricevuto nessun tipo di risposta né in quel momento e né nelle ore successive. Capisco che il servizio è da B&B ma il prezzo è da hotel e mi aspettavo anche solo una risposta. Peccato.
• stefania (8/5): - Non avevo la camera con vista che sicuramente fa la differenza. Gentile e disponibile la sigra dell'accoglienza. Pulito. La comodità è relativa alle cose che si scelgono di fare. La metro più vicina è Mergellina non comodissima a piedi. Ma la vista da Posillipo è molto bella e bello per stare e godersi il mare. La colazione al bar di fronte sul mare. L'ascensore :)
• Alice (10/5): séjour magnifique avec vue sur la mer et le vésuve - c’était incroyable, la vue est exceptionnel, tout le monde est très gentil . On se réveil et on s’endort avec le bruit des vagues 🌊 nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Nous reviendrons!
• Eleanora (10/5): Vue Imprenable sur la baie - Un véritable coup de cœur pour M’Incanto B&B à Posillipo ! 🌅 La vue est tout simplement imprenable, avec un panorama parfait sur la baie et le Vésuve. La chambre est confortable, propre et agréable. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et attentifs, et nous avons même eu la possibilité de laisser nos bagages après le check-out, ce qui a été très pratique. Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour un séjour inoubliable à Naples et ses environs ! RAS
• Ciambrelli (10/5): - La vista é qualcosa di spettacolare...lo consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di evadere dai suoi pensieri, camera curata nei dettagli con piccole attenzione per l'ospite ...biancheria di qualità cosi come i letti ed i cuscini, insonorizzata e climatizzata...quindi che aspettate prenotate!
• Banchi (9/5): Dal tunnel alla meraviglia - Camera ben arredata, pulita, comfort ( frigo, TV ecc) , 2 terrazze percui panorama / luce " mozzafiato "...splendido bagno ( ho fatto le foto x prendere spunto per una prossima ristrutturazione di quello di casa...) In realtà...niente perché , appena attivati al portone, il portiere ( gentilissimo ) ci ha indicato un lungo corridoio un poco " inquietante " , quasi oscuro, fino ad un portone nero dal quale si accede all' ascensore...mia moglie era restia...ma arrivati al piano 6, come d' incanto...ecco una location meravigliosa...credo proprio questo inaspettato b & b ci abbia stupito positivamente ancora di più ... Bellissimo
• Roberta Ambra (10/5): È un vero Incanto!! - Il nome della struttura rende perfettamente l'idea del luogo in cui si soggiornerà...un vero incanto! E non mi riferisco solo al panorama che regalano le camere Ischia e Capri, ma parlo della gentilezza, dell'accoglienza, della disponibilità di tutte le persone con le quali ho avuto il piacere di interagire. Il b&b è facilmente raggiungibile, è posizionato in maniera eccellente per raggiungere i lidi che sono tutti vicinissimi, la fermata del bus 140 che collega tutta Via Posillipo è a dieci passi contati, il lungomare Mergellina poco più distante è comunque raggiungibile a piedi. La struttura è nuova, pulitissima e tutto è organizzato alla perfezione. Le camere luminose, spaziose, profumatissime e confortevoli. All'arrivo, nelle stanze sono a disposizione degli ospiti acqua e snack completamente gratuiti. Torneremo sicuramente con grande piacere... consigliatissimo. Se potessi darei 100. Nulla, tutto eccellente!!!!

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The views were amazing, the staff was clear and the indications were perfect. I liked the vintage style of the elevator. Bed comfortable and good size bathroom. The shower phone didn't work properly. Posillipo area is full of cockroaches on the streets, but the B&B was clean and perfect, no issue at all on their side.
• Raluca (9/5): Spectacular! - The room was spatious and clean, with a spectacular view! The attention, the details, the little prosecco bottle as a welcome! Quite complicated to get in when you reach the first time. And the thing with the elevator and inserting the 10 cents all the time. If you take the stairs… goodluck, you re on an adventure to get to the same entrance! There is no parking at the property, but it was a private parking nearby. The staff did not speak english. The breakfast in a cafe nearby… was not very useful to us, so we did not have it all. We appreciated the option, though. But all of these are nothing compared to the attention to details, the beautiful view and spatiousness of the room!
• Nataliia (9/5): The location is great to see the city and to spend some time at the beach - Clean, good beds and pillows, quiet and fresh air (as I asked for), good location, close to the beach. The breakfast was not typical: there were vouchers, one voucher = 1 cup of coffee + 1 croissant . The elevator has "paid" operating time, so one has to be careful to have 0,1 € coins during the day on weekdays + first half of the day on Saturday. Very difficult to find your way if you are there for the first time even with instruction from the hosts - I would suggest hosts to make small video instructions additionally - it would save a lot of time and helps in avoiding frustration. There was unfortunately no airport transfer available. There was no place to dry clothes if you have a room without balcony.

• Lyndon (10/5): Awesome apartment with an amazing view - Absolutely wonderful accommodation, which is a totally renovated wing on the 5th floor, consisting of 4 en-suite apartments with a communal kitchen area. I was assigned the Capri room, which is fresh & airy, with large windows and door leading out to the balcony offering a stunning sea view complete with Mount Visuvius backdrop. The bathroom is extremely spacious and has a double-volume shower, as well as a bidet. The freshly-laundered, 3-piece set of towels is provided sealed in plastic wrap, which was a nice touch (see attached pic). Two bottles of water (1 still & 1 sparkling) are provided as complimentary in the bar bridge, which is in addition to the complimentary basket of salty snacks. Wi-Fi was fast & solid. Communication with the host Martina via WhatsApp was prompt & clear throughout my booking. I would not hesitate to return to this awesome accommodation. The hot water took a while to heat up in the bathroom, both at the basin and in the shower.

Late check-in was inconvenient. We could not access the front door with the code provided and had to wait for someone to exit the building to enter.

• Veronika (8/5): Would recommend if you want a break from buzy Naples - Clean and quiet B&B on a good location on the beautiful coastline. Close by, and easily accessible from Naples city center. Breakfast served on the other side of the road in a café with amazing views and good variety of foods and drinks. The woman who checked us in was really sweet but didn't speak other languages than Italian. The included breakfast in the accomodation price was (if I understood correctly) containing of only a drink of choice.
• Harilaos (4/5): Fantastic see view from nice rooms, but overpriced. Nightmare of communication and check-in. - The view to the Naples bay from the balcony was breathtaking - outstanding. The apartment itself was very nice in the interior, as were the rooms. Communication with staff was a nightmare, as they speak either limited or no English. The elevator was some ancient contraption operating with coins over a certain time period. It broke down during check-in and trapped 3 boys and their suitcases in a tiny elevator, until they were able to fix and get them out, thank god. Checking-in was a nightmare. We showed up early and all we wanted was to leave the suitcases until check-in time. But, language barriers made communication a torture and it took hours, literally hours, to just get in and drop our bags. The breakfast was some coupon for a place we didn't understand where it was and it was a waste of money. The access system with keypads and keys and keycards was very cumbersome and a nuisance, it felt like we entered a vault every time, which is fine for safety, but room access difficult to coordinate between multiple room occupants. 190 euros per room per night was not good value for the experience.

• Susan (7/5): Spectacular view, clean room, no real host, parking remote and expensive - You can’t beat the view off the little balcony! It is spectacular, and you can see it from the bed as well. Location is very good and nice to be away from Naples but close enough for a cab ride. Bedside tables on both sides with reading lights. Decent sized room. Very clean. We never saw the host in person. Communication is all via “WhatsApp”. Parking is a half mile away in a garage and cost us $50 for two nights. (Don’t say you have parking when you don’t). There is a small old elevator but you have to have a .10 Euro coin to run it. I tried to go down the stairs, but the stairs stop after about 4 floors down and there is no where to go. That is a fire hazard! It is really just a “B” not a “B and B” because to get breakfast, you have to go all the way downstairs and walk across the street to a bakery, where you can use a voucher for one cup of coffee and one pastry. The pictures show a lovely breakfast on the balcony. That is not the case. The shower had some issues, too.
• Susan (4/5): It was far from everything. Very hard to find. - The view of the Bay of Naples Never saw staff except for first night when I was checking in. No one at desk. Ever.
• Zaidda (7/5): Great property and pretty view but need better human service. - we booked capri room with sea view. And it has an amazing view! we could enjoy beautiful sunrise every morning it was amazing. Wifi was stable. The facilities are pretty new and clean and in general pretty great room. the property is really close to bus station and if you like to walk, it’s close to Mergellina where there are different options of public transport connections. Near the b&b there are also few beach options. It’s close to two supermarkets and there are some great restaurants around. during weekdays people in the building need to pay 10c to go up and down with the lift. It’s not about the money but not every time someone would have that. Also it doesn’t take 5c coins. Without lift to go down is still okay even though the building is confusing and pretty easy to get lost. to go up without lift is pretty much a day trip hiking since even though it’s on the 6th floor its 6th floor on top of the hills, I can say maybe it was 10 floor with stairs. human service is pretty much non-existent and everything is self organized . during our 3 nights stay there we’ve never met any staff at the lobby at all, so we couldn’t ask anyone. all communication only through WhatsApp. check in time is 14-18:00 but when we come at 15:40 there was no one to open the door when we ring the bell. we needed to wait until someone who lives there to open the main door.
• Sandra (8/5): Best location in Napoli! - The best location in Napoli , beautiful spot on the coast. Easy booking and very responsive. Confusing entry but host provided clear instructions.
• Maria (6/5): For the cost we paid per night i was expecting something more comfortable and more careful service. - Location is perfect. Great neighbourhood. You feel safe, even walking at late hours in the night. There are some local restaurants around and couple of small public beaches, good enough for few hours of relax. Nice air conditioning very much needed in the warm summer napolitan nights. Breakfast included is simple but nice! Classic cornetto and capuccino in a nearby caffee. The shower was broken, water pressure was not enough. Bed was extremely hard but i understand lreference of softer/harder is very personal. The cleaning of the room should be done in the morning, specially if there are 4 rooms…. At 2pm is not the right time. I think there is not proper isolation between rooms and the corridor. We were waken up by the people in the other rooms.
• Mashoom (1/5): Rubbish. - The view Shower was cold. Flush was not working. Other guests were smoking and the property said they could do nothing. My daughter was forced to passive smoke and the property refuse to give me compensation. The lift needs 10c coins for every use and they did not inform me so had to walk up and down till someone told us. Awful. Don’t book this place.

• Dominic (7/5): Good - Super clean. A Beautiful room and stunning views. The shower or shower heads don’t work properly. The shampoo/body wash is difficult to get out of the little bottles - but I’m just being picky. The truth is the room and bathroom are very nicely decorated. The bed was firm and comfortable.
