• Shivakeshav (4/5): Not according to the published room details - We were supposed to get 2 bedroom. We paid for 2 bedroom. We got one bedroom. Our room was supposed to be ready by 2.30 but we received it by 3.50 pm. I internet did not work untill the last 2 hrs of our stay.

Wszystko działało i było sprawne. Cena idealna za takie warunki w Egipcie. Polecam ten apartament. Jest blisko lotniska- 10 minut. Uber do piramid ok 10$. Można tu mieszkać i dojeżdżać Uberem do atrakcji. Nie mogliśmy skorzystać z basenu nawet za dodatkową opłatą. Poszliśmy 7 minut do Radisson blue i tam nie było problemu. Okolica bezpieczna na spacer.

Very spacious apartments with very modern furniture. Thank you everyone I will refer the place to friends and family. WiFi could be improved. More restrooms supplies.

• Haisam (4/5): ليست جيده كما كنت أتوقع لذلك لن اكرر زيارة هذا الموقع في سفري القادم إلقاهرة - العاملين متعاونين جدا المنطقة هادئة لمن يحب الهدوء مستوى الأمان جيد جدا ويوجد كافيه صغير ممتاز في المجمع مستوى النظافه منخفض ورائحه الشقة غير جيده بسبب رمي النفايات في غرف نفايات في المنور وتم الأبلغ عن ذلك ولم يكن هناك استجابه وتم طلب ترقية ولم يتم اي شي احد الاسره يوجد بها كسر يمنع استخدام المسبح للنزلاء حتى لو تم دفع مبلغ إضافي شبكة الهاتف الجوال جدا ضعيفه تكاد تكون معدومه لشبكة فودافون الاطلاله على حائط ولا يوجد شرفه في الوحده وللعلم ما تم عرضه في الموقع غير مطابق للواقع بنسبة 50٪؜

• Saud (1/5): This Apartment does not worth to stay even for free - Nothing is good at all in this apartment. One attendant Mr. Mario is good and gave some assistance Stooooop. Stoooop. No one should be fulled with the pool view of the all these apartments (Sheraton Oceanic). I was convinced to chose the apartment for the pool look and airport taxi offer (on Booking.com) from the airport which was denied, We raised the issue with Booking.com but also denied. At arrival, I expected a formal reception but instead received by some people in the street. The walkways to the apartment 203 entrance were not safe especially at night where I even tripped and fall. The apartment has a dump and smelly environment. There are NO master bedrooms and you have to share very old style bathrooms. Very primitive bathroom and drainage was very slow. The water heater is very small not enough even for one person to take shower. The shower head was leaking everywhere and could not be replaced even after reporting. In fact one has to report by a WhatsApp number for any problem or query. The telephone receiver provided is just a show, without any connection Imagine if you do not have a WIFI. WIFI was not working at arrival and we had to connect to 202 apartment WIFI. There was only one bath towel for 4people booked until when we reported. To get the apartment cleaned you have to pay. There was no any coffee/tea complements. The kitchen my seem good, but a gas cylinder is just under the cupboard near the gas burner(cooker) any leak of gas is a big boom to explode. The turn-tray in the microwave is not the right size and does not rotate evenly. Drainage in the kitchen sink very poor. I booked this apartment for 4nights, but because of the situation and condition, I had to leave after two nights of torture. It was a loss caused by very poor conditions ever had in my deals with Bookin.com. This apartment is too expensive even for 10US$. I would not stay here even if it is free. In fact I should get back my money!!!!

• Gábor (8/5): Overnight stay in Sheraton apartment - Getting in was easier than expected, there are people waiting at the location outside 24/7 and they company you to the apartment. Apartment were in good condition, Couldn't enjoy much due to only an overnight stay, airport is close. The smell of the soap was not pleasant. Internet didn't work at all, didn't try to figure it out due to the short stay.

I booked day before. When I arrived on airport and contacted him from airport and he said my booking was cancelled. I was so upset as i was with kids and dont know what to do. I wasa about to jump in taxi, luckily I asked guy to give him a call. There might be booking.com fault as no email recieved from booking.com and then message were appeared two days later in my booking.com application. Owner showed me messages that he sent me few minutes after booking mentioning that he made a mistake by overbooking and he has to cancel via booking.com message. I recieved it day later but it was too late. Owner should have cancelled my booking on straight away on booking.com so booking.com would have email me. Owner can not message me and say your booking is cancelled and booking.com still show as confimed booking. if it still say confirmed on booking.com after 4 hours of chrcking time then I have to go to hotel oyherwise I would get charged for no turn up. it has to be cancelled officially not by chat message which I didnt recieve and if there was no reply from me then owner should have tried to contact me another way and make sure i get the message. ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING they carged me £80.30 and refunded me £76.11 so I lost £5 for sheraton apartments mikstake. Lets see wether they are refunding me that or not. ONLY reason I gave 4 star is because I manage to book another hotel from airport with half of price and with free breakfast. otherwise i would have given 1 star.
• Jane. (5/5): Ok for airport proximity, but ended up with a different (smaller) apartment. - Staff on the desk were friendly and apologetic at the mix up. It is a 10 min ride to airport, clean and easy. Didn’t get the two bedroom apartment I booked because we arrived late. My teenage son had to sleep on a sofa. Not happy.

• Mohaned (8/5): Very enjoyable and did not let the behaviour of staff at the premises spoil the stay. - The property is modern and clean. The hosts were very attentive and dealt with any requests promptly. The staff at the compound are awful, rude, seem to be not willing to assist with anything and just refer you to the main hosts. Major incident when half way through the stay they tried to apply charges to the swimming pool. Other incident when leaving to the airport were told to stand outside in the humid heat while waiting for the taxi, this was at night in the reception area, where the place was empty… complete lack of courtesy and respect shown there. The property is privately owned, but there is a hotel there combined with permanent residence, so gets a bit confusing for them I guess to deal with all residence with some respect. These negative comments do not apply to the owners or the manager of the property, but to the staff/security guards at the complex.

• Elnuman (7/5): It was only for one night, the apartment was nice and clean and cool as it had AC but only one towel in the bathroom and - It was very clean and very quiet and peaceful No breakfast that while I was looking at the property it clearly stated that breakfast was served. No tea or coffee there for you in the morning either.
