• Maria Concepción (7/5): Viaje en familia - Me gustó la amplitud de la casa, como el salón cocina y tenía un patio bastante agradable, lo que facilita al ir con niños. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, autobús para ir al aeropuerto y es un barrio alejado del turismo, lo que hace que sea tranquilo. A unos 15 minutos hay algún supermercado y a unos 30 minutos aprox. se llega paseando al centro. Los muebles son un poco antiguos y hay humedad en la casa.
• Sandra B (8/5): Perfekte Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern. Großer Esstisch und Patio zum Raussitzen. - Perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und in der Nähe einer Wasserbusstation. Die Wohnung ist sehr privat eingerichtet mit viel zu viel Dekoration und Küchenuntensilien. Es könnte gerne mal entrümpelt werden.
• Cristina (8/5): - La ubicación La única pega es que hay muchos mosquitos y aunque tienen antimosquitos es inevitable que no te piquen.
• Raci_P (6/5): Dostatečný apartmán pro rodinu v centru Benátek. - Ubytování je poměrně blízko k nádraží i autobusovému terminálu (pouze přes 2 mosty). Klidná lokalita bez velkého množství turistů, ale s dostupnými restauracemi. Venkovní terasa s možností posezení. Velká, dobře vybavená kuchyně. Apartmán je tmavý a vlhký. Zahrada je neudržovaná, skladiště starých věcí, nedá se vůbec využívat. Apartmán má nedostatek úložných míst. Je sice vybaven skříněmi a komodami, ty se ale nesmí používat. V noci vás budou obtěžovat komáři, sítě v oknech jsou poškozené, odpuzovače jsou neúčinné. Ale to je asi obecný problém celých Benátek.
• Gergely (7/5): great location, quiet in a very outdated apartment. - Very nice quiet area, easy access to central. The terrace is fantastic The carbon monoxide alarm turns on even when window is partially open when the heater unit is on and we are taking a shower. The apartment is quite dark. You may take your CDs and tapes as it will have a player. After a nice investment to living room, and heating it would be a solid 8 instead of current weak 7. Also information would be nice to add to brochure that only has check out time and where to take garbage. You need to invest a little time and see how it works in outher places.
