- berachah (1/5): I would not recommend - The doorman where helpful The receptionist did not assist with anything I asked to send someone to sort out the room phone it was not done I asked for towels I never recieved any They made us wait to book in when we arrived and there were no towels in our room and when I called reception to ask the towels never ever came . They charged us 1500 for the usage of the swimming pool yet egyptian people did not pay . I will not recommend this hotel
- Nagi (1/5): Horrible - I liked nothing about this property. This property was very bad Our apartment had no hot water, no wifi and furniture was really dirty. Our bathrooms were flooding water on the ground when someone takes showers. The apartment was very smelly. The floor rugs had smelt very bad to the point where we had to get someone to remove them from the apartment. The bed sheets and blankets had old stains on them and never got changed. We had contacted the hotel multiple times to try and get them to come and fix the issues. No one came to fix any issues. We had to leave the apartment and rent somewhere else as no issues were getting fixed. It was very stressful to get in contact with someone working at the apartment as each day there was a different person working and all working under the same name Abda Rohman. This apartment should be removed from booking.com as no one should be staying in an apartment as horrible as this one.
