• Yuan Tew (10/5): 小巧舒適的住宿選擇！ - 房間不大，一個人住剛剛好，如果是兩個人會稍微擠一點。不過整體來說很乾淨，還有自己的廚房和獨立衛浴。 如果拿來跟多人共用上下舖的宿舍相比，我覺得這間絕對是這個區域裡更好的選擇，私密性更高，也舒服多了。

• Anh (10/5): - Mình đi công tác 2 ngày 1 đêm và chọn Lucy House vì giá hợp lý. Wifi tốt, phòng yên tĩnh, có bàn nhỏ để mình làm việc. Mọi thứ đều tiện lợi, vừa tiết kiệm vừa thoải mái khiến mình làm việc tốt hẳn.

W bezpośredniej okolicy wszystko o czym tylko pomyślisz - na głównej ulicy, która jest oddalona od obiektu jakieś 300 metrów jest wszytko. Jednocześnie w pokoju w miarę cicho. Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania nawet w późnych godzinach nocnych. Kontakt z właścicielem obiektu szybki, sprawny, rzeczowy. Możliwość zaparkowania skutera wewnątrz budynku. Czystość pokoju. Miałem wrażenie, że dosłownie tuż przed moim wejściem do pokoju na moim łóżku spał starszy, spocony człowiek - taki był tam zapach. Okna nie dało się otworzyć więc nie było jak przewietrzyć. Spałem we własnym śpiworze. Grzyb na ścianie. Kurz. Brudna, śmierdząca lodówka. Szafka w łazience z grzybem.

• Bailey Cain (5/5): Good location. The room itself is lacking but not terrible. Adequate for a night or two on a budget - Good location in district 1. Lots of food vendors nearby and not too far from nightlife spots and attractions for foreigners. Room was decently clean. No bugs. In order to pay for your stay, the property owner requires you to record a video of you dropping your money into a lock box. Once they review the video, they give you the combination required to get the key to your room from another lockbox. I was very reluctant to do this. It seemed extremely sketchy to me at first and I was worried about being scammed. In the end, I just had to trust that the property owner cares more about their reputation than a quick dollar. They were trust worthy and followed through in the end. But they really need to come up with a different way for people to pay for their booking. Room was very tiny for the price. I've spent less and had far more spacious rooms in Vietnam and Thailand. Can't even open the mini fridge all the way because it's so cramped that they couldn't put it anywhere else in the room. Not a huge problem, but the room should definitely cost a little less because of how small it is. There was a window, but it led to the hallway outside my room. Blinds didn't close completely so I was constantly anxious about people looking inside. The listing said there was a private bathroom. But my bathroom was actually next door. And I think someone else used it at some point. Still not sure if that was a shared bathroom or if it was actually meant to be my private bathroom. There was a sign that said "private bathroom" next to it, but it's not specified what room it's supposed to be used for. Very confusing. Soundproofing was pretty much nonexistent. I could hear everything going on inside the building and the neighbors outside as if they were right outside the door. Very inconvenient for me because I needed to do online work that requires a quiet environment.

• John (3/5): Get what you pay for… great location. - Great location that provided many things within walking distance. To say there are “Kitchen facilities” is deceptive. Hot plate was shattered, owner promised to replace but didn’t. No hot water kettle. Cooking ware consisted of a pan, cutting board, bowl and a plastic something: no utensils. Paid about the same for much more luxurious places in Vietnam…. But hey, let’s be realistic… at about $15/night what would somebody expect? The room is secure and the host was very responsive to message. Just keep in mind this is a cheap room that provides a comfortable bed, AirCon, hot shower, etc. so it was an okay stay.

• Micaela (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE / TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Nothing. The whole experience was a disaster. When we arrived, they informed us that the room we had booked was not available. Although we had confirmed the reservation prior to arrival. They offered us to stay in the “Double Room”, which was smaller, for two nights. In addition, they personally told us that they only accept cash as payment method, although, in booking it was said that they receive card payments It was impossible to stay in the room, the bathroom was full of mould and filled the air with odour, the air is dangerously polluted. In addition, the room was completely dirty. There were cockroaches, ants and termite nests in the bathroom. Plus, the bathroom furniture was covered with water. The night was so bad, that we decided to leave the next day. We agreed in person with the property owner to pay only for one night we stayed in cash and leave. Then, as soon as we left the property, they charge our card on booking for the total amount mentioning that it was non refundable, even though they mentioned they didn’t accept card payments and minutes after accepting the cash and agreement in person. In addition, they told booking that we didn’t show up. Booking did nothing to help us.
• Foley (10/5): 10/10 - It was a bit confusing at first since I wasn’t familiar with self check-in, but after receiving instructions, everything turned out to be simple and very convenient especially the freedom to come and go easily using a passcode. The host was friendly, helpful, and super lovely. The Wi-Fi was strong - I could stream movies smoothly without lag, unlike other places I’ve stayed. The room was small but clean and had a window. 10/10!

• Yaroslav (1/5): Hotel is an active construction site, I had to leave earlier than planned. - Nice budget room. If you like checking out at 7am before construction workers arrive. Clean, tidy. Aircon, hot water good. Perfect English on phone call. The hotel is under renovation. Staying there is taking a "vacation" at an active construction site. Early morning the workers arrived directly near my room door, started shouting and smoking, and installing ladders. Then they got on the roof and kept making deafening banging noise non-stop above the room. Periodically dropping garbage on the tree outside the window. I had to leave my room and to spend morning at a coffee shop instead, that's why 1/10 rating. Nobody warned about this, even though I booked 4 hours before arrival and talked to the hotel on phone. If the hotel needs to replace the roof, they need to close, finish repairs, and then reopen. Taking customers during repairs is unacceptable greed and disrespect.

But at first visit you will face difficulty to find your homestay. Room is not pretty same as you see in the image showed. For one day stay it's ok. Not for long time. Like 1 week or more Overpriced. Less facilities. and room is very tiny. Bathroom doesn't have enough place to do your personal care. And there is no window for the natural light. If u shut the electric light. Room is completely dark

AC unit is really dirty and weak. It only got the room cooler, but not really cold. I still felt warm all the time. I asked the cleaning lady for some toilet paper, but did not got any... It was cleaned after I arrived (had to wait for it for some time) but I still had to tell the lady to change the sheets and blankets because they were dirty and used... I mean... Seriously? The whole building smelled all the time... Not extremely bad, but still...

Everything was clean, tidy, and felt like it had just been renovated. The street was a bit narrow, but it was convenient as it was close to the city center and had many food stalls. You can easily find a variety of Vietnamese specialties here. I can recommend a delicious "Com tam" restaurant nearby. Overall, everything was comfortable and suited me very well. I am leaving this positive review for those who need an honest reference.

• Best (10/5): Exceptional - During my recent business trip to District 1, I stayed at this hotel for a few days, and I must say it was a great experience. The room was well-equipped, clean, and the central location made getting around very convenient. I arrived early due to an early flight and explained my situation to the staff. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, offering me an early check-in so I could rest. Although the water heater unexpectedly broke, the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me, making numerous calls to ensure it was fixed promptly, as they were concerned about the heavy rain in Saigon and my comfort. Their enthusiasm and friendliness left a lasting impression, and I would definitely consider staying here again because of their exceptional service.

• Steven (3/5): You can find something better for the same price - It's a good location, close to nightlife hub. It's quiet. The room was not exactly super dirty, but just felt really unpleasant. Shit stains in the toilet bowl. There was a smell coming from the toilet, which is in the room, paneled off. Smell in the corridor was really bad. I left after one day. I did sleep fine but it didn't feel nice to stay there for a long time. Payment was difficult - I paid via Revolut but it took an extra day to come through, I paid extra transfer fee but was still hassled why it took so long. I'm in a different place now, same price, great amenities, super clean, also nice location - you can do better.
