• Celia (1/5): NOS DEJARON EN LA CALLE - Nada, no lo llegamos a ver. Que al llegar para hacer el check-in no estaban las llaves en el cajetín, llamamos a atención al cliente del alojamiento y de la propia aplicación y nadie nos quiso ayudar para no tener que pasar la noche en la calle, como nos pasó. Además, nos cancelaron la reserva para el resto del fin de semana y tuvimos que buscar algo de última hora.
• Arroyo (10/5): Buena ubicación y buen alojamiento - Muy buena comunicación. Supermercado cerca. Echamos de menos que el radiador del salón no estuviese encendido, aunque había un calentador.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Bardzo dobry wybór - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko, co jest potrzebne. Nawet była udostępniona przejściówka do gniazdka europejskiego. Świetna baza do zwiedzania Londynu. Wszystko było ok.
• Julio (5/5): Buena ubicación. - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro y un barrio tranquilo. Supermecado muy cerca. La alfombra es vieja, muy alérgica. No estaba bien limpio. Si sufres de alergia, no te lo recomiendo. La ducha funcionaba mal, salía muy poca agua y costaba ajustarla. No había jabón (gel) ni shampoo. Habían muchas cosas guardadas en el closet, parecía bodega (maletas incluidas). Las lavadiora decía que tenía secadora, pero no secaba. Tienen una página que hay que ir a hacer el chekin y el check out, lo que hace que todo sea más lento con trámites innecesarios, como avisar que salimos del lugar. Además, los datos que entregaba la página no servían de nada, algunos incluso eran errados.
• Lucie (9/5): Superb - The flat is lovely, with a nice bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Great location, very close to an underground station. The neighbourhood is calm. Finally, the agency is very reactive and we picked the keys up smoothly.

• Vele (8/5): Good value for money - It was nice and comfortable in a very convinient location. Overall good value for money for a stay in London. The Internet speed was very good and the tables were good for remote working as we spent the week working from London. The kitchen was quite good as the it has a gas stove, with a good fridge with a freezer. The location near North End road also makes getting food very convinient during the stay. Some of the lights were not working and it didn't have an ironing board. It could also do with some additional waste bags for when the rubbish has to be put out for collection on Thursday. The panel to secure the window in the lounge needs replacing as it is old and does not shut properly. The neighbourhood can be a bit noisy on a Friday night.
