• Deepak (7/5): Great location, comfortable beds reasonable price - Comfortable beds, hot water, pleasant reception, clean sheets. Shower drainage was a problem - had to stop the shower after about 1 min and wait for water to drain off before continuing. Kettle was not clean.

• Vero_Cam (7/5): Comodamente essenziale - Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. Camera essenziale ma pulita e funzionale. Ottimo appoggio dopo aver visitato la città. Abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo aver consegnato le chiavi della camera. Unico punto da migliorare: materassi e cuscini che potrebbero sicuramente migliorare la qualità del riposo.

Disponibili a fare il transfer per l’aeroporto. Salvatore disponibilissimo e cordiale. La camera è un po’ piccolina.

• Lisa Wai Kwan (1/5): I dont recommend as I left with no room and no refund - Nothing I was not able to stay there even I paid for room cos was not ready. ⭐ 1 Star Review Very disappointing experience. I requested an early check-in at 10:00am, and when I arrived around 10:30am, the rooms were still not ready. I waited until 11:00am, while waiting around the place was very noisy — people were shouting and going in and out of rooms with their doors open. It did not feel safe or comfortable to stay there. I tried to speak with the housekeeper, but she didn’t understand English and only told me to keep waiting. I then texted the property owner to explain the situation and said I wanted to leave. He replied that if I left, he would rent the room to someone else and refused to give me a refund. In the end, I was left with no room and no refund. Very poor communication and customer service — I do not recommend this place.

• Thomas (10/5): Lovely appartment 10 mins from Centrale/ Garabaldi stations - Lovely city centre appartment. Rightin he heart of Naples. Easy walking distance to Centrale / Garabaldi station. There is a large communal kitchen with oven and hob and plenty of pans. Nice dining area for sitting to eat meal at the table and a large TV thee to, Very little noise from other appartments and we had a room that overlooked the courtyard. We didnt have any noise from outside Its a self catering appartment with cooking facilities in the communal (Very clean) kitchen) . However there were some snacks put out in the kitchen and bottled water for us to take if required I was a little unhappy that the key code to the outside door of the block of appartments was the same code as my key box for my room. There were several other appartments in the bulding that required the entry code, So anyone using that code to get into the appartment building, would know the key code to my key box for my room. Therefore I didnt feel secure leaving my key in the keybox when we went out, meaning we had to carry it everywhere with us. I feel thay should be different codes (Just a suggestion). But the appartment was faultless

• Holly (3/5): Would not stay again, bed/pillows were the worst - Liked the balcony, all you want espresso, even though a bit seedy we did not feel unsafe and enjoyed watching real life local Italians go about their day. Was safe and clean. Very convenient for train and metro. Bed was terrible sagging and no give to the point I had to put a pillow in the sag to keep from rolling in. Pillow were terrible too, so old no give, just an slab.Also safe didn’t work and never fixed when they said they would..also very tiny 8x8. Elevator was ancient and sketchy,never saw it moved in 6 days there, never used it. Ironically I chose this place specifically for the safe/elevator. Also garbage bins right below, VERY noisy in early morning. The metal shade was broken too but she did fix it. Not a b &b, no breakfast

My room was also serviced every day, and kept neat and tidy. There is quite a bit of noise that transfers from upstairs apartments and the stairwell. Not too bad, just something to note.

• Susan (8/5): The rooms were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked, the area seemed safe. - Information about breakfast. It was unclear when/if breakfast would be served. My friends had a train leaving at 08.55 so wanted to leave in good time to find what platform it went from. We had a croissant from the communal area and left about 07.30. We met the lady who I think was coming to do breakfast as we left the B&B, but if we had known what time breakfast would be served, we may have stayed a bit later.
• Peter (8/5): Decent place. - clean and fresh. Provided what was expected. Good location for the buses and trains which is where most trips go from (about 500 yards) steel doors into the property were a bit noisy especially early morning and late at night. Not horrendous though. Situated in not a particularly great part of the city, a bit foreboding at night.

• Hannelie (8/5): Easy walk from the station - Room Nana. Easy walk from Piazza Garibaldi, enough space to repack suitcases, coffee families in the room and a communal kitchen. It's on a busy street, but the windows shut it out. That we couldn't open the shutters in front of the windows.

• Mária (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, also the kitchen and the bath room. In spite of the description of the apartment where it was scritten "no meal in the apartment" there was caffé, tea, cakes, biscuits wich we have found in the room and in the kitchen. All was perfect.

Especially loved the fluffy soft towels (better then in most hotels), little things like some candy on the table, enough soap, gel, towels, very good communication with the owner, instructions for keys, all well done over whatsapp. Very clean, exceptional so The Room was a little small, no place to sit around, set up for if you need a place to sleep
• Sandra (9/5): Nice apartment, good location. Very good communal kitchen - Location very close to station. Easy to find. We were told its not a good area, but it seemed fine to us. For us this was not a B&B. Room has a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee and there is a very good modern communal kitchen, with nice seating - it worked well. Bottles of water were supplied Room was modern, clean, had an opening balcony door, comfy bed, small desk, closet and 1 chair. Enough wall plugs, bright lighting. WiFI and heat worked well. It was quiet till some other guests arrived, little noise from outside. Hot water in sink slow, but OK. Bathroom compact but worked well No stand for suitcases. No soap dispenser in shower - those plastic packs are very annoying to use.
