• Lara (10/5): - Everything was really wonderful. We have never been welcomed and helped so nicely during our stay before in any hotel/airbnb/b&b/etc by Bahar. Besides this, the location was really amazing and we could reach everything on foot. Would really recommend it to anyone for a stay in Barcelona. Nothing!

• Chiara (10/5): Perfect stay in the perfect city - The B&B is located in a very lively neighborhood, close to the metro station and to many restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The host was amazing and explained everything to us and gave us good advice on where to eat. Breakfast was very good, and served in the café on the other side of the street. The bathroom was a bit narrow

• Marin (8/5): - Proprietara foarte amabilă. A pregătit camera mult mai devreme și pentru asta îi mulțumesc. In rest locația este ok. Este in centru și ai acces rapid la toate mijloacele de transport. Un minus este intrarea în casă. Se intră pe o scară foarte îngustă.

• Giulia (9/5): - Posizione eccellente per spostarsi a piedi, la signora del B&B estremamente cordiale e gentilissima, ci ha tenuto i bagagli oltre l'orario del check out e fatto arrivare un pensiero per il motivo del nostro soggiorno ossia il festeggiamento di un compleanno. Stanza silenziosa e nessun rumore. Se devo segnalare qualche aspetto meno positivo la scala di accesso è un po' stretta e non c'è ascensore.
• Laura (9/5): - Está súper bien ubicado en mitad de Gran de Gracia, a dos minutos de Paseo de Gracia. Lo mejor que, aunque es una calle ruidosa, como la había da hacia adentro, no había nada de ruido. Entiendo que las habitaciones de Barcelona son caras y es un buen precio para la situación que tiene, pero alguna cosilla la podrían renovar. La chica que me atendió de 10 y el desayuno que te incluye, es en la cafetería de enfrente y de 10 también. Si buscas un sitio con buena calidad precio en pleno centro de barcelona, este es tu sitio.

The owner is very nice and asks for feedback. It is very basic - no amenities provided and very tight space. 3 flights of stairs to consider if you have a ton of luggage.

• Danijela (10/5): - Jako nam se svidjela susretljivost domacice Bahre( nadam se da sam dobro zapamtila ime jer sam mislila.da se gđa zove Nisia). Divna,draga,susretljiva zena koja stoji na raspolaganju, spremna za dogovor,nista nije problem. Pa je tako pripremila iznenadenje za rodendan mog dragog i time nas dodatno odusevila. Male stvari i ljudi si ti koji cine razliku! B&b je odlicno lociran, dorucak preko puta u simpaticnom kaficu. Soba vrlo jednostavna, ali cista( sto je nama vrlo bitno), domacica na raspolaganju- dakle nama sjajno, sto treba vise za jedno vikend putovanja u tako sjajan grad ... Samo da napomenem da je to vrlo stara zgrada sa vrlo uskim i strmim stepenicama. Nama to nije bio problem, ali mozda bi nekom mogla biti vazna informacija.

• Ferrand67 (10/5): Il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole. - Il B&B si trova in ottima posizione ed è molto accogliente e pulita. La sig.ra che gestisce la struttura è molto disponibile e cordiale. Il B&B è ubicato in un ottima zona molto tranquilla, ben servita da metro ed autobus ed è vicino le principali attrazioni turistiche. La struttura, peraltro si trova in una via fornita di tanti negozi. La Colazione è molto buona.
• Klaus (7/5): Gute Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen, aber zu teuer - Auf der positiven Seite stehen eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die anbietet, bei Problemen 24 Stunden am Tag erreichbar zu sein. Auch die fast perfekte Lage muss hervorgehoben werden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Sagrada, Battlo, Mila) sind zu Fuß erreichbar, auch die Metro ist nahe an der Unterkunft. Mein Zimmer war (klein) wie beschrieben mit ordentlichem Bett und gutem Sanitärbereich. Und ruhig war es (Fenster in den Innenhof) auch. Es gibt eine gemütliche Lounge zum Abhängen und eine Küche, die aber leider nur für Kaffee und Tee genutze werden darf. Anmerkung (für mich neutral): mein Zimmer war als Doppelzimmer ausgewiesen, als Alleinreisender war daher das Bett kein Problem, aber mit 140cm Breite wird es für manches Paar wohl zu eng sein. Auch bei der Klimaanlage im Zimmer weiß ich nicht, wie sie an heißen Tagen performt - besonders kräftig schien sie mir nicht zu sein. Ich habe zwei „Probleme“ mit der Unterkunft, die beide unter der Überschrift „false advertising“ zusammengefasst werden können. Zum einen ist es für mich kein B&B. Wenn ich neben dem Zimmer einen Gutschein für ein Frühstück überreicht bekomme, hat es für mich nichts mit B&B im eigentlichen Sinn zu tun. Das Frühstück in dem Café gegenüber ist dann auch absolut Basic. Ein kleiner Kaffee und ein Sandwich ist alles, was kostenlos dabei ist. Dazu sind die Bedienungen in dem Café uninteressiert und unfreundlich. Frühstücken hat da keinen Spass gemacht. Das ist umso trauriger, da die Unterkunft problemlos den Platz hätte, ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet anzubieten. Aber das offensichtlich nicht will. Zum anderen habe ich mich gewundert, dass ich mein Gepäck zwei Stockwerke durch ein enges (teilweise nur 70cm breit) Treppenhaus nach oben zerren musste - ohne davor davon zu wissen. Obwohl in den Rezensionen (wie ich im Nachhinein gesehen habe) mehrfach dieser Punkt kritisiert wurde, verzichtet die Eigentümerin, auf diesen Punkt in ihrer Beschreibung hinzuweisen. Wenn mein Rücken im Zustand gewesen wäre wie vor zwei Jahren, hätte ich das Gepäck nicht nach oben bekommen und mir einen Gepäckträger organisieren müssen. Transparent zu informieren ist nicht zu viel verlangt. Insgesamt fand ich dann auch den aufgerufenen Preis als deutlich zu hoch.

The manager, Bahar, was very helpful and personable and explained everything to us upon check-in. Gave good advice in sites to see. Stairs are typically steep in these older buildings but only two floors to walk up so it was easy to get to the flat.

Moltissime attrazioni si possono raggiungere anche a piedi. Colazione presso il bar proprio di fronte alla struttura e devo dire é stata squisita con possibilità di scegliere tra tre opzioni. Concludo con un particolare ringraziamento alla proprietaria della struttura, sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile, ricca di consigli per meglio indirizzarci alla visita della città

• Maria Eugenia (7/5): Excelente ubicación! - La ubicación es inmejorable y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. Es sencillo, tal como se ve en las fotos. La dueña muy amable y predispuesta. No tiene baño de cortesía para cuando recién llegas. Lo resolvieron ofreciéndonos la pileta de la cocina para lavarnos la cara y los dientes y fue muy valorable que nos dieran la habitación antes de lo previsto. Faltaban algunos detalles de limpieza.

Não são ruins, mas poderiam ser melhores pelo preço da estadia. Escada de acesso ao imóvel pode ser difícil para determinadas pessoas.
