• Chloe (5/5): - The unit was nice and clean. Location is about 15 mins from hotel zone area. -The host refused to let us check in early!! We even requested just 30 minutes early to drop our bags due to us having an event at 4pm. Once we came back later to checkin we couldn’t enter our unit. The lockbox code didn’t work took over a hour to finally get in. Host stop replying. Didn’t allow late check out neither. -No TVs in the room. -Tried to scam us and charge a noise violation fee of $90 due to “slamming doors” when the doors are made of wood & are very heavy and automatically slam when closes, especially the front door. -You have to ring a doorbell to get on the property each time. -Stove barely works. No oven. -No keypad, needs key for unit.

• ISABELLUCENACURADO (9/5): perfecto estancia en cancun - Un apto. en un condominio, con seguridad cerca de comercios y buena ubicación para desplazarte por cancun sobretodo si tu turismo es visitar. no es un todo incluido , que es lo que no me gusta, ya que queríamos hacer tour a diferentes lugares. fue perfecto y volvería al mismo sitio. sin dudarlo. 109% recomendable si lo tuyo no es Hoteles de todo incluido. y si viajas con familia perfecto. si no quieres cocinar pues comes fuera, cruzando la calle tienes un centro comercial y miles opciones de comidas. nada que objetar, por poner algo ... mucha música en la piscina...
• Adebayo (8/5): - Secured and safe location in a beautiful marina area next to a mall and convenient stores. The rooftop view is amazing Distance to the strip in hotel zone nightlife area (15 min drive)

• Finn (1/5): AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. - One bathroom has both the shower & tap not working, meaning we have to share en suite bathrooms. The other two showers also run very poorly. The kitchen sink doesn't work, so we have to wash up in someone's en suite bathroom sink. There was no bedding for the pull out bed until day 3. On top of this, there were no tea towels, no washing up liquid, no kettle, and no salt/pepper/oil. All of which should be basic amenities. The water dispenser doesn't work in the fridge. One of the bedroom doors was broken. The balcony door doesn't lock. We complained about this to our local Operations manager Armando Rodriguez who did nothing to resolve any of these issues and STILL has not given me the 3 night refund we agreed on almost 2 months ago! He is so slow at replying and when he does he just stalls and gives excuses with clearly no intention of sending the refund promised. The latest excuse was the financial team have emailed me (they 100% haven't) to say they will have to send the cheque in the post and will take 6-8 weeks!! P.s the traffic back from the main strip can mean it take over a hour to get back to the hotel between 4-7pm so the location is very bad if you want to head to the beaches or anything of interest in Cancun really.
• Rashida (8/5): Fabulous property in a great location - perfect if travelling as a family. Close to mall and in a safe and secure area. - Beautiful property in a safe and secure part of town. Excellent location with a shopping mall just a few yards away with plenty of good restaurant and food options. Great if you’re travelling as a family! Some of the amenities provided were old, tired and worn out. For example, the sheets were worn out and threading, the pots and pans were soo scratched such that I couldn’t use it to cook my kids eggs - I had to buy a frying pan! It could also be refreshed with a bit of paint work.

• Margus_o (10/5): Fantastic apartment near the Cancun Marina - Absolutely fantastic apartment. Rooms furnished with style and quality furniture, very great bathrooms and great views from windows and balcony. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and even pans were good. House is very well secured and it takes a bit of time to ger your bracelets that allow you to move freely in and out of the property. Staff were very friendly and although we had reserved only 1 parking slot in the basement, they were able to organize us one more parking space. There is a big shopping centre accross the road with many very nice restaurants and bars. Zona hotelera and good beaches are around 10 minute drive away - you can easily drive or take local bus or Uber. Security and reception staff speak very little english. There will be some difficulty checking in if you are not speaking spanish.
• Mark (10/5): A memorable stay at a high end condominium. Can't believe we could actually stay in a place like this - this is absolutely the most incredible place we have ever stayed at. Probably a $1.5 million condominium. Everything you could possibly need with views of downtown Cancun, the bay and the ocean. Also, the pool in the hot tub on the roof was a great experience. I can't complain about anything
